Problem with a/c entries while GRN..

Dear All,
I have a different problem in GR/IR
For example my PO no is 123 and qty are 2 kgs and value is 2 Rupees (i.e. - 1rupee per kg)
Now i have removed GR based invoice verification and did the invoice posting first with wrong qty but correct value(i.e.- qty 1kg but value 2 Rupees)
A/c entries after this are
Vendor - 2 -
GR/IR clearing a/c - 2 +
and after that i have done GRN correctly (with 2 kgs)
Now my a/c entries are
Stock a/c - 3 +
GR/IR clearing a/c - 3 -
Now my question is why it is taking value 1.5 rupees per kg in GRN??

It is not taking Rs 1.5 per KG. It is calculation as follows :
For Quantity 1, it is taking invoice price Rs. 2 since invoice is posted for Qualtity 1 with price Rs.2
For Quantity 1, it is taking price from PO i.e. Rs. 1 since no invoice posted, it will take price from PO.
So tatal Quantity received is 2 and value is 2+1 = Rs.3
This are the difference in postings when GR based invoice is not selected.

3. Open new windows explorer, to to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support
4. Paste file "SQLite3.dll" to the location.
5. Reboot your computer, it should not display that message, it should be clear.

Is your problem due to the keyboard or to NeoOffice Characters? You have to change probably the font. Not all fonts are supporting all Unicode sets. Which font you have in your NeoOffice set to write Tamil? Try with Arial Unicode MS for example.
Are the letter e-Ex and ai-Ex right in your posting? If they are right, how you inserted these letters in your posting? By copy and paste or by typing? If by typing, your question is related to NeoOffice. Probably you should reinstall or update NeoOffice? Or switch to OpenOffice?

Performance Problems with "For all Entries" and a big internal table

We have big Performance Problems with following Statement:
SELECT * FROM zeedmt_zmon INTO TABLE gt_zmon_help
FOR ALL ENTRIES IN gt_zmon_help
    WHERE
    status = 'IAI200' AND
    logdat IN gs_dat AND
    ztrack = gt_zmon_help-ztrack.
In the internal table gt_zmon_help are over 1000000 entries.
Anyone an Idea how to improve the Performance?

You can't expect miracles. With over a million entries in your itab any select is going to take a bit of time. Do you really need all these records in the itab? How many records is the select bringing back? I'm assuming that you have got and are using indexes on your ZEEDMT_ZMON table.
In this situation, I'd first of all try to think of another way of running the query and restricting the amount of data, but if this were not possible I'd just run it in the background and accept that it is going to take a long time.

Premiere Elements cause problems with Windows Media Center while streaming to TV.

I was having the following problem:
The audio from the streaming process of a recorded TV show on my HP computer to the remote receivers, a Sony Blu-ray player and/or a Sony Streaming Player, results in the loss of audio signal at exactly 30 seconds from the beginning on either devices. The video continues on as normal.
A user on the Windows 7 forum had the following possible cause and solution. His response was as follows:
I "solved" my issue, at least partially. Turns out for me a codec installed by Adobe Premiere Elements for audio (Main Concept) was causing mfpmp.exe to fail (you should see it getting an appcrash in the event log two or three times as soon as you start playing the media remotely.) This program is used by microsoft for DRM. I went through and one by one remained the various attached (non-microsoft) modules until i found the one that caused the appcrash. I haven't fully figured out if Elements is now negatively effected, but that's for a different forum.
I tried the quick fix by un-installing Adobe Premiere Elements. The uninstall solved my problem with Windows Media Center, but I want to re-install the software but I do not want to recreate the problem with Windows Media Center.
Is there another solution for this problem?

I reinstalled Adobe Premiere Elements 10 and the above mention problem reoccured. With a little detective work I was able to determine that the file causing my problem was "mc_dec_dd_ds.ax". I am not sure what this does to Adobe Premiere Elements 10 since I removed (renamed) the offending file. A strange side affect, renaming the file did cause an increase volume. Strange.

