Problem: What is this? Pictures included...
This is the only problem I have noticed with the images on my screen not appearing correctly. It's during the Arabesque screensaver. It should be all black, with like faded colors. But there is black, and then a gray hard line. I took a picture with my iphone. Take a look...
It does it 1 out of 6 times...
Can someone please tell me what this is? Do I need a new graphics card?

Looks like you're having a graphical glitch with your Arabesque Screen Saver. That, or a video driver issue. Any of your other graphics screwed up?
Also the "That's 1 thing Dell has on Apple". Sorry, if you purchase AppleCare, Apple DOES come to your house to fix it. Only phone support with the stock warranty and carry-in to an authorized dealer.

Hi,
I have recently noticed that my "other" section has steadily been increasing every time i sync my phone. I now have 3GB worth of "other" and have no idea what this could be.
I have wiped both my itunes and Iphone completly of music and no only the App remain ( of which i have 4GB)
I have no idea what is in this Other section and as it has never been any higher then 250MB i have never really paid it much attention.
Can someone please adcise what is classed as "other" and how i can empty this as it is taking up a large chunk of my memory.
Please note that i have had my iPhone 4s for 6 months and i only sync up playlists i do ot hold great quantities of music on my iTunes nore my Phone.Connect your phone to iTunes, select any tab of your iTunes sync settings and look at the capacity guage on the bottom. This will show you what's taking up the majority of your space. For a more detailed idea of how much is being consumed by your apps, go to Settings>General>Usage.

Strange display problem band through screen -=Pictures included=-
I bought a refurb intel imac and had it delivered on May 30th. June 2nd, I brought the computer in to the apple store to repair the bleeding backlight on the LCD (corners were very bright); I just picked it up again on June 5th.
At first, I was very impressed with the turnaround time on the repair (3 days, 2 of which were weekend days). However, once I got the imac home & set up again, I was disappointed to see a thick discoloured bar down the entire vertical length of the screen!
The band is really strange; it changes colours depending on what colour is on top of it, and seems to flicker. I've determined that it only appears when the display is set on "millions of colours", not "thousands" or "256". I've also tried resetting the PRAM with no luck...
What are my options here? Is there an easy fix that I can try myself? Or is it more likely that the Apple store techs damaged something internally when they installed the new LCD? I really don't want to lug this computer back to the store, wait several more days, then lug it back home again. It's a huge inconvenience especially since the imac is all-in-one so I'm left using my old PC that was looking forward to a peaceful retirement...I just don't see any other choice...

VIVADO 2015.2, Linux x64, Microblaze core is on the canvas (not generated stand-alone) with typical settings that were NEVER modified. This following error popped up in the very last synthesis I have made.
[Opt 31-67] Problem: A LUT3 cell in the design is missing a connection on input pin I2, which is used by the LUT equation. This pin has either been left unconnected in the design or the connection was removed due to the trimming of unused logic. The LUT cell name is: system_i/mb_mba/U0/MicroBlaze_Core_I/Performance.Core/Data_Flow_I/Operand_Select_I/LOCKSTEP_Master_Out[0]_INST_0_i_3.

I think I have found the cause of the issue. Sigh... It has to do with the other post I made earlier, a boolean IPI parameter for Verilog designs.
Because of that issue, I have hard-coded the parameter in the HDL instead of making it an IPI, and it caused a cloud of logic to be removed from the IP, leaving a dangling connection, which of course cause this issue.

when I click on a link to complete a form, or a link to take a closer look at a picture, I get a blank screen and it says at the top 'search bookmarks and history', at the bottom it says 'stopped' - what is this problem and why is it happening ?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I have a Windows 7 laptop using I tunes 64 and all my music files are
on an external disc. I rarely use I tunes and at one point moved all my files
(including the music files) from one external disc to another without
considering what affect this would have on the I tunes library. When I eventually
attempted to use I tunes, every selected a song from the library resulted in a
message stating that the file couldn't be located. After following some of the procedures
explained in this community I was able to reconnect the library back to where
the associated music files are presently stored. However, there are still 2
problems that need to be corrected. 1) Every song file now has a duplicate. One
file works and the other file will result in the same message stating that the
file couldn't be located. Before there were 4,000 songs in the library, now
there are 8,000 songs. I need to eliminate the 4,000 dead song files. 2) All
the playlists are still associated with the dead song files which makes the
playlists unusable. Can the playlists be reconnected to the usable files
without manually having to recreate them? Thanks in advance for the help.

You used your iPod as a hard drive (drag and drop) instead of having iTunes install the music?
If you used drag and drop your choices are different than if you used iTunes to transfer.

after finish installing an update, the the status light keeps blinking and a picture of the connection between the micro USB and iTunes shows up - what is this about?
The update failed - using a USB to microUSB lead (that Apple annoyingly don't include!), try to restore the AppleTV software to current version software using instructions here:

Pay attention to differences in power connection depending on whether or not you have AppleTV2 or AppleTV 3. -
Trying to upgrad to Mountail Lion and got an error message : 403 Forbidden. What does this mean? What can I do? I had no problem when I upgraded to Lion.

I am suddenly unable to open my pictures in Adobe Photoshop. It gives the following message: The document “Tina-19.jpg” could not be opened. Photoshop cannot open files in the “Adobe Photoshop JPEG file” format.

I am using itunes 10 and trying to consolidate my files. I keep getting the error "Copying files failed. The file name was invalid or too long". How can I indentify what file is causing this problem or resolve this issue?

Yes, I just get that message. I don't see how I could investigate this problem.
I didn't mention that this happened when I was consolidating my library, not copying files to another computer.
In other words, I'm using a "normal" itunes procedure, itunes won't complete it, and won't tell me exactly why or how to figure out how to fix it...
Is there at least some easy way to tell which files were successfully copied to my itunes music folder so I can work on moving the uncopied files?

Trying to install iTunes 10.7, first attempt; downloaded and ran with everything closed, seccond atttempt; just click on run, third attempt; ran upgrade with iTunes open. All of the results were the same.
