Problem with Adobe Document Server and MSS PCR's

Hello gurus,
We are implementing ESS and MSS on ERP 2005, and our technical team is having lots of problems to make ADS work. Apparently the problem is that the ADS is not actually supported by SAP for 64-bit servers.
But I need to configure MSS PCR's that use Adobe Interactive Forms. So I need help in 2 different ways:
- Do you know any possible solution to the compatibility problem?
- Is there any way to make PCR's work in ERP 2005 without using Forms. Is this a sensible thing to do?

You will need ADS to make PCRs work. There is no way around it.
The only option I can think of is to upgrade the server. go to service.sap.com/pam to find out what's supported.

Any problems with Adobe CS5.5 and the Maverick system?

Has anyone had any problems with Adobe CS5.5 and the new Maverick OS? I don't want to install if there are issues. Thanks!

First thing I would suggest is to upgrade your server OS to a newer version if possible. Secondly try removing the apps out of the allowable apps list and instead change it so that you allow the apps that are within the specific application folder, ex: Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS5
I had similar problems with CS5 apps and by adding the apps by allowable folder instead it corrected my problem. Granted, if you have savvy users, there is the potential to open a can of worms here but it was the only way I could get it to work for "standard" non-admin user types.

I have problem with Adobe ColdFusion Server Manager.

I have a problem with Adobe ColdFusion Server Manager when you log on and connect to the server. An advantage of the settings do not load.

the Errors View button display’s the yellow ! sign. Without a better guide I just thought that is a normal button icon until I noticed Charlie comment earlier in the thread and I thought hold up that is not normal.
As it is when I press Errors View I get “no error” which might be because there is none or just simply not giving meaningful details as per some other CF Server Manager limitations previously noticed in other threads on forum here.
I just hope some of that helps the original post to do with the display of the settings on left side. Maybe a better look at the error might help? Does anything get logged in CFadmin UI > Debugging & Logging > Log Files that relates to issue?

Communication problem with Adobe 9.0 and HP Printer when I scan

I'm having a problem getting a .pdf file to come up when I scan from a HP 5610 All-in-one printer. Have uninstalled and reinstalled HP software three times but when I scan and want a pdf file it won't communicate with Adobe 9.0 reader for some reason. Is there a setting in Adobe reader that's a problem?

Thanks...found out that an HP5610xi All-in-One will not completely communicate with Adobe 9.0 Had to go to Adobe 6.0

The ilustrator when opening files from a lack of memory of which I own already find it hard 11Gbram , Photoshop crashes inesperdamente and the Media Encoder is not converting the video in nnehuma the options requested .

Problem with Adobe Reader 9 and HTML Help, IE 7 and Firefox

Hello everyone
I have some Problems with the Adobe Reader 9.1.0 and different browsers.
If I want to open a PDF document in one of these browser the browser-window freezes for 30 seconds and the document is built-on line by line.
The Trouble is that if the document is comlete loaded an i want to scroll down, the windows freezes again and the document starts again with built-on...
I have tried to open the documents with Reader 8.1.3 and this works fine, but i need to open the documents with Reader 9.1.0 because this is a customer preference to open the document with the newer version!
Sorry for my english but i hope my problem is understandable :-)
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

1. It happens with any file i want to open in browser.
2. The Problem is specific to browser. When I open a document in the Reader application everithing works fine.

Problems with Adobe Acrobat 10 and forms

We recently updated to CS5 and are using Acrobat 10 and I'm having issues with creating fillable forms. People with either only Reader or lower versions of Adobe are not able to either type in the form or if they can type, when they print, the text isn't showing up. We didn't have this problem with CS4 so I wonder if there's a glich in CS5? Anyone else have this problem?

Major problems with adobe flash player and java.....HELP!

So i have bought 3 laptop computers during this past week due to the same issue im having now. When i try to play my gaming websites such as pogo...simslots and my fav games on facebook.....i get a oppps we are sorry but it looks like you do not have adobe flash player/java up to date....to update click here and when i do it, it does nothing...it says that since windows 8 is integrated with java and flash player i do not need to down load these.....but yet with out those i can not play my games....have called to the geek squad and they seem to not know what the problem is either, they only said that it sounds like a problem with windows 8 itself......can someone please help me?????

