while trying to display or change a form in SE71, it gives the following msg ...
" <b>Form *** language EN is inconsistent in text file</b> "
Please can anyone help me on this ?
I have tried for language DE also

Problem while printing SAP Script

Hi All,
I have one scenario, in which I have to copy the Standard SAP Script form (HR_ALL_FIX) client '000' and import in the development server as custom SAP script(ZHR_ALL_FIX) and making change in main window the text. Instead of "Yours Faithfully" text I have changed it to 'Warm Regards'.
When I try to view the print preview of the script from PP40 tcode, the output is overlapped.
Instead of 'warm regards' to be displayed at the end of the page, its being printed in between somewhere.
No other changes I have made.
Any inputs and help will be really helpful.

I am still facing the problem . tried everything. Have only changed the language while copying from DE to EN.
Also, just creating a Z form without ANY change at all( even the printer used to check print preview is the same)... and attaching it to OOVM transaction and then checking the print preview - TEXT comes randomly (in different order)
Any help will be really appreciated and rewarded..

Facing problem while migrating sap scripts

Hi all,
My scenario is to migrate the script from one server to another server using the program RSTXSCRP.
Iam able to import the txt file,iam getting message that "Object imported and activated".
But when i try to open the same form in se71,its giving me error message that "Form XXXXXX language JA is inconsistent in the text file".
Iam getting this message only if the original language of the script is Japanese(JA),for all forms in EN i am able to migrate to other system.
Please advice.

first create the sap script , means copy the standard script form DE to JA language then you can use same name and migrate the script.

Problem while sending SAP SCRIPT to Spool

Hi Gurus,
I got the requirement that when I select Total in USD the script is not going to SPOOL.
But when I use any other Currency the script is going to spool.
Please help me for this.

Problem while changing Business Area in Cost Center Master Data

I am having a problem while changing the Business area in cost center master data, the system does not allow to change the business area due to the following reasons;
1. The transactional data already exists for that cost center
2. The desired date required to be changed, falls between analysis period 01.01.2000 to 31.12.2999
Can anyone help me in order to reslove this issue

Thanks a lot for resolving my problem actaully i have tested the scenario in Testing Server by changing the fiscal year and the system allowed to change the business area before any transactional data posted.

Problem while installing SAP netweaver developer workplace

I hav a problem while installing SAP netweaver developer workplace .An error has occured while processing service ´developer workplace installation´.This error occured in phase 14 of 25 ie while unpacking SCS Client.error is as follows:-

the database is online and the x-server is also started.hope anyone can help me in this problem.

Problem while changing decimal places in SAP B1 2007

Hi Experts,
I want change the decimal places of Quantity type fields from 2 decimal places to 4 decimal places. But while changing it in Genral settings form ,it shows the error message "Cannot update while another user is connected to the company". it is working in SAP B1 2005B but not in SAP B1 2007
Please help me if you have any solution on this issue..

Please see SAP Note 1247060 as is discusses the fact that this did work in 2005, but the behavior was changed in version 2007 ...

Missing fields in the output while using SAP SCRIPT

Hi,
I am working on an issue where we are using F110 to print some checks, and for this we have created a custom sap script and we are using a std driver program RFFOUS_C, we have also maintianed a custom subroutine pool ZRFFOUS which will retrieve the missing data for the sap script which was not there in the std. program. Now we have applied a SP to our system and since then we are having a problem...when we are printing the chechks its missing some fields.
Surpisingly, it is happening for all scripts like Dunning, invoice......
These scripts are working good in production which is not applied patches.
I have tried in all ways, did debug, data is there in tables and scripts are exactly same as in production.
Could you please share any ideas regarding this? What would be the effect of patches?

