Problem Updating Windows Apps After 8.1 Upgrade (0x80070002)

Question

Hi there,
I have a Macbook Pro using BootCamp to run Windows 8 Pro natively. Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 8.1 Pro through the Windows Store. It took awhile to update. Everything seemed to have ran fine except I had to update my BootCamp to 5.x due to some trackpad issues.
Other than that, I'm trying to update the Windows Store apps (Bing Finance, Sports, Skype, etc.) from the Windows Store, but I keep getting this error:
"This app wasn't installed - view details."
Clicking gives me this message:
"Something happened and this app couldn't be installed. Please try again. Error code: 0x80070002"
I've tried running WSReset.exe, renaming SoftwareDistribution, running some of the utilities from Microsoft to no avail.
I dug into the event logs, and here's the message:

Thanks to all for the replies.  The problem appears to be with Dell and we'll have to wait until they do further updates.
Dell posted an updated system BIOS yesterday but it doesn't seem to fix the whole problem.
I did a clean install of Windows 8, installed all Windows updates and then loaded all the current drivers from Dell and everything looked fine.  I then did the 8.1 upgrade and after the upgrade Fax and XPS Document writer were listed as unspecified
with the big X thru them.  I connected a bluetooth keyboard and speaker and they are being recognized and look normal.
I installed a network printer and it again came up as unspecified.
Nothing else to do except complain to Dell.
