Problem while executing the transaction code FMBV (Reconstruct)

We are facing a problem while executing the transaction code FMBV
(Reconstruct Availability Control in Funds Management) in it when we
execute this transaction system only updates the expenditure which is
made before technical upgrade from 4.6c to ECC6 EHP6, against the
Assigned Budget (KBFC budget type) in the Annual Budget Table (BPJA)
and
the expenditure which we made after the upgrade, the program just
ignore
it. We can also see the expenditure in the standard FBL3N report.

In your description, you refer to missing update after an upgrade. First of all, see if table FMIT is consistent, as it is the basis for calculating the assigned values during AVC reconstruction.
Refer to this note:
977016 FMIT: Missing totals records in Funds Management And perform following steps:
1.- Run program RGZZGLUX
2.- Run program RFFMRC04 to match totals table with line items. A test run after a successful effective run should not find inconsistencies.
3.- If RFFMRC04 does not show more inconsistencies, run FMBV as final step.
Note that this reconstruction must be done without any other budgeting/posting activities at the same time, otherwise you may cause other inconsistencies.

977016 - FMIT: Missing totals records in Funds Management
Symptom
After the upgrade to ERP 2004 or higher you realize that the FMIT totals table is no longer updated in Funds Management. You start the RFFMRC04 report to reconstruct the totals, but the report still displays the missing totals after an update run.
Other Terms
FMIT, EA-PS, ECC 5.00, ECC 6.00, ECC 7.00
Reason and Prerequisites
This problem occurs due to a generation error.
Solution
Start the RGZZGLUX report to generate missing source code in FI-SL. Then start the RFFMRC04 report to reconstruct the totals, now another run of the report should no longer display any errors.

Error while executing the transaction QC22 (Quality Certificate for Batch)

Hello Friends,
While executing the transaction QC22(Quality Certificate for Batch), after giving the Batch Number and Customer Number, when i am executing it , system is throwing the error message as "Not all data was found for characteristic 90139982 in profile D80D8".
Message no. ZQ010
Diagnosis
Not all data was found for characteristic 90139982, referenced as number 0030 in certificate profile D80D8. The missing data could be the short text, specifications, or results.
System Response
The missing charactertistic will not be printed on the certificate,
Procedure
Review the settings for data orgin of the short text, specifications, and results, and adjust accordingly.
One more thing i would like to add here as against the same batch in april we had taken the print of COA (Quality Certificate) through the transaction QC22. But now we are trying to do that than system is thrown above mentioned error.
As i am new in QM, kindly explain we were to maintain the certificate profile.

Try with QA33 you may have display authorization, or check in MB51 on the base of material and batch you can find the lot number generated, then go to QA03 and check the result, if you want to validate the characters check with the inspection plan, the characters entered in the inspection plan and the characters in the concerned certificate profile.

Problem in executing FS10N transaction code -

Hi All,
I am executing FS10N transaction code, in selection criteria for company code, I have selected multiple selection tab. Here in ranges tab, I have entered " 01 to 32" Company codes range. Then I am receiving the following message "ONLY SELECT COMPANY CODES WITH SAME FISCAL YEAR".
I am sure that all the selected comapny codes are having same fiscal year variant.
Please advise me what is the problem and what should I do to rectify it.

This problem occur because you had been posted documents for some company code with another fiscal year variant and changed afterwards.
Enter in OBY6: Utilities - Changed logs - Display status.
You can display companies codes balances with same document posting period.

Problem while executing the package

Hi Guys,
I am getting the problem while executin the package for 1 of the interface named PRE_SYNC_EX_ARMY_VEH_DEL.
The source tables are EX_ARMY_VEH_TMP and CONTROL_DEL & target table is CONTROL_DEL
All the three tables are in the same schema named RTO_STAGE.
I am looking in the operator as at the first session is in the process(running mode) with "DROP FLOW TABLE" as the message while all other sessions are in the waiting mode related to that interface PRE_SYNC_EX_ARMY_VEH_DEL.The previous interface before it ie PRE_SYNC_AXLE_DEL & PRE_SYNC_AXLE_DELNR is running okk(with all succesful session).
**In one statement I can summerize that execution of package is halting/stopped at one interface & not showing error in operator(showing running)**
what would be the problem?

