    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

After reading the messages of 15 year old Belialhoxley and others with the possible solution, we tried it step for step, to no avail. Our phone kept sending the message: Application not found. Apparently because there was no connection with the Maemo server. Today we got the connection, we tried again but no succes again. Then my partner discovered that to use the ussd pad you need to download three files from: https://garage.maemo.org/projects/ussd-widget
You need to download the following .debs files:
    ussd-common
    pexpect and ussd-pad
After downloading these files we kept getting the message that "Python 2.5" was missing. My partner discovered once again that Python 2.5 was used in games to be downloaded via Maemo. After downloading some of these games, it was easier to install the application. Because they had the component of the Python 2.5
Conclusion: if you do not have any computer knowledge, better not buy the Nokia N900! And if you have already bought it like myself, keep your partner in a very good mood every day! You yourself won't be able to do a lot with your beautiful N900.

  • Project not showing when pulling BP account balance

    Hi experts
When my client pulls the account balance report off the BP master data, it sometimes doesn't show which project the relative document was assigned to. If I go into tue document, be it an invoice or journal, it has been assigned a project but on the account balance window, sometimes it doesn't reflect the project. This isn't all the time, but most times.
I have checked that the client isn't adding the project onto the document after the document has been added. I'm not sure why this could be?
    Any input would be appreciated....

    Hi Bradley,
The project will only show for those lines where the underlying journal has the project in the relevant line. For instance by default if you add an invoice with a project selected, the journal will only reflect this project in the line of the revenue account but not the line of the BP. Therefore if you look at the account balance of the BP, there will be no project - if you look at the account balance of the revenue account, the project will be populated.
In your case I guess the journals which were manually added show the project in the BP account balance but invoices don't - since for the manual journals in the BP line the projects are defined by the users, but not in the case of invoices.
    I hope it helps.
    Regards,
    Nat

  • Checking Account and help with code ?

Hi all..my computer hung up on me, so I'm not sure if my last post went through. First of all thank you all for helping me out the other day with my question on the Bank Account. It continues :)
I'm trying to work on each class one by one..when I test my Checking Account, it isn't printing out the correct balance. The string method to print this is coming from the Withdrawal class...so I know it has to be somewhere in there but I can't seem to figure out why it isn't totalling the balance...or how to get it too.
Then when I test my MyBank class, it hangs up on line 63..which I could swear I have written correctly. Again I am getting a NullPointerException and I honestly think I have the line of code written right, but I'm guessing I dont.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Very bad style with those brace placements. Pick a style and stick with it. Consistency is the key.
    Your code isn't very readable.
You don't have a SavingsAccount here anywhere, even though your MyBank uses one.
You use JDK 1.5 generics yet you've got ArrayList as the static type on those declarations. Better to use the interface type List as the compile time type on the LHS.
You have a lot of compile time problems, and some incomprehensible stuff, but I was able to change it enough to my TestCheckingAcct run to completion. No NPE exceptions.
I'm not sure I agree with your design.
No SavingsAccount. The accounts I have ALL incur fees - no need for a special interface there. Savings accounts are usually interest bearing. That's the way they behave differently from checking accounts. Where do you have that?
You rewrite too much code. If you put behavior in the abstract BankingAccount class (a good idea), the whole idea is that concrete classes that extend BankingAccount don't need to overload any methods whose default behavior is correct for them.
I don't know that I'd have separate Deposit and Withdrawal to implement Transaction. I'd make Transaction concrete and have starting balance, ending balance, and a transaction type String (e.g., "DEPOSIT", "WITHDRAWAL")
It'd be good to see some thought put into exception handling. I don't see an OverdrawnException anywhere. Seems appropriate.
No transfer methods from one account to another. I often do that with my bank.
    That's enough to get started.

  • GL Account Balance Display

    Hi All,
We transferred all the GL account balances to the new fiscal year 2008 by way of running year end program.
Now our auditor wants to see the GL account balance on 31 .12. 2007 as well as on 01.01.2008. The users have also posted some transactions from 01 Jan onwards.
Now my concern is how to get all the GL account balances on 01 Jan 2008.
Because when we run the GL account balances report for the period 01, it shows all the values including the posted transactions during this period. But our auditor wants the General Ledger Account balances on the beginning of the year 01.01.2008.
I request you to all, please give your valuable reply.
    Thanks with regards,
    Ran.

    Hi Padma
Thank you for your information and as I know that when you use the T.code: FS10N, you can get the account balance for the selected GL accounts only. This is not my requirement.
How do we see the balance as on date DD/MM/YYYY. Because our Auditor wants to see the account balance as on 31-12-2007 and at the same time 01-01-2008.
How do I ge the report for this purpose.
    Please let me know.
    Thanks with regards,
    Ran

  • Can`t hear when dialing out

i get this problem when dialing a number. i can`t hear the other phone ringing or the person talking but they can hear me saying "hello"  sometimes i also can`t hear messages that are sent to me(email, text) that contain music or speech. sometimes this problem goes away if i activate voice dialing. any ideas ? i brought it back to where i bought it and they had no idea what was wrong.

