CDR-03110: Unable to load file as subclassed files could not be found
Hi,
I'm receiving the following error when trying to make a compare of versions. What I did was the following.
- Creating a new module forms 6i (Only creating the module object without subclassing)
- Uploading and checking it in into the repository
- Checking it back out
- Modifying the source and checking it back in
Altough I have no subclassed objects (I only created the form module, without any other objects), it still keeps on giving me this error.
Can anybody give me some tips ?

Well not really, Aperture holds all your image files in Projects. If you can think of a project as a box of negatives it will help you. Then put your prints in Albums, so to speak. You can put the Albums any place you wish, but the negatives stay in the project box. Allan.

Trial version problem when using more than 1 track - does trial version same as full one?

I am thinking of upgrading to Premiere Elements 9 as I have upgraded my laptop. But the trial version Premiere Elements 9 doesn't even perform as well (with the same media) as Elements 4.0 did on my old laptop.
My new laptop is an HP Pavilion with Intel(R) Core i7 Q720 @ 1.6GHz (I was a bit wary of the low GHz but HP explained that that was still better than a higher GHz figure for an i5). I am editing both MP4 and avi files at 720 x 480.
The problem is that as soon as I start to use more than a couple of video tracks, playback slows right up, making editing difficult. Other software packages I have trialled on the new laptop (such as Sony Vegas) don't slow up at all, but I'd rather not buy them as I am very familiar with Premiere Elements now.
Is this a problem with the trial version which woudl be solved if I bought the full version, or will it be the same?

The AVI format is but a wrapper. Almost anything can be inside that wrapper. This ARTICLE will give you more background, and will also tell you how to determine what is inside the wrapper.
Especially with a laptop, I strongly recommend tuning the computer for an editing session. This ARTICLE will give you some tips. Note: there are a couple of links, just for Win7. Also, there are some good tune-up tips in the forum FAQ section, to the right of the main forum page. Of special note: the active anti-virus, pop-up blockers and spy sweepers are known to cause all sorts of problems, when trying to edit video.
One major consideration with a laptop is the I/O sub-system - the HDD's. Most laptops only have one internal HDD, and that is anything but ideal. With eSATA external HDD's, one can get very nearly the same performance, as with multiple internal HDD's. This ARTICLE will give you tips on using external HDD's with video editing. Though I have 3x internal SATA HDD's in my laptop, I still rely on FireWire 800 (IEEE-1394b) externals, and they work well. Using eSATA would be even better. Once you open the files in the new version you can't open them in the old version. Pick one version to use (have to be 9 now as you already have converted files)

Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library' and start.

N85 firmware version 30.101 problem when watching ...

After i update my n85 version from 30.019 to 30.101, i face a problem when trying to watch youtube without using the youtube application. When i use wifi and go to www.youtube.com, find video and klick on a video to start it, then Realplayer starts and says "loading" and then it failed to load the video. Before i update to 30.101, it will play the video by flash player like normal desktop screen without using real player. The problem now is it will stop on real player without play the video. The only way i can watch youtube right now is using youtube application. But i dont prefer using youtube application because the browser is diff frm the page u see frm the desktop screen.

I'm also having issues when trying to view a video and real player comes up and says loading but it never does. Whether youtube, a live stream, or video on demand, this issue has been happening now consistently where the video will not play on a URL within the web browser. Please help Nokia! Where is your support?

I'm having problems with FlashPlayerPlugin and plugin-container. They keep starting up and bogging down the system. This has been a recent occurrance. I've made sure that I have the latest version. I notice the problem when I am opening some applicatio, and it freezes. If I go to Task Manager, I can see the two Adobe apps sucking up CPU cycles. If I end the processes, then the other apps continue. Today, I uninstalled FlashPlayerPluginqand plugin-container. All day since I have had no freezing of an app. What should I do to correct the problem?

Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

Can a pdf have problems when created with multiple PDF versions?

In our everyday workflow, we have PDFs created from different versions. Our main files are created as PDF v1.5, but then we might import pages created from another software that is v1.3, then we might scan and add a page that is created as v1.6. Has anyone noticed any issues with files created this way? I am troubleshooting some problem files and wonder if this could be contributing.

Could possibly be an issue, but it likely depends on the features used. The major problem would be going from later versions to prior versions in terms of the version you open everything in. If you are using the latest version for the editing, I would not see why there would be a problem. Earlier versions of Acrobat may have problems with PDFs saved in later versions, but that can typically be fixed with Reduce File Size or the PDF Optimizer.
