Problem while converting requasation to PO??

Hi Friends,,
I need some urgent help with this issue,
we are unable to convert the req to a PO due to error SD 18024 on the MM side. On the SD side the error message No pricing listed because PO was not selected" occurs. The SO is complete, Credit OK, Configuration green, qty confirmed.
Appreciate if you could please advice what is this error SD 18024, what transaction i can use to look at this error.i couldn't see it in SE91.

Problem while converting smartform out to PDF.

Hi,
I have an issue while converting smartform output to PDF. After converting samrtform out to PDF, apostrophe(') is appearing as # in the pdf file. For example the word Indian's is getting printed as Indian#s. I'm using Helvetica font for printing this text.
How ever print preview is coming fine.
Could anybody provide me some inputs to solve this.

I had sales order.Based on sales order, I had run MRP. Pr was created.While converting from pr to po, It is asking for GL Account for that Sales order. So how to proceed further. PLease reply........

you should ask the FI guy that which account should be used for this purpose becuase if auto determination of G/L is not defined and you are creating the PR for a/c category for sales order

Having problem while converting pdf to tiff

I am using adobe live cycle.I tried to convert one editable pdf file to tiff file. It was giving me an exception which seems i cant convert editable pdf file to tiff file. So first i converted editable pdf to non editable pdf and then converted the non editable pdf to tiff file. Then it is working fine. but while converting editable pdf to non editable pdf,barcode has been erased so in tiff also i am not getting the barcode. Please give me solution for this. It is a bit urgent.

Unit of measurement problem while converting SC to PO - Classic

Hi
We are using Classic scenario and on SRM 3.0 with SAP 4.70
The problem:
User created shopping cart with qty of 3.24 EA, when we convert this Shopping cart as PO in backend SAP system is removing decimal places in PO and making as 3 EA. Like wise if SC is for 0.45 EA the PO will generate error because qty is 0 EA.
I know decimal places are not configured in CUIN for EA in both SAP and EBP also. But system allows me decimal places to create SC and manullay created POs in EBP and SAP respectively. The problem is only when we conver SC to PO its Truncating.
Any ideas, please help.

Hi Nagaraju,
Looks like the problem lies in the default settings of the user profile (background user that talks to your R/3 system) that you are using to transfer the data to your R/3 system.
Change your default settings of that system user and that should resolve your problem.

More problems while converting hyperlinks in word to pdf - missing first words

I'm using Microsoft Office Word 2007 and Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended (I think on Windows XP).
If I have a word document with a working hyperlink when I convert it to PDF (using the Acrobat button in Word)I end up with a working hyperlink in the pdf file but it is missing the first word. For example :
in Word the hyperlinked phrase will be http:/tinyurl.com/MarinaBloj but in the pdf version it will be :/tinyurl.com/MarinaBloj
or
in Word the hypelinked phrase will be "Sensitivity to luminance and chromaticity gradients in a complex scene." but in the pdf version it will be " to luminance and chromaticity gradients in a complex scene." with an extra blank space.
worse, if in the word it is a single word, say "PDF" then all you get in the created pdf document is " " i.e. a blank space that is actually is a hyperlink (you can see the corresponding address if you hover the mouse).

I am experiencing the exact problem...hyperlinks work after conversion from Word to pdf however first word is missing. I can only reproduce the problem on one computer. Other computers I have tried it on do not have that problem. Here is a work around i found....You can select the entire document (Ctrl + Shift + End from the beginning), then go to "Create PDF". Go into Options and select the "Selection" option. Then proceed to convert the document. It's a workaround but I'd like to know what the cause of the problem is.

Aspect ratio problem while converting movies

i think the black screen problem is the aspect ratios because videora ipod converter converts movies ar 1.33:1 and if your movies ar isn't 1.33:1 so u will see a black screen.
we need a program that we can set ar manually.or we can only convert the movies which ar is 1.33:1 with videora ipod converter

I believe that at least a partial solution is to create all of this widescreen, then in DVDSP, you have to make it a menu and not a video track. Then for aspect ratio in SP, select 16:9 Pan Scan & Letterbox. Be aware that it will cut off the sides of the picture in 4:3. Then your following image you'd have to put bars on the sides of the 4:3 video in Final Cut pro. Hope this helps. Anybody else got any ideas, I'd be happy to be proved wrong.

Problem While Converting File From .xls to .csv consisting of Chinese Data

I want to import the Excelsheet data to HTML DB which consists of information in chinese language. To import this excelsheet data i am converting this excel file to .csv. After coverting it to .csv every chinese character will gets converted to question mark (???). I want to import this chinese data as it is. Please help me regarding this issue.

Problem while converting doc to PDF

Hi - When tried to convert a doc file to PDF, it introduced spaces between word characters in the result PDF file.
For e.g. "Project" became "Pro ject"
But when used Print to PDF it worked fine.
Can somebody please help me to understand why conversion from doc to PDF file introduces spaces in between? Is this an existing bug in Adobe?

What version of MS Word... and have you applied all updates from Microsoft?

Problem while converting Spool to PDF

Hi,
I am sending ALV report output to Spool then converting the Spool to PDF using 'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'.
I am able to send the mail but in the PDF, the first page contains data statistics(no. of records passed) but I want to supress it. I need to get my Actual output only.
Please help me regarding this.

You need to set the print parameter of the ALV to avoid the statistics in the Spool.
Like:
data: ls_prnt type slis_print_alv.
ls_prnt-NO_PRINT_LISTINFOS = 'X'.
call function 'REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY'
is_print = ls_prnt

Page format problem while converting spool job to PDF file

Hi,
I convert the sapscript from spoollist to pdf with the FM CONVERT _ OTFSPOOLJOB _ 2 _ PDF giving the spool id but I can not get the file properly. It adds a raigth margin to the PDF file.
Should I call aany other FM to format the PDF file ?

I have executed the report and the PDF file has the right margin.
In the properties of PDF file it says PDF version 1.3 (Acrobat 4.x) and Page Size 11.69 in x 11.69 in
Also I open the PDF file with Acrobat 5.0

Problem while Converting from PDf To XML

hi everybody ,
By using interactive adobe forms i have
done an application which has four text fields binded with data
using Data Source property of interactive form through webdynpro.
Now when iam trying to get the XML format of this PDF form
located at server , i am getting a Exception as follows
javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: Namespace fixup failed. Prefix 'xfa' used in attribute 'xfa:dataNode' is not declared anywhere
can any one help me..if any queries please ask

PostScript language level 2 dates back to 1990. PostScript language level 3 was announced in 1996 with first devices shipping in 1997. Adobe Acrobat Distiller is effectively an Adobe PostScript 3 device as of Acrobat 4.0. At Adobe, we know of no problems associated with processing of properly generated PostScript language level 3 files by Distiller.
In terms of what may appear in an EPS file, the major areas of difference would be in use of smooth-shaded gradients in language level 3 as opposed to adjacent similar polygons or images to represent gradients in language level 2.
Ironically, changing the settings of the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance for PostScript language level (the Distiller itself has no such setting) does
not affect the placed EPS (or EPS derived from placed PDF) in your FrameMaker document. The PostScript text in the EPS is simply passed through the driver unchanged, regardless of the driver's PostScript language level setting, to the Distiller. The setting you changed affected only the PostScript generated from non-EPS components of your FrameMaker document.
I cannot rationally explain the symptoms you experienced and why the driver setting change you made resolved the symptoms without looking at your files and knowing exactly how they were generated. It is possible that the problem has nothing to do whatsoever with your EPS files! :-)
