Problem to re-install purchased applications after...

I am using Nokia E7-00.
After phone OS upgrade to Belle, all 3rd parties applications need to re-installed.
CameraPro Qt could not be downloaded after Belle upgrade. The network was disconnected or the download was hang for few times. Then, the system said the maximum download limit was reached. On next day, I tried to download again but I needed to pay (as new purchase). After few days, the same condition happened.
In my PC, I login Nokia Ovi store. I searched the product. It showed that it was "Downloaded" already??? (Actually it did not!!).
I clicked the Download button. I checked it in my phone but no luck. I need to pay again.
Any help?
***Also, some applications (e.g. QR Creator, a Chinese Chess game and internet browser" semperWeb") could not be installed in new OS.

Welcome to the Nokia forum.
I'm sorry you're having issues with your E7 after upgrading to Belle.
Please hard reset your device by entering *#7370# into your phone. This will clear up any bugs, errors and unncessary data and will most likely solve the issue. The security code is 12345, unless you've changed this code to another one. Don't forget to take a back up first.
Now put the backup back on your E7. After you have done this, please contact your local Care line. They will be able to resend the apps to your device as all paid apps will be linked to your Ovi account. If you contact them they will resend the app to you through a text message. Through this text you will be able to reinstall the app without having to pay for it again. 
Some apps will not be compatible with Belle, as Belle is a different OS and not simply an update from Anna.

    Similar problem just happened to me with the Creative Cloud Update 1.7.1.418—slightly different so I thought I'd share. I have multiple Adobe Creative Cloud programs installed on my computer, all working just fine. I updated the Cloud App to the latest version and then it shows me that I have only one program installed! All my previously installed programs (Photoshop and the like) still work but show as "install" instead of "Up to date". Initially I thought I'd have to re-install the Cloud app or recreate the OPM data base but then I noticed that some of the Cloud app preferences (Apps > Settings > App Language) were different to what I had set previously. I use English (International) language, the update had reverted the app back to English (North American). I flicked back to my previous language and bam, all my apps now show as being installed correctly.

    That is correct. You must use OS X Recovery to restore OS X in order to reinstall the Mail app.

  • Installing Purchased LR after Trail

    Hello -
    I downloaded the 30 day trial of LR from Adobe about 10 days ago. It installed LR 1.3. I've been working in it, setting up a bunch of stuff and really enjoying my experience. I ended up deciding to buy a copy of the software from Amazon (I have a desktop and a couple of laptops that I will be installing the application to) - the trial version and all of the customizations I've undertaken over the last couple weeks reside on the desktop.
    My question is this - will it be necessary to install the software on my desktop, or will there be a serial number in the documentation that I can simply punch into the dialog that opens up every time I launch LR now?
    I'm concerned about installing LR 1.0 and having to download the update just to get back to where I am now with the trail version.
    I've never used a trial to purchase pathway before. I could also have simply purchased the app from Adobe over the web, but I wanted a copy on disk so I could install to my other PC's and for when my hard drives crash (a matter of when, not if).
    So, has anyone else done the trial, and then bought the app in disk format and succesfully installed and kept all of the customizations? How'd it go?

  • App Store will not install purchased applications

    Something is going on with my new iMac here. I have been able to download and install all of my purchased applications up until a few days ago. I pay for the application, hit "Install", it gets dropped into my "launchpad" view and then proceeds to go through a tedious process of "Calculating". This particular application is stuck at 0KB of 2.21MB total, then, tells me that it is Installed". Yet, when I check my launchpad view it is grayed up with a progress bar that is fully completed.
    I have tried resetting the App Store, signing in / out, running debug tools, rebooting, removing the app directory to no avail.
    It shouldn't be this hard.

    Open System Preferences > Security & Privacy then select the General tab.
    Click the gold padlock icon to make changes. You may be prompted for your admin password.
    Select:   Mac App Store and identified developers
    Click the lock to save changes.
    Now try downloading apps.
    If that doesn't help, disable anti virus software and turn off the Firewall in System Preferernces > Security & Privacy then try again.
    Third party download managers are not compatible with the App Store.
    Apps such as Little Snitch or Net Nanny can prevent apps from downloading also.

  • Cannot install or install same application after f...

    Hi!
    Today I update my Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (RM-356) from v52.0.007 to v60.0.003
    Before the update, I backed everything from the phone memory and memory card using the new Nokia Suite. I then formatted the memory card, and did a hard reset on my phone. The update completed successfully, and the restoration was kind of fine as well (there was one problem, where it failed to restore my text messages, but that is apparently a bug Nokia is working on). Anyway, the update pcess on the whole was fine.
    I however have one problem. I restored my installed applications using Nokia Suite, and they appear under "Applications" in the menu, but they have a little gold key symbol on the top right of the application icon. When I tap on the app icon, it does not load. The applications are also not listed in the "Application Manager" in settings either. When I try to remove them by highlighting the icon => Options => Remove, I get a "Remove Failed" error.
    I tried to reinstall the same applications to kind of 'overwrite' the original, but the installation fails as well. This happens with all three of the applications (the are "Tube Map", "Hangman" and "Doodle Jump"). All three also have the little key symbol on their icons.
    Any apps that weren't installed before install just fine.
    Could someone explain to me what the cause might be? Any solutions will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Solidcancer07,
    Sorry to hear about the issue after the SW update.
    Do a new back up, but on this time don't choose applications. Then do the hard reset again and format the memory card. After that restore the backup and re-download the applications from Nokia Store > My stuff > Download. 
    Re-downloading them to from scratch should make them work again.

