Problem using multiple choice LOV with custom attribute in IAS 10.1.2.0.2

Hi
When aplying a multiple choice and selecting multiple selection and saving in the content area , everything looks fine .
However when looking at the page the selection is only the first one selected and not the miltiple choices I made
can someone tell me what is going on , does the miltiple selection with custom attribute
works ??

I don't really understand what you're doing but I used lot of LOV in custom attributes on my custom items and everything works fine.
Can you explain more your problem ?

I cannot find how to use a LOV as a check box or a multiple select for a custom attribute. It shows up as a combo box whatever setting I choose for the default format field in the LOV wizard.
I need to give the opportunity to choose more than one option from the LOV for the attribute when adding the custom item associated with the attribute. How do I do this?

Problem Using Multiple With Statements

I'm having a problem using multiple WITH statements. Oracle seems to be expecting a SELECT statement after the first one. I need two in order to reference stuff from the second one in another query.

We have a use case where we need to display an LOV field in Search Panel (af:query). But, the LOV in Search Panel should be displayed with a custom popup.

Yes. You assign a LOV definition to the attribute that then you display in the af:query component. You can also have dependnet LOV implemented this way. However, you cannot have a custom (your own) list of value popup dialog used

Problem using multiple contexts in same thread

Hello,
I am having problem using multiple contexts in the same thread. Here is the scenario:
front-end is calling a ejb1 with a user1 and password. Ejb1 is then calling ejb2
using user2 and password. I am getting security exception when calling ejb2 with
the message user1 is not authorized. Looking at the documentation, context 2 should
be pushed on stack on top of context 1 and context 2 should then be used until
context.close() is called. It looks like this is not the case in this scenario?

I have the GTX670. So pretty much the same.
When I go to Edit>Preferences>Playback I see:
When I select the monitor I am not currently using for Premiere Pro, the Program Monitor shows up full size at 1920X1080 in that monitor.
While that may not help you, at least you know a similar card can do the job and you know that it should work.. What happens if you drop down to two monitors? Will it work then?
Also, have you performed the hack that allows Premiere Pro to use the card since that card is not in the file? I have no idea if that is relevant at all, by the way. It is just an attempt at getting our systems to work the same way.

Multiple Choice Quiz with all possible answers weighted

I am currently trying to create a multiple choice quiz with 29 questions nin captivate 5.5. Every question will have 4 answers similar to those on a standard survey (Strongly agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Diagree.) Dependent on the answer given I would like each answer to have a weighted value between 1-4 to give a final score which will be sectioned into 3 categories. I am able to weight a question but can't figure out how I can weight all answers per question. Any help would be grealy appreciated

Here you'll find a list with articles, think that the first 1 of them could give you an idea how to proceed. Can you read them, and later I will try to help you if you are stuck. Will need some more details in that case about 'how I can weight all answers per question.' Moreover, do you want to report to a LMS or is the conclusion about the final score to provide feedback to the user?

I doubt whether there exists such note. The note 1026956 which you mentioned is for enhancing the Search for Custom attributes. For Enhancing the Result list you need to do custom development.

because it says it cannot locate the song'

Then correct the name of the song or point iTunes to the new file.
Issues with restoring should be directed to the manufacturer of the backup software/device... this is not an Apple or iTunes issue.

BC4J Problem using multiple EntityObjects in a single ViewObject

I have found a bug while using multiple EntityObjects in a single ViewObject.
Considere the following example:
Table A:
A_ID
Table B:
B_ID
A_ID (FK) NULLABLE
TABLE C:
C_ID
B_ID (FK) NULLABLE
For each table there is a corresponding EntityObject : AEntity, BEntity and CEntity.
Now building a ViewObject based on CEntity, BEntity and AEntity, where AEntity and BEntity are referenced via their corresponding associtaions, the following problem occurs:
1. As long as both IDs are not NULL everything works fine, but when I set the B_ID attribute of CEntity to NULL I receive a NullPointerException with the detail "null".
2. If the attribute A_ID of BEntity is NULL the values based on AEntity are not updated at all (they keep the value they had for the last row).
Any information or feedback on this issue would be very welcome!