Alternative for / Problems with: "For all entries in data_package"

I doing some ABAP in a Start Rotine in BW and would like to do the following:
select * from /BI0/PMATERIAL into table 0mat
for all entries in DATA_PACKAGE
where material = DATA_PACKAGE-/bic/zmaterial.
But I get the following error:
E:When using the addition "FOR ALL ENTRIES IN itab", the fields "MATERIAL" and "DATA_PACKAGE-/BIC/ZMATERIAL" must have the same type and length. and length.
ZMATERIAL:
- Length: 28
- Type: CHAR - Character String
ZMATERIAL:
- Length: 18
- Type: CHAR - Character String
According to the error message "For all entries" cannot be used in this case since the lengths are not identical, but is there an alternative way to do what I would like to do?

one thing you can try like this define one variable in other itab of same type
then loop at the first table and assign it to new field and modify the itab
then use this field with for all entries

Problem with Chroma/Lume Keys while using Drop Shadows

I have been using the box now for almost two years and I still am getting problems with green/blue/purples artifacts showing up after a chroma/luma key has been applied with a drop shadow. The artifacts do not show up under a preview but only when the sequence has been rendered. As soon as I take the drop shadow off, the artifacts go away. This is happening with both still graphics with or without Alphas and green/blue screen video. Please help, am I just missing something or is there a work around that I could be using.

Oh, Patrick, buddy, I am so totally torqued out of shape today. Don't get me started. Too late. FCP's insane render handler is dropping my files, seemingly at random. The nests, Motion and LiveType material are not rendering in the correct order which makes the effects all wonky.
I add drop shadows in the last stage and FCP just ain't holding it together. I get glitches. And then I keep getting these Media Offline notices because FCP cant' track the render files that are actually in use in the upstream nests.
I'll certainly admit a likely a user error. I just don't know what it could be. I've somehow told FCP to destroy its children.

Problem with cheek pressing buttons while on calls

I have never had this issues before but since my upgrade I am having problems with the 5s pressing buttons such as mute, keys,etc during calls.

I do not have a screen protector but do have a case (Lifeproof). I had a similar Lifeproof case with my other 4s and 3 iphones and did not have this issues. Could it be the Issue with Proximity Sensor during calls?

Problem with unwanted endless loop while reading a file

Hi everyone,
i got stuck with a class, that reads all words out of an input file, counts each file's frequency and prints out a list with words and frequency.
Everything works fine as long as i use a In.read() method included in a example class provided by the book i use to learn java. But this method will not be allowed to use in the exam, even if the whole lecture at uni based on it. Well, not that much a problem, if i would be able to replace it by a FileReader or something like this.
Problem: The test file (input.txt) contains a phrase like "This is a test text to count the words included in the test text". Shoul return all unique words and their frequency. As my pc crashed everytime i started the class, i found out that my failure has to come from the readWord method. It reads the first word in an endless loop (which seems to be the reason for the crashs) and is not willing to continue reading the next word after it returned the first to the main method. Instead it resets and starts from the beginning. I stripped of any additional processing methods and included a "system.out.println()" in order to narrow down the failure.
I really don't understand this, because read() reads character after character and it is added to the buffer as planed and i don't see any reason why it resets to 0. I can use the same code (apart from the file reader and exception handling stuff and the "!= -1" check) with the In.java-class and it works.
Here comes the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problem with recurring calendar entry

I have a customer with a calendar which has a bunch of single day events and also 1 repeating event (daily - with no end specified)
Each day they edit the recurring event and add details about that particular day. This has been working fine for some time (we had the calendar in sp2007, and upgraded the site collection to sp2010 in March 2011)
Customer pointed out that the recurring event for date 8/7/2012 and beyond now throws an error when trying to view. The ones for 8/6 and prior (as far back as I've tested) still work fine
ULS logs show the following errors when clicking on an item causing a problem:
DelegateControl: Exception thrown while adding control 'ASP._controltemplates_publishingconsole_ascx': Value does not fall within the expected range.
System.ArgumentException: Value does not fall within the expected range. at Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.GetListItemDataWithCallback2....{and more....}
When I look at "all site content" it shows this list has 557 entries. The recurring item has a start date of 8/13/2010 and no end date specified. Any idea what could be the problem here? based on the URLs of the future items
(which don't work) it looks like they were never modified. I can create a new recurring item and it seems to work fine. I can't edit the recurring item to end its recurrance because if I do, it loses all the custom data that has been put in the
daily entries.
Based on the URLs, it looks like the "instance #" of the last recurring item that is working properly is 559 - (the last functioning URL for that series looks like this: DispForm.aspx?ID=559.1.3) I only mention it in case there is some limit
to recurring items that I don't know about.

So, can you debug your custom code? If you can find which line code throw the exception, then it can be find where is the problem.
Please also ensure your SharePoint update the latest.
Have you ever set
query.ViewFields
like the following code?

If you not set it, may be has some problem.

