Problem to update my payment method
Hi. I'm a brazilian customer, and everything was working perfectly until my credit card holder blocked for security reason. Now it is working fine, but the Creative cloud service still showing the message that my subscription has a problem to verify my association. Pushing the try again button nothing happens and trying to update my credit card info the payment method page don't even appears. Anything that I can do?

I get this sometimes with the card I've been using for years. I'm not sure what happens but usually, all I have to do is go into iTunes and edit my card info. Instead of changing anything, I just save the changes even though I didn't make any and then iTunes will then automatically resubmit the over due charges.
This same thing also happens with SiriusXM account and at least once ir twice a year, I get a past due notice in the mail. Frustrating even though there is nothing wrong with my card. -

Hey I had the same problem for days now. I tried everything including resetting my phone even my wi fi DNS and nothing seems to work. I've been searching and searching for days and nothing seems to work, and FINALLY I decided to back up all my videos and pictures onto my computer then rebooting my iphone completely. Here are the steps if you want your iphone to work again. First connect your phone to your computer open itunes and back up everything from your iphone to your computer it will take a couple of minutes. After that is done just go back to your phone to settings/ general/ reset/ ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS and just click on continue your phone will shut off once it turns back on just follow the instructions it also has you either create an icloud name or use your old one, once you log onto your iclouds and set up everything go to settings then messages and sign in and wah lah it works! I was really excited I've been a little annoyed with the whole stituation and now I'm just happy it's fixed. Hope this works!!

Hi, the other day I was downloading an app, and it came up with a message saying, 'there was a problem with your previous purchase, please sign in.......etc'. So I went on to my account information, and tryed re-typing my security code, but then it came up with a message saying, 'please update your payment method'. What does this mean, I have tried everything :(

If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? My order have a status: "Payment action required: We are unable to obtain an authorization for the credit card you provided. Please contact your card issuing bank. Please update your payment method to continue with this order". But i paid from AmEx. And my money blocked when i see it in internet banking.
Have yuo contacted AmEx? From what you describe it seems like AmEx is blocking the charge.