Problem using extension manager CS5 with command line

I have a requirement to get the path of all the installed Extension Managers on any Windows system for the purpose of installing an extension.. I thought, there would be no problem in getting the path from the registry. There was no problem in Win XP, but the same does not work for Win 7.. I googled, and found alternate ways to get the path.

I am sorry for the poor documentation of Extension Manager which causes you so much trouble.
1. You can use BridgeTalk API to ask specific version of Extension Manager to do something. There is sample in packaging_extension.pdf about this. You don't need to know the installation path of Extension Manager. One thing to note is that the value of bt.target is version specific, i.e. "exman-5.0", "exman-5.5" send this message to different version of Extension Manager, so you can change this value to install/enable/disable/remove extensions using different version of Extension Manager. More detailed documentation of BridgeTalk can be found by clicking "Help" menu then clicking "Javascript Tools Guide CS5" in "Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit CS5".
2. Specific version of Extension Manager only manage extensions for corresponding version of product. You should use Extension Manager CS5 to install extensions for Photoshop CS5. The reason that the extension you installed for Photoshop CS5.1 using Extension Manager CS5.5 is displayed for Photoshop CS5 in Extension Manager CS5 is that two versions of Photoshop specified the same directory for Extension Manager to manage extensions. This is a defect and will cause some problems if multiple versions of Photoshop co-existed in one machine. But "to find previous (CS5) extension manager and to enable it" should work for you, I guess you use command line to enable it and specify wrong product name (see #3) so that it doesn't work.
3. When using command line, you should specify "product" attribute with the name displayed at the left panel of Extension Manager. So "Photoshop CS5 32" is correct. Remember to enclose it with double quote because of existence of space character.
4. As above mentioned, use display name of Photoshop, and call proper version of Extension Manager by BridgeTalk.

Need to create new users in Office 365 with custom attributes from a csv file

I am exporting users from an active directory environment and then deleting them from AD. They are Alumni and will no longer be in AD.
I have a csv file with the following fields that I need to use to create new Alumni email boxes in Office 365 for. I need the CustomAttributes because my Dynamic Distribution Groups use them. I am fairly new to PowerShell and have been unable to get this
to work. I suspect I may have to split it into two parts, but am not sure how to proceed. Any assistance would be appreciated. I was directed here from the Office 365 community.

Ok, it wasn't stopping after 2 iterations. What I was seeing was 2 failures. The first was the Get-Mailbox command and the second was when it tried to assign attributes. For some reason it is not looping when it fails. It just goes on and tries to assign

The attribute exists in USR table with name: USR_UDF_HR_ROLE_CODE but the connector maps it as HR_ROLE_CODE (line: stroimAttributeTableColList_in = ....)

I tried to run the utility to download/upload a custom resource bundle but after the parameters that I provide the utility does nothing. It looks like it cannot find the specified path/file lathough i tried both windows and unix style.
It does not display ay message of success or failure, also I do not know how can I verify that the bundle has been upload successfully.

Creating a multiple choice quiz with rollover answers

Hello, I am trying to create a multiple choice quiz question where the answer does not appear until the user mouses over the appropriate letter. I have been working on the multiple choice question slide for Captivate, but it appears I can only use text captions with static text. If anyone knows of a workaround, or a way to add multiple choice question functionality to a blank slide I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Unfortunately, having any sort of highlight color will not work with the theme I need to use. Do you know how to remove highlighting, or make it transparent?
I have three questions, and was able to get the three choice bubbles lined up by reshaping the widget. Do you know of any way to increase/decrease space between the selection bubbles without reshaping the widget? I'm concerned that when we review the course the project sponsor may ask for spacing that I can not create by reshaping the widget.
