Problem verifying account

I've sent an Invitation to use Adobe InContext Editing to a user and they have clicked the link -
To view and accept the invitation, click on the link below or copy and
paste the following URL into your browser:
and they have entered their details.
They have then received the verify account email and clicked the link
To verify your use of this e-mail address
after verifying they are taken to the login screen and when try to login it just says the acount is not verified
anyone else had this problem?

Can you please ask your customer to choose to send the verify e-mail again, and try to click on the verify link from this new e-mail? If it won't work even after this, can you please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the customer's Adobe ID (e-mail and password) that he tries to login with? Also, please include a reference to this forum thread.

    then I click on settings and it says my icloud is not verified and to check my email to verify, but I cant check my email as it wont let me in!!!

    As an additional step to this troubleshooting article, I would recommend that you try to log in to your email address listed in your iCloud account through a web browser in order to verify the account and continue using it.     The Email ID provided here has CC registered to it in active status. The Email also stands verified. Are you using any other Email ID ?
    Let me know if you are facing issue regarding verification by activating the Cc with the email ID provided here.

  • HT4436 Every time I try to access my icloud account it tells me Verifying, then it says, Unable to Verify account.  What did I do wrong?

    I bought my iPad several months ago and I thought I set up my iCloud account correctly but I may not have, as I was fairly new to this venture.

    to do, I said that was easy enough, and when I got home I went to my tablet and My APP did not have a (+) Sign at the bottom of the page like hers
    did, and hers looked so easy.  Is my CONTACT APP not downloaded correctly, or is it an old version? Because it came on my Tablet already?  So How do I
    ADD my Contacts?

    I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
    1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
    2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
    3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
    4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
    5. Waiting for validation.

    Regarding the issue, please ensure that RPC service is start.
    If it stops, I suggest you perform the following step to start it.
    1.Press Win+R, and type regedit, then press enter.
    2.Please navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\RpcSs and
    locate Start registry key
    Double click on Start and edit the value:
    Change Startup type :
    Automatic - 2
    Manual - 3
    Disabled - 4
    Automatic (Delayed Start) - 2
    Note: When you change to Automatic (Delayed Start) a new key DelayedAutostart is created with value 1.
    When you change to Automatic from Automatic (Delayed Start), DelayedAutostart change value to 0.
    If it cannot start, please refer to the following article to test it.

  • Lync 2010 Certificate Issue - "There was a problem verifying your certificate from the server"

    Greetings.
    My Issue:
    Lync 2010 client does not connect to server;error displayed "Cannot sign into Lync. There was a problem verifying the certificate from the server."
    Description:
    The client is running on my Windows 7 box, and my CA server is a Windows Server 2003 box. I have installed the hotfix on the Server 2003 box to update the Web Enrollment portion of CA to allow for newer clients (Vista and 7) to receive certificates from
    this server. 
    Lync server is running on Server 2008 R2 STD, installation was a success.
    The Windows 7 box is a part of the domain.
    I have manually exported the Root CA from my Enterprise CA server from
    Trusted Root Certification Authorities -> Certificates and imported into the same location on my Windows 7 box. 
    If I look at the certification path on the Root CA, on my Windows 7 box,  it says "The certificate is OK." The same goes for the servers involved. 
    Still nothing.
    I have read the other forum posts on here about people having success once they manually import the Root CA from the Enterprise CA server, but this is not my case here. 
    All certificates are successfully assigned on the Lync server box; however, I did have to manually import the Root CA into Lync server's
    Trusted Root Certification Authorities -> Certificates before I could successfully assign them. Had to do this on another deployment I completed, so I didn't think anything of it.
    To recap: it seems that even with my Root CA imported into my Windows 7 box I can still not connect to my Lync server with the client, and I get the error message "There was a problem verifying the certificate from the server."

    Solved
    Solution :  Export certificate from Lync Server Start > Administrative Tools > IIS > Server Certificate > Export >   abc.pfx   save it,  Copy and place the certificate where Ms Lync 2010 client is installed or getting certificate
    error.  Follow these steps on client machine to install certificate 
    Run > mmc > add or remove snap in > certificates > computer account > local computer >finish > ok > expand Certificate > Trusted Root Certification Authorities > Certificate > All task > Import > copy abc.pfx certificate
    and delete unnecessary certificate from there.
    Restart Client machine and open microsoft Lync client 2010 and open option menu > Personal > Advanced > choose Auto Configuration > save ok

    I have checked your account and gone through your account and it should work fine.
    Can you please before launching the Cloud again, follow the steps below and then trying again to launch any Cloud apps :
    Clean up cached user login information.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

  • Getting 'Unable to verify account information' when attempting to setup Hotmail account

    I enabled two-step verification today on my Hotmail email account.   This is my one and only Outlook account and is my 'primary alias' which is correct.   I am able to retrieve email on my iPhone and Windows PC just fine - have logged in and out several times today on the PC with no problem.   However I now cannot get this account setup properly on my iPad, though it worked before today.   I get the 'Unable to verify account information' message when I try to set up the account new again on iPad.   (I was forced to try and delete and reset it up.)  
    Is this somehow related to the two-step verification?   If so I will remove it and go back to single sign in.   What do you advise for email on the iPad in this case?

  • Exchange Account - Unable to verify account information

    Hi There.  I was trying to setup a staff members work e-mail to a work iPhone 4.  The e-mail is an Exchange e-mail.  All the information is correct (e-mail spelling, username and password, Domain and Server, etc) but it keeps saying "Exchange Account - Unable to verify account information"  Usually I just click Ok and it still gives me the options to select what I want to sync (Mail, Calendar, etc) and it still goes through.  This time it doesn't work at all. Just saves the info I inputted and won't sync up.  Any ideas on what's going on?

    Did the user change their password recently?
    A user complained about not being able to log in with correct credentials (on outlook 2010) while at home. His password had expired, and when he came in this morning, he changed it. We then tried to set up his exchange account on his iPhone, which gave us the "Unable to verify account information" message. When I learned of the password change, I looked in our Active Directory and sure enough, his account had been marked as "Locked". I unlocked it, and voila! He added his account without any further problems.
    So in short, check Active Directory to see if the accounts of affected users are locked. If they are, unlock them.

  • Unable to Verify account info after OS4

    Hello All
    One of my users installed OS4 on a working Iphone 3GS accessing Exchange Via wireless (internal) and VPN (External)
    Since OS4 the phone now displays unable to verify account information.
    Help Please.

    I talked to an Apple Expert yesterday and he said that the problem appears when people restored their backups from a previous iPhone. He recommended making sure you save your data (contacts, calendar, music, photos, etc.) on your computer, then reset your iPhone back to factory settings, and when you plug it into iTunes, select the "I want a setup a new iPhone" option instead of restoring from backup. Then you'll have to re-sync all your data again. He said if you choose the new iPhone option, you shouldn't have that problem. I told him that it would be a pain for everyone in my company to do that and I tried pushing him to make this issue aware to the developers and to include it in a next software patch. He said he'll do his best to get people to investigate the issue. I have NOT tried his recommended method yet because I don't feel like wiping out my iPhone again, we'll probably just have to wait for a new update to iOS 4.
