Problem Walkman+lockscreen z1 compact

Sorry for my english. Walkman and Vkontakte player work normal at 4.3. I can change music or pause/play it on lockscreen. Problem appear after 4.4.2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2KOqFwjAY0 - you can see how it works now. I meet someone who have z1 compact with the same firmware like my z1 compact and there is no problem. I've rolled back walkman to first version - no results. Update walkman to the last version - no results. Delete Vkontakte - no results. But I don't want reset phone to default. Maybe may there is another solution. Android 4.4.2 14.3.A.0.757 Walkman 8.3.A.0.7

Problem with Plugging in Compact Flash Card

I am having a problem now when I plug my compact flash card in to download pictures. When I plug the card in, the AutoPlay window pops up, as it always does. However, I also get another window that pops up and says "Lightroom must quit because catalog named Lightroom Catalog.lrcat is not writeable and cannot be opened. This could be caused by incorrect permissions or because another Lightroom application is using the catalog. You may select a different catalog the next time you run Lightroom by holding down the control key while Lightroom launches."
This problem started yesterday. I had just upgraded to LR 3.5 the day before the problem started.
Couple of other things:
1. Lightroom was not launched at the time I plug in the card and this problem has occurred. In fact, I just restarted my system a shortwhile ago to test this problem, and it happened again.
2. My Lightroom catalog is actually called Lightroom 3 Catalog.lrcat, not Lightroom Catalog.lrcat.
3. I have never had my system set up to automatically launch Lightroom when my card is plugged in.
4. I have not actually downloaded any pictures from a card for about 2 weeks before I did yesterday, so I cannot say for certain whether or not LR 3.5 is the cause of the problem and perhaps something else is. But the fact is that I did upgrade to LR 3.5 a few days ago.
5. Once I close both the AutoPlay window and the LR dialogue window, I can launch LR 3.5 with no problem and import pictures as I normally do.

Your description of what you've done and the code you show does not match what the tutorial says to do and what code to use... (there is no stopAndGoTo() function in Flash).

STH 30 headset make some problem with sonyxperia z1 compact

My name is Giuseppe. Earlier I buyed a sony xperia z1 compact and in order the headset SHT30. The sound quality is great,
but I have some problem when I listen music(and only when I listen music. If I call someone they work!)
particulary, the problem rises when I try to down the volume(with the commands of headset). when I do this, the volume fall down totally(the smartphone make the shake mode) . If I try to up the volume, with the command of headset, It doen't works.
I try the smartphone with other headset( I have a tablet) and they work well. Thinking that the problem was the headset, I try these with my tablet(and with my smartphone's sister). I listened music and they work.
the problem is only when I listen music with my phone. I think that there's some bug.

Audio, Mic problem on xperia z1 compact

Hi, Can't use my xperia z1 compact as a phone. The person I try to talk to can't hear me properly-I sound stuttering. Sometimes I also hear the line echoes. But it seems I mostly can hear the other part quite clear, but they can't hear me. I have gotten a new SIM card, phoned my phonecompany twice-they don't find anything wrong with the line. Have the latest update.What to do?

I had the same issue and contacted Xperia Support. They told me to send the device in - so I backed up my data, resetted the phone and sent it to the support Center. A few days later I got it back with the note that they could not find any problems and I should check my headphones (I already mentioned that I had crosschecked with different devices and several pairs of headphones..)
Long story short, I sent it to the support Center three (!!!) times. Including backing up data, resetting the phone and restoring data three times... After the third time they replaced the phone by a "new" one but still didn´t really seem to be able to reproduce the error.
That was right before christmas and guess what... the new phone just started the Smart Connect Software without any headphones connected....
I would really like to know if (and how) you solved the problem with your phone.
If not... good luck with the Xperia Support..

Probleme de déploiement compact rio

Bonjour tout le monde,
Je travaille actuellement sur un pendule inverse commandé par un compactRIO 9014. Malheureusement, quand je veux déployer mon application, de temps en temps (pas tout le temps), j'ai un message d'erreur du type "L'objet target.vi a été chargé avec des erreurs sur la cible et a été fermé"... Cela m'arrive principalement après avoir fait des modifications dans mon diagramme d'état-transition. J'avais trouvé une astuce, en copiant mon diagramme d'état transition, puis en utilisant le diagramme copier, mais celà ne fonctionnement pas tout le temps, et c'est assez problématique de faire cette opération tout le temps...
Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce genre de soucis? Et comment faire??