Go into your Phone icon, from there display the menu and go into Options, then General Options. Try setting the default call volume to 100%. Also during a call if you hit the "Volume Up" button to increase the volume if you set the above percentage to something lower

  • Why does dialing *100# (to check prepaid account balance) work from dialer but not from contacts?

    Hello,
to check my prepaid account balance, I can dial *100# and my carrier sends me back a message with the balance information. I used to save this number under my contacts in my "feature phone" and it worked great.
With the ZTE Open from Movistar (Spain), dialing the number from the dialer works, I get the requested message. However, when I save this number under my contacts and I dial it from there, I don't get the requested message.
From the dialer, it doesn't really dial but sends information to the carrier which sends information back. From within the contacts, it seems to be treated as a phone number which is not recognized, and I get some sort of busy tone back.
Can this be settled in some way? This would be very convenient! I guess this is true for the complete target group of FFOS.
    Cheers

Going through contacts would probably take just as long as Dialing, But in this case i think it is to do with your Service Provider not the phone itself.
Remember Mozilla only make the OS it is probably your Provider that is making it do that.

  • E52: speed-dial for account balance

My Service-Provider (blau.de) sends me my account balance if I call the *100#. I've done a link to speed-dial button 9.  After pressing the button 9, I get a short message that an SMS with the account balance information will be send to me. So far, so good. If I close this informational display the quick access keys do not appear. I get only a monochrome background. Neither my background image nor my quick access configuration are to be seen. Pressing the hang up key does not help. I have to press any number on the keyboard and then the hang up key. After that procedure my usual background appears again (image and quick access). If I call the *100# from contact menu everything is fine. It seems that an overlaying windows is not going to be closed by using the speed dial key. This is for me clearly a software (firmware) bug and very annoying. Formerly I used a E51 without such behavior. I updated to the newest firmware (which was a disaster) and the problem still remains.
Some statements to the firmware update. What the hell is this? I need a whole day to do this successfully. And believe me, I'm a computer scientist and I know what I'm doing. Neither NSU 2.5.4 nor Nokia Ovi Suite 2.1.0.87 are working as firmware updater on Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit! Windows 7 uses Windows Media Player 12 and his mtp driver seems to be incompatible with the E52 as with many other Nokia devices. I tried Windows Vista 32 bit without success. No mtp support for my Nokia. How can this be? The only thing that worked was Windows XP with Windows Media Player 10. Believe me, we have year 2010! It is impossible to do the firmware upgrade with Windows XP in a virtual machine due to some USB reconnections. I had install a new Windows XP native on a hdd, for a simple firmware upgrade. I think this can't be true, especially when the bug still remains. When will Nokia reaches the present?
So hope you understand my frustration and try to evaluate this bug. Please don't say: go to your dealer. He can't help this is a firmware bug. My actual firmware version is 013.012. If you want I can send you a video of this behavior.

    Hello,
I had posted about this error in September itself when i bought the phone. Even after two firmware updates this is not solved.
Also i had detailed a list of bugs and posted. Even after this update, nothing has been rectified. I dont know what only Nokia is putting in 150MB.
People first want thier phones to function correctly instead of Internet radio and such stuff.
    I no longer use nokia.

  • GL Account Balance Display Problem

    Hi SAP Gurus
I am having the problem with the GL Account display.
When I use the T.Code:FS10N to display the balance of the particular GL Account
the total shows  one balance and if I go through Line item, it shows different amount.
I request you to kindly reply to me why this difference occurs and due to what reason?
    Thanks with regards,
    Bala.

    Dear Bala,
You can check the data (GL Account Balance) in database table GLT0 or write a query or report with logical datbase SDF and structures SKC1A / SKC1C
Try to analyse if the the difference is in differnet currencies or different business areas.
What report are you using for line item.
    RFSUSA00, RFSOPO00, or RFSSLD00.
    Also, visit the following thread:
Problem regarding difference in FS10N and FBL3N
    Hope this will help.
    Regards,

  • I cannot access online statements for my credit card account when using firefox, but have no problem when using safari.

When I attempted to check the monthly statement for my credit card account and clicked on "See statement", the next screen that appeared, which was labeled Online Statement", was blank. In the past, I have never had any problems with this. When I checked with the bank that issued the credit card, the representative I spoke with said that it was a browser issue and that, since I was working on a Mac, I should try using Safari. When I switched to Safari, I had no problem bringing up my statement. But I would prefer to be able to use Firefox to obtain information like this, since it's the browser I always use.

Can you upgrade your browser to Firefox 12 and check?
