Problem while starting up Weblogic console (BSoD)

Question

Hello All,
This is somewhat critical.. actually when i start admin server by command prompt...it goes well but after that when i start the console.. it give me a BSoD with the following error message.. please help me regarding this :--

Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. M i supposed to look into device driver myself.. or there is some way out like customer support for this.. As i have already been to customer support for Microsoft for this but i did not get resolved.. finally i had to myself stop some service to let the weblogic run.. Is there any more way out there???