Nous avons rencontré également ce problème avec des cRIO 9074 + LV2011 sous Windows7 sur une application de commande d'ascenseur.
Pas de solution rationnelle, mais du bricolage :
- suppression de l'appel au statechart incriminé (assemblage du cluster d'entrée et désassemblage du cluster de sortie compris)
- suppression du projet LV de la bibliothèque du statechart (*.lvsc) incriminé
- changement du nom de la bibliothèque sous l'explorateur windows
- ajout de la bibliothèque avec son nouveau nom dans le projet LV
- réécriture de l'appel au statechart dans le diagramme
C'est galère surtout en TP avec des élèves ...
On est donc preneur de tout bon conseil !

Problem loading Compact Flash to PSE6

Never had a problem until today.
Loaded a SDHC (NEF files) no problem. Tried loading Compact Flash (NEF files) and got the following message:
"Nothing was imported. The file(s) or folder(s) selected to import did not contain any supported file types, or the files are already in the catalog".
The files are not already in the catalog and I was able to view the Compact Flash images in the camera so I know that they are on the card.
HELP!!!!

Do you have updated camera raw version installed? Which Nikon camera is it. You may try downloading the latest camera raw(ACR) version and replave the file in your plugin folder at your installed locatio. Let me know if that works.

Problem with speakers or is it normal?

First off, this is my first time buying a Sony smartphone and I love it; it replaced my old Prism II and Sony Walkman NWZ-E465.
After using it for about a week, I realized something odd. The speakers play music from one end, which makes me wonder if this normal or not. If it is not normal, I could send to the Sony store nearby since I have a 2 year warranty and a Accidental Damage plan on it.

realicé un reinició del MAX en mi pc ya que marcaba algunos errores, por lo cual se borraron todos los registros y todas las tarjetas y módulos que estaba utilizando. ahora quiero volver a integrar el modulo compactRIO-9074 que ya tenia por medio de la IP. pero al momento de intentar agregarla, primero con el hostname dice "Unable to initialize connection to remote target(s)" y por medio de la IP me dice lo siguiente "The device at this adress is not supported by the drives installed on this host". solo puedo aclarar que mi pc requiere permisos de administrador para todas las instalaciones, ademas no he desinstalado drivers ni nada por el estilo. solo realice el reinicio del MAX debido a los problemas que presentaba. el compact rio sigue con su misma IP ya que puedo monitorearla por internet. espero me puedan ayudar con esto. gracias.

Le puedo platicar lo siguiente en relación a los dos mensajes que le arroja MAX al momento de conectarse por medio de "Remote Device (not on the local subnet)"
"Unable to initialize connection to remote target(s)"
Este problema se debe a que la computadora no se pudo conectar con el dispositivo, ya sea que por que la IP ingresada sea incorrecta o bien que el firewall de la computadora pudiera estar interfiriendo con la comunicación.
"The device at this adress is not supported by the drives installed on this host"
Este problema pudiera estar ligado con los drivers. Cuando trabajamos con un dispositivo en tiempo real, tanto el modulo de Real Time instalado en la computadora, y el software instalado en el controlador, deben de ser de la misma versión.
Como troubleshooting me gustaría preguntarle
- Que módulo de Real Time es con el que esta trabajando ?
- Que versión de LabVIEW es la que esta utilizando ?
- Que versión de NI RIO tiene instalada ? (esta la puede revisar en la pestaña de software dentro de MAX)
- Cuando menciona "el compact rio sigue con su misma IP ya que puedo monitorearla por internet", Qué herramienta esta utilizando para monitorearlo? o bien le aparece debajo de Remote Systems ?
Como recomendación le puedo sugrerir:
- Asegurarnos que el firewall del computador se encuentre desactivado.
- Conectar directamente el cRIO a la computadora de desarrollo por medio de un cable Ethernet (en caso de que no este conectado directamente).
- Colocar la computadora de desarrollo en la misma red que el controlador, e intentar reconocerlo en MAX.
- Si es posible agregar el controlador en MAX, actualizar el software del cRIO para asegurarnos que la versión de drivers instalada en el cRIO coincida con la versión del Módulo de Real Time instalada en la computadora.