I think u r printing the Check through the Tr Code F110.
In that program u r using the Standard Driver Program RFFOUS_C and u create a New Sap script.
and also u also mantained the custom subroutine pool ZRFFOUS . when ru giving printing u are not able to print some field.
In this case when u using the Standard driver Program RFFOUS_C in that program there is a Include Progran * RFFORI01---- check ,
in this program it is calling the Standard Form (F110PRENUM_CHCK) i--e t042e-zforn .as shown in the below and it is calling the function module 'OPEN_FORM'._
Please copy the form asZF110_PRENUM_CHCK and and do the changes in that form . and we need to maintained the Form as Company code level -- and it will shown this Table T042E (Company Code-Specific Specifications for Payment Methods)
Please go to Transaction Code FBZP and U can maitained the New Sap Script Form Company Code Level.
one thing while u calling your new subroutine pool ZRFFOUS Please call this subroutine in your Sap Script form then only u can see all values in your Check. and Actvate the Sap script .
Like U can call your new subroutine ZRFFOUS in your New Sap script Program.

Problem in PO SAP Script, producing a PDF format.

Description: We have developed a Purchase Order script. Both the Print Program and SAP Script are customised i.e., we are no longer using the standard MEDRUCK. The print preview is fine and when we take a print out the output looks good.
Problem: When the output type is changes to External Send using the Messages tab in the transaction ME23N, the output is given to a PDF file. In this output the vertical lines are not coming properly. The vertical lines are printed using the VLINE statement of sap script.
Solution Required for: Could any one please tell me why are we getting this problem and a possible solution for this.

Problem while adding SAP Netweaver 7.3 As Java in Solution Manager 7.1

Hi All,
We are facing strange problem while configuring managed system- SAP Netweaver 7.3 As Java in Solution manager 7.1 SP3. We added this system in SLD of solution manager and synchronized it with LMDB. As a result this As Java system is present under Technical systems in SMSY. Now we are assigning Product system to it with Landscape verification tool. But the problem is when we try to save after assigning Product version as SAP Netweaver and Product as SAP Netweaver 7.3. It always gives below error:
Fatal error trying to update Technical System (UPDATE_TSYSTEMS). Update could not be executed.
Product instance 54 not found
Product instance number error keep on changing depend upon what usage i select like ADS 7.3, Application Server Java 7.3 etc.
Please suggest if someone has faced this issue.

Try to select only one product instance in LMDB and saved. After that, you can add more product instance in SMSY.

Modification problems while applying SAP Note manually

Hi Guys,
I am facing some problems while applying a SAP note manually (it cannot be applied without manual changes).
There is one standard program which I am trying to change for this purpose, but it does not allow me to do so saying "Carry out modification comparison for REPS RPCT8AR1_01 first. No changes possible" !!
Now I can go to SPAU and reset the object, but it will lose all its changes which was done
by 2 SAP notes previously.
How can I apply my SAP Note without reverting the changes ? If I revert the changes, I lose
the changes for other 2 notes !!
Is there a solution for this? please help asap.

If you did not modified the program manually, you dont have to worry. implement your note from SNOTE transaction.
even if you loose previous modifications, you can always get them back by going SPAU transaction and import the transport numbers.
I had the same problem but we had manual changes to the program that is why didnt allow to implement note

As per my first reply you have to change the perform
PERFORM write_layout_set USING 'MAIN' 'SET' 'BODY' 'MAIN'.
to

and now check and one more thing whether this main_data element is in main window or not just check.
if it does not work then just change &W_NETWT(12.3L)& to

Error while displaying SAP script

As Robert said, do NOT modify the SAP standard MEDRUCK. Create a copy and modify that. Then change NACE to use the new SAPScript. It's not difficult.
In transaction NACE choose Application EF and the Output types button. Select each output type, double-click on Processing routines and change the form to the new copy (i.e. MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK).

when saving standard text in so10,
it won't ask for request!
1. goto se09 and create a new
customizing rqeuest.
2. after that
in the object list,
go in edit mode
and a new window will come
where u can add the objects(in table control)
3. there u put
program id = R3TR
object type = Form
object name = Form,YHRS_FNF_LTR,E
where
YHRS_FNF_LTR = name of script
E = english language
it helps..
or goto SE03.
In that object directory..
Change object directory entries...