  • Install demo applications after initial repository setup

    I did not install the demo applications during the initial install and configuration of 10g. Section 4.1 of the Quick Start guide states to manually run the Repository Wizard to install them after the fact, but it does not display the option to install the demos, it only checks to see if an upgrade is necessary. I can no longer use the original 10.2.0.1 installer because I have already applied the 10.2.0.2 patchset. Is there any way to get the demo applications installed without uninstalling everything and starting over?
    Oracle database Lite 10.2.0.2.0 in iAS 9.0.4

    Problem solved. I temporarily installed a standalone Mobile Server and copied the ./mobile/server/demos directory to my original iAS installation so I could run the demoinstaller script.

Beyond my obvious frustration after paying so much and getting so little from this dumb toy, I have to say this: I did purchase the Parallels Mobile app from Apple Store. When finally done with the purchase, (that is after that long and thorrow interrogation - ya know, Guantanamo style...), I quit the Apple Store app and went back to the main menu, and started swipping back and forth screens searching for my purchased app. But no, today was not meant to be my lucky day. Spent other 30 minutes  browsing the Internet and searching for clues. BTW, found it full of that iTunes nonsense, which I don't need, never will and I never want to know about on any of my systems that I own. Silly me I was expecting this this piece of junk to behave more like some sort of scaled down notepad running some decent Unix-like operating system on it. Apparently what we've got instead is an uncontrolable money making machine for Apple, built to lure overheated minds into thinking that it might have been the best thing ever invented by humanity.So in the end, after posting my question, I shut down this little treasure and went out for a walk to chill down. I have restarted the junkie again an hour later, and surprise, surprise, the purchased app's icon was thre waiting for me click on, thank you very much. Then I have also grasped your very kind message, Demo, which I trully appreciate, trust me. So am I happy now with my toy? The answer is definitelly NO.. For a system developper with many years of experience like myself, this toy is a true disapomtment. I fully appreciate and understand how hard the Apple engineers have worked to fill the Apple executives pockets with money, but I can't tell you how stupid I feel for paying for that. Like my wife always says, "it iwas all my fault".

    I accidentally uninstalled a couple of Creative Cloud applications, but am trying to re-install them. The Application Manager indicates that they are already installed, but they are not.

    I found the answer and just used it and it worked:

  • Can't install purchased app on another mac

    Attempting to mgirate from Snow Leopard to Lion.  Need to install purchased applications from Mac App Store on the Lion partition.  Signed in using same apple id as what I purchased the app with.  According to the MAS help, you should be able to find the app in the store and click buy or free but the button shows "Installed".  Also shows "Installed" in the Purchases tab.  I can hide and unhide apps but can't redownload or reinstall an app I purchased. 
    I thought I read somewhere to hold down options key when selecting Purchases tab and that would allow you to select install but that didn't work either.
    Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

    When I installed Lion, it required me to enter my apple id and password which then verifies I purchased lion and am authorized to install it.
    As soon as Lion (10.7.2) is done installing, I see that the mac app store shows I have updates with red badge even though I haven't signed into the store.  It knows what apps I've previously installed and thinks those are installed in my clean fresh Lion installation.
    There appears to be no way to redownload a purchased app that was previously installed.  I can't believe I'm the first person finding this problem?!?!
    I opened a case with Apple, spoke with a technician and he tried to remove file from Library but that didn't help.  He had me create a test admin account and that had the problem too.
    In MAS, I logged into a different apple id and it correctly showed no purchases but still showed updates available.  Also showed apps installed that are not.
    Apple technician asked me to reinstall Lion.  I erased the partition and installed Lion again.  Exact same behavior.
    This is a tough one...

    I have problem to logon to HFM application after upgrade from 9.3.1 version to 11.1.1.2.
    The application is "Classic Application".
    I upgraded SharedServices(HSS), Planning, AnaliticServices, Workspace and HFM. Everything is OK. I can logon to all components excluding HFM. Each component was configured and registred in HSS.
    When I try logon to HFM application via workspace I recive this error:

    I received my Macbook for Christmas and it's my first Apple so I'm not all that knowledgable about the ins and outs, but I'm having problems trying to install any application I download from the internet. I have downloaded Mozilla Firefox as well as Flip4Mac and a dvd copy program. With Firefox I get an unexpected error (error code 10822) and with the others the installer begins but then fails as soon as the installer tries to create a folder to install to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