Keeping data in server compact database AFTER deployment

Hey!
I have a small problem regarding SQL Server Compact and Visual Studio 2010: My application uses a database, the purpose is to manage article stocks.
My problem now is that I have an existing excel sheet with articles, which I want to put into the database. As of now I am changing the code for the specific excel workSheets and the respective row indexes manually. To exemplify that: I have the workSheet[1]
and need the content of rows 20 to 178. In my code, I am changing the workSheet index and adapt my for-loop to the right row indexes. Then I start the debugging and repeat the process for another set of rows.
I could of course create input textboxes to enter rows and worksheet indexes to my project, so after deploying it, I can enter my desired values.
However, out of curiousity I would like to know, if there is a way to keep data I read at debugging time in my database to use it after deployment.

Use a full path to your database file in your connection string, and data will persist. In addition, if you have the database file as a project item set it to Copy= Never.
You also need to think about where you want to place the file after deployment, I have some ideas here:

Connecting to Digital Camera - Problems

When I connect the fifth gen ipod to the fujifilm digital camera it downloads the pictures with no problem, I copied 4 compact flash cards to the ipod. I then connected a Sony digital camera to the ipod it said it had finisheddownloading the pictures but when I checked the ipod all including the fujifilm pictures had disappeared!!
Now when I connect the ipod to the camera it says there are no pictures on the card when clearly there are! The only way around this is to format the ipod!
Has anyone come across this problem?

VHD and VHDX won't Compact

I also have the same problem.
If I compact a VHD or VHDX the compact runs for one second and ends, and the VM's remain uncompacted.
I am using REFS format on the drive, and the VM's are Windows 7 x86, if that makes any difference.
I have disabled System Restore in VM's, as that was a known problem with 2008 R2.
Can this be reported as a bug in Server 2012 RC.

I was having the same problem (minus using ReRF, I am just using NTFS.) I think I finally discovered the "real" issue for me, and the solution. My VHD and VHDX file (tried both ways) has two partitions in it - being a virtual machine for Windows 7 that we
use to create images, it wound up having the small 'system reserved' partition, plus the normal OS partition.
I think what was happening is that only the first partition was being looked at (the small one) and so the optimization, etc, was never happening on the large one. Which would explain the way it came back in just one second (less, really.)
The way I found to get around this was to use a new feature in 2012 - I right-clicked on the VHDX and chose "Mount." This attached *two* drives (can't seem to choose the drive letters.) Then in a "My Computer" window, used the ribbon option "Drive Tools
-> Manage" and chose the "Optimize" tool. Ran the optimization on both of the newly attached drives, closed that out, and then ejected one of the drives (both of them detached when I did.)
Finally, when I ran the "compact" in HyperV Manager, it took a bit longer and actually decreased the size of the VHDX file (in my case, from 31GB to 20GB.)

Z1 compact issues.

Hi there I've had problems with my z1 compact a number of months. I told the shop about the problem at the start they did nothing niether did the mobile network.
I'm thinking about canceling the payments.
Ive had to restore my phone a number of time and now I've had enough.
I have 14 system restarts in three days along side 2290 applications not responding. The screen freezes and becomes unresponsive.
It now has became very warm at the back.
Tell my my phone is fine?

That's quite interesting, how is it that you had 2290 applications not responding? you actually have 2290 applications on your phone? if you have indeed that insane amount of apps on your phone then it will explain why all those apps are using up all your RAM, thus creating issues with your screen, heating up your phone, reboots.

Multiselect problem Help please!!