Problem with an unavailable server and the "Offline address book" rol

I have a site with two Exchange 2007 servers and tried to install a new Exchange 2013 but the process did not end well.
Now the 2013 server has the role of "Offline address book" and is no longer available which creates multiple problems. How I can do to remove the references to the 2013 server and move the role referred to one of the existing Exchange 2007 servers?

My recommendation would be to fix whatever went wrong and complete the setup.
The server is probably the generation server for a new offline address list. Check that by entering the following command.
Get-OfflineAddressBook
If there's a new list created by Exchange 2013 setup, you can simply remove it using Remove-OfflineAddressBook, and that should take care of what you're seeing.

Big problems with Windows 2003 Server and FX5900

Getting repeated lockups using MSI FX5900XT and Windows 2003 Standard Server. Mouse stops responding and system occassionally locks up completely. I have a dual boot system and windows XP works fine. Windows 2003 works fine if I use the standard VGA driver (I use 1600x1200 16bit 75 Hz resolution and refresh).
The event log usually says:

2) FOREIGN JMS SERVER -> WebSpereMQ
3) EJB SESSION
L 'MDB calls the session bean which uses in its ejb-jar.xml using a Wrapper for JMS QueueConnectionFactory with res-ref:

When there is a rollback operation in SessionBean also in 'MDB
There 'an operation setRollbackOnly:
getMessageDrivenContext (). setRollbackOnly ();
After this operation on the MDB I do a JNDI look up the QueueConnectionFactory but sending the message on a queue I get the following exception:
javax.jms.JMSException: [JMSPool: 169809] An error occurred while registering the JMS connection with JTA:
But if not using the "wrapper jms" in the session bean I did not take any exception and the application don' t have any error.
My doubt is :
Why if I use the JMS wrapper I get an error javax.jms.JMSException: [JMSPool: 169809] An error occurred while registering the JMS connection with JTA?

Problem with Adobe Document services

Dear Members,

While executing report FP_TEST_00 we are getting Adobe Rendering error. While checking for user and password in link http://<server>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config , we are getting error,
Cannot download WSDL from http://sapretail.com:50100/WSConnector/Config1?wsdl&style=rpc: Cannot connect to http://sapretail.com:50100/WSConnector/Config1?wsdl&style=rpc: sapretail.com
In fact none of the web services are working when tested in WS navigator. All are giving same error as mentioned. Please suggest what to check for correcting web service error.

You could go to SAP Software Distribution Center with in SAP Market place . You could search for adobe ther in S/W search . It will list all the available Aobe designer. Latest version is ADOBE LIVECYCLE DESIGNER 7.1 .

Problems with my Synology server and iTues

Hello,
I hope somebody can help me with my problems.
Facts:
I have a Mac Mini 2 and a Synology server DS209 (both newest firmware)
I stored my complete Music and Videos on the server. The location for the iTunes Media folder is changed to the server location.
Problems:
1. Sometimes songs get mixed up in iTunes. iTunes libary says this is song 'A', but when I play the song, song 'B' is playing. When i want to check the information about this song (via 'Get Info') iTunes automatically update the ID tags and I see the information of song 'B'. It also happens that I updated song 'A' with my iPod and when i play the song on the ipod, I see the ID tags von song 'A', but listen to song 'B'.
2. iTunes has very often the problem that it doesn't find my videos. I realize that when I sync my iPad, then many vidos are not available. I check these files and i see the . But when I select the "Get Info" and some seconds later the file is found and the 'location' is shown correctly. This happens NOT to all videos, only some, but it is every time the same videos.
Question:
I'm wondering if this has something to do with the server I use. Can anybody help me, because this is sometimes really annoying.

Don't you think it might be a good idea to find out what kind of IOException you're getting? At least display ioe.getMessage. showMessages will take an Object array instead of a single string so you can do:
JOptionPane.showMessageDialog(null, new Object[]{"Error in server", ioe.getMessage}, "Error",
JOptionPane.ERROR_MESSAGE);