Problem with computing Font width while printing in Landscape mode

I have an application which prints a table and fills it with some text. I render it on a JComponent using the drawString(theStr, xPos, yPos) and the drawLine(rigtX, topY, rigtX, botY) methods in Graphics2D object. I want to take print-out of the table and also store the image of the table in, say, jpeg format. The print can be in Landscape or Portrait format depending on the size of the JComponent, which the user sets depending on the table size and the font size.
I have a paintTable( ) method which contains all the drawString( ) and drawLine( ) methods. This method is called from the paint( ) method of the JComponent to achieve normal rendering. The same method is called to get a BufferedImage of the Table. The same method is further called from the implementation of print( ) method from the Printable interface.
In the paintTable( ) method, I compute the pixel coordinates of the table grid lines and the texts positions in the tables depending on the font width and height obtained as shown below:

While Printing in Landscape mode the value of the 'width' variable printed as given above is becoming negative. Kindly see the values: FONT WIDTH HEIGHT [-9.37793,11.3203125]. This is happening ONLY DURING PRINTING IN LANDSCAPE MODE. This makes my calculation of table grid line coordinates and text positions completely wrong and the table goes out of place.
Kindly note that, there is no problem during normal rendering and BuffereredImage creation and also while printing in Portrait mode. The problem happens irrespective of Linux or Windows. The value of 'height' is always correct.
Kindly let me know: If the method I use to get the 'width' and 'height' is correct ? Is there any better way which will work fine in all platforms under all circumstances.
Kindly help me to sort out this issue.

Problem with for all entries

When i was trying to use for all entries, i am not able to pull records inside my internal table. Though both of the tables have the common key fields between them(and ofcourse have entries in that). Now what i have analyzed was, the first table is having 7 primary keys and the one i am using for 'for all entries' comes 6th. Does this gives any impact in pulling records inside my internal table?.Else please give me a possible solution for this. The alternate statement(a normal select query with * ) that i had used for this reserved my dialog processor for a while. Which resulted in 'time exceeded' short dump.

The WHERE clause of the SELECT statement has a special variant that allows you to derive conditions from the lines and columns of an internal table:
SELECT ... FOR ALL ENTRIES IN <itab> WHERE <cond> ...
<cond> may be formulated as described above. If you specify a field of the internal table <itab> as an operand in a condition, you address all lines of the internal table. The comparison is then performed for each line of the internal table. For each line, the system selects the lines from the database table that satisfy the condition. The result set of the SELECT statement is the union of the individual selections for each line of the internal table. Duplicate lines are automatically eliminated from the result set. If <itab> is empty, the addition FOR ALL ENTRIES is disregarded, and all entries are read.
The internal table <itab> must have a structured line type, and each field that occurs in the condition <cond> must be compatible with the column of the database with which it is compared. Do not use the operators LIKE, BETWEEN, and IN in comparisons using internal table fields. You may not use the ORDER BY clause in the same SELECT statement.
You can use the option FOR ALL ENTRIES to replace nested select loops by operations on internal tables. This can significantly improve the performance for large sets of selected data.

Problems with Natural Account segment while creating new SOB

Hello everybody,
I am testing a new GL SOB implementation in our test Instance. Below are the steps I followed.
1)Created a new calender with 12 periods.
2)Enabled Curriencies.
3)Created a New AFF Structure with 4 segments.
5)Created Value sets for those 4 segments and.
6)Assigned Value sets to the Segments.
7)Created LOV for the Value sets for the segments.
8)Assigned Flexfield Qualifiers for the segments.
segment1-Balance, SEG2-Natural Account, SEG3-Cost Center Accout &SEG-4 NO qualifier.
9)Saved, Froze and Compiled the AFF Structure.
10)Navigated to SETUP, FINANCIALS, BOOKS & DEFINE to create a new SOB.
11)After entering all the details including Calender, COA, Currencies in the Closing Tab when entering the Account details for Retained Earnings, the AFF takes all the values for all the segments except for segment-2 which has been qualified as a Natural segment.
12) I repeated the process by creating a new COA and it wont take the segment values which has been qualified as Natural Account. It gives me an error saying that No Entries Found For List Of Values and I double checked the Value List and Values and they are there.
What am I doing wrong? I badly need some input here.

1. How many values you have defined in Natural Account Segment Values.
2. Could you please check while defining the Values there is check box called
enabled. Have to checked it. Normally it is checked by default.

If the cursor is the only problem, my guess is that you haven't updated your video card drivers.