I am currently using Application Express 3.1.2.00.02 I have developed an online questionnaire with a multiselect list for one of the questions. The problem i am having is that i need each choice to be totaled up separately on the report generated.
My table of answers looks like this:
Column name e.g. (Question 9)
Answer "Dog" "Cat" "Mouse" "Snake" (underneath column name Question 9 depending on what is selected).
The reporting page would look like below:
*(Column Question 9)* Count
Dog 1
Mouse 1
Snake 1
and for the question you could have another respondent who chooses similar of items on the multiselect, so their answer looks like this:
Answer
"Question 9" Dog
"Question 9" Snake
This would then start a new row on the reporting page like below which is not what i want:
*(Column Question 9)* Count
Dog 1
Mouse 1
Snake 1
Dog: Snake 1
But the report should look like this:
*(Column Question 9)* Count
Dog 2
Mouse 1
Snake 2
The current SQLquery i am using is below:
select "QUESTION 9",
count(*) c

Logic Board Problem?

Hey Everyone:
I'm still a fairly new Apple user, coming from a world of DIY computer problems. Problem is, this nice compact ibook of mine prevents me from being able to do much on my own. I'm trying to solicit some advice as to what I can do about my current hardware issues.
About 5 months after having my ibook I noticed white spots on my screen. I knew it would be repaired by Apple, but being the cheap SOB that I am I decided to put it off until the end of my 1 year warranty. I figured I could get everything fixed then, and avoid paying for the extended warranty. Well, I followed through with my plan, but I've noticed some new problems. I'm not too happy about this, but at least I realized these problems in time to extend the warranty.
The Problems:
-The first night I got it back, the computer completely froze! Everything working fine, and BAM! The screen looked fine but the entire system was locked up. Fortunately, this only happened twice that night, and I haven't seen it again.
-Also that first night, the computer would not come out of sleep. It sounded like the hard drive would start spinning, and the flashing light would turn off, but the screen was completely blank. I would be forced to hard reboot, and then things worked better. This led me to a reinstall, but the problem still comes back every so often.
-One day, I logged in to find that my clock had been reset to 12:00 and somewhere around 1960(?). I set the clock to the appropriate time, and have since realized this could be a PMU issue. I just reset the PMU a few minutes ago, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed this could solve the problems.
-A couple of weeks ago, the computer would give the dreaded 3 beeps at startup. This seems to imply that OS X can't find the memory bus, but again this seemed to disappear as well.
I'm looking for some help here. I'm afraid that the Genius bar will just ignore me, because I still can't find a way to reproduce my problems on a regular basis. Yet, the instability is driving me nutty, and I rely on my laptop to get almost all of my work done. Overall, I'm not very pleased with Apple's hardware work. Instead of replacing the entire screen casing, they only replaced the screen itself. That seems like a lot of work with a lot of potential to mess things up on my computer. What's with that farce of a bill that Apple used to convince me to renew my warranty saying that the screen cost $400? No way a screen costs that much, maybe the entire unit. Also, I lift up my keyboard and notice the Technician lost one of the screws. What kind of professional work is that, I ask you?
Does anybody have any advice on how I can get help with these problems? I just want to get through these rough times while minimizing my inconveniences, and avoiding the potential loss of any data. I am making regular backups, I just don't like the idea that my laptop can die on me at any given time without any warning.

That's a good guess, but maybe I wasn't clear enough. The only hardware changes are what Apple did when they replaced the screen. If the RAM is faulty, then it is something they damaged, because everything worked fine before I handed my ibook over to the Genius Bar. I ran memtest, and the Apple Diagnostics CD a few times, and I don't get any errors.
I'm more curious as to how people knew they had Logic Board Problems, and how did they prove this to Apple. As I see it, a problem such as this would either be disastrous or unpredictabe, that latter being much harder to prove to the retailer.

Can't use speaker during phone call

Hi,
I'm facing a problem with my Z1 Compact running FW build 14.3.A.0.757 with bluetooth on and my Sony SBH 52 headset (but problem should be the same with any bluetooth headset.
Problem is occuring during a phone call, any time I'm trying to activate the phone speaker instead of the bluetooth device, sound is coming to the speaker but after few seconds, switch back to bluetooth. Re-eanbling the speaker, it works for few seconds and switch back again to bluetooth!
Is it a known bug ? Will it be fixed soon ?