Hi,
You didn't mention the exact error.
Did you check if your interface succeeds outside the Package?
If yes, have you included any odiFileWait event which's why other tasks are kept in Wait mode?
In any case, if there's an error, the task with the red-colored icon shows the one with problem. Double-click it & go to the Execution tab to get the exact error

Please check if you have used any formulae or function modules to derive the fiscal period/month from calday. Maybe the date being assigned is not of the same format as expected due to which the error (input valid date or calmonth or fiscal period) is being generated.

Strange problem while executing the Query.......

I have created a new query and I am facing the strange behaviour.
When I execute it , it works fine but when one of my colleague execute it , it does not return any value for one of the Price variable.
It works fine with most of the people I have checked except one.
Can somebody let me know the reason.....?

Hello,
If it is authorization problem go to transaction st01 and mark the first check for authorization. Under filter insert the user. Click Trace On.
Execute the query with that user and just after the lack of authorization message click trace off.
Read the trace.
Do the same with your user and compare the log of the two.
You'll see what is missing.

New Session opens automatically while executing the transactions

When ever we run a new transaction after logging in a
new session opens automatically.
We dont give any " /o" before the transaction yet ths happens........
can any one get the reason for this????????

In the initial screen of the transaction check
the start transaction,if the settings for it may be given as /o.just right
click and see in it.
if it is fine there then try to find out in debbuging,
in initial screen give /h and enter soe tcode.it will give u the reason y it is getting new session trigeered.may be if any exit.. or something is there.

While you on the Debug, try put break points at all the occurences of the message. You do this by just pressing the enter key after /H. Once its in Debug mode follow the path
On the Menu, Breakpoints->Breakpoint at->Statement. At this point you get one pop up. In the Pop up write 'MESSAGE' and press enter. Break point inserted at every occurences of the message and you go on press F8.
Check the place where u r getting the error, and analyze the values in it. You may come to know what is the error and how it is coming in.

Problem : After trying to upload the file from JSP, I am getting the INTERNAL SERVER ERROR.
Note : The above process has been tested successfully on TOMCAT5 server on Windows XP.
After checking the error log file ..I am getting the follwing error

In the below WLST command please provide a "Space" between every comma ( , )...like following
wls:/base_domain/serverConfig> reassociateSecurityStore(domain="base_domain", admin="cn=orcladmin", password="welcome1", ldapurl="ldap://<hoistname>:389", servertype="OID", jpsroot="cn=jpsroot_idm_idm1")
like there is a Space before servertype="OID" same password="welcome1" there is a Space before password...

Problem in creation of transaction code !!!

I have created a transaction code for my program and when i am executing the transaction code initial screen is coming but once i am executing nothing is happening and it is going to the easy access screen.Where is the problem?

You might have selected the Radio Button Program and screen (dialog Transaction)
Select the radio button Program and Selection Screen(Report Transaction)
Delete the transaction and create the again..selecting the proper radio button.

Dump while Executing the Report HINUINFU

Dear All
I am getting Dump while executing the T.Code - HRPBSIN_IN_INFU (HINUINFU). As per my Configuration it should update the IT0267 and the IT0582. While debugging the We found out that its updating the IT0267 internally. But while reaching to IT0582 its reflecting on the feature 40CEA and the T549D.
here we are having the Telephone Reimbursement for this i copied the Tax code SEXM to ZTEL and assigned to my wage type
I also maintaied this Subtype to the feature 40CEA.
Checked also the IT0582 and its subtype time constraint.
Still the the DUMP persisisting. Please provide the solutions if any of you come across with the same situation.

Problem while running the Profit center Plan/Actual Report in Background

While executing the T.Code s_alr_87009722 (Profit Centre plan/Actual Comparision Report) on fourground it is giving all the profit centers/groups in the particular profit center group. But when i run the same report in back ground mode it is picking only the last profit center in that group. Please help me regarding the same.
