Problem with Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst publishing

I am unable to publish my site on Adobe Business Catalyst via Muse. The error in Muse is "Unknown Error" in the dialogue box "Upgrade to Adobe ID". I have already tried deactivating and reactivating Muse.
I have also tried signing into Business Catalyst directly and get the error message "This Adobe ID email address is already registered with Business Catalyst and cannot be merged with a different Business Catalyst account".
I don't have any issue signing into Adobe Creative Cloud.
I have contacted Adobe twice about this with no response whatsoever and urgently need to publish updates to my site.
I am using Mac OSX 10.8.

I have never, ever - not once - uploaded anything to Business Catalyst. The ID I attempt to use is my Adobe ID, which I provided in my last tech support e-mail to Business Catalyst.
I have made changes to my Adobe ID, yes. Until about a week ago, it was __________. I then changed it to __________. I also changed the password associated with the ID when your colleague (or someone with Business Catalyst via e-mail) asked me to provide it as I both wanted to comply with the request but have some security as I was having to e-mail it. I hope that seems reasonable.

Help: Using Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst with Google Domains: URL not mapping

I've had some issues publishing my site to the internet using Adobe Muse (version CC 2014) and publishing to Adobe Business Catalyst.
I am currently using Google Domains to host my domain name (www.mattandsangeeta.com) and have tried on multiple occasions to get the domain name to correctly map using Adobe's Business Catalyst nameservers.
I've verified with Google Domains that their process is setup correctly to map to my site, so it indicates the issue is on how I've configured my Adobe Muse/Business Catalyst side of things.
So far, every attempt at publishing the site via Adobe Muse has worked with its extension at http://mattandsangeeta.businesscatalyst.com/index.html, and I'm able to login into my Admin page from Adobe Muse immediately following publishing. However, when I try to login directly to the Adobe Business Catalyst page, it takes me to an admin link for www.mattandsangeeta.com that is broken.
To summarize: My published domain isn't being mapped correctly and I hit a dead end every time I try to login into the Business Catalyst website.

As I checked the site loads fine with domain Matt And Sangeeta . I tried to get to site manage area using Administration Login and I see it works fine as well. I would suggest you to please try clearing browser cache and cookies and check if that helps.

Can you open the application from programs list ?
Also, please verify if the application is installed correctly and if not then probably a re-installation would be required.

Adobe Muse & Business Catalyst "InContext Editing" formatting limitation problem

I created a site in Adobe Muse, and hosting it on Business Catalyst (web marketing account). I want my client to update site using the new "Edit" tab for "InContext Editing.” Made her an administrator and user like myself. I can edit content, but no formatting is allowed. Not even allowing me to add a link. A setting in Muse or BC I need to change? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Can you replicate the same behavior with any site you have published with Muse or any specific site ?
If you try to add any content , do you face any error ? or what exactly happens ?
Please try to check this with a different page and add a simple text and publish.
If still same issue, it would best to submit a support ticket directly.

Adobe Muse Business Catalyst

Im a student member using Muse. The 5 BC sites I get can I upgrade one individually so it can become a ecommerce site? And if so how much would that cost? Can I trial it first?
Im looking for an ecommerce option that will be completely customisable in Muse. Ive tried various widgets and there isnt the full flexibility I would like with the design. Will BC give my this?

BC will cost you $39/month USD for eCommerce Plan.
Yes you can do a full featured eCommerce site but not entirely in Muse. In Muse you can do your basic page layout but then you must convert the pages to BC Templates and do the rest with Business Catalyst. It is quite a large learning curve and will take extensive knowledge on how Business Catalyst works.

Problem with adobe muse 7.2 in OSX Help Plase

Recientemente tengo un problema con el adobe muse 7.2 en el mac!
cuando intento colocar un menu horizontal o vertical este no aparece completo, solo aparece un boton del menu y no me deja agragar mas,
Lo segundo que le pasa es que no funciona el estado activo para los anclajes, cuando lo previsualizo pareciera que no tuviese esta funcion activada.
ya instale y reinstale muchas veces pero el problema persiste a que se puede deber o que debo hacer para instalarlo en limpio de nuevo.

1) En tu desarrollo has generado solo la pagina home? o tienes más páginas asociadas al sitio? Muse genera los items del menú de forma automática, si lo quieres hacer de forma manual, selecciona el menú y pulsa el triangulo azul que aparece luego de seleccionar, ahí esta la opción de crear el menú de forma manual!
2) Lo mismo de arriba, revisa si tienes la opción activada y en la paleta del menu de "states" revisa que el las propiedades del estado activo no sea el mismo que el de estado normal!
Estoy pendiente!

Adobe Muse, Business Catalyst Ecommerce help

I was having trouble figuring out how to set one of my muse pages as a template that way I could use it for my catalogue pages. I figured it out, but all of my muse pages now have a white page in the middle (the white pages in muse are set to transparent) so I am sure this is on the business catalyst end. Some how I ended up distorting one of my pages, so I deleted it and republished the site in muse thinking it would restore it, but it didn't.
1. How can I restore the muse page.
2. How can I get rid of the white pages on every page of my site.
I have been using muse for awhile, but this is my first time using business catalyst, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Adobe Muse stops in publishing

The last couple of weeks Adobe Muse has stoped at the uploading stage of about 80%. I can after a few times get it to finish. What is the problem?

I am publishing to the Business Catalyst site.   NO it happens to the 2 sites I have created with Muse

Domain at third party & hosting with Adobe Muse CC

Hi everyone,
if I register my domain at a third party, can I then host my site with Adobe Muse (CC member) including my own domain? Or do I have to host the site at a third party?

Hi Frenchfries,
You cannot add Domain name to Muse. Here is the process how this is done.
You create a site in Muse,
You click Publish and publish to BC. Now by default all the sites are created with .businesscatalyst.com URL,
Once the site has been published, you login to the Admin panel of the site, and add your domain name, mydomain.com.
Once you have added the domain, if someone checks out the website on the Internet (some random person) the URL will be "www.french-fries.com".
Also, once you have added the domain name, it will be listed in your site's list under Muse, from where you select the site to republish the content.

How do I make multi regional website with Adobe Muse?

I am working for an art gallery with newly international presence. I am creating 3 versions of a website in French, English, and eventually Mandarin. While there will be links to bring visitors to mirroring pages in different languages, I want the language appropriate to visitors' device location to launch automatically. In other words, www.site.com will bring users in Paris to French version of site while users in New York use the same address to access English site, each determined by their location. Is this achievable in Adobe Muse?

Working with Adobe Muse and BC?

Hi there,
I have been working with Adobe muse for a little bit now and I am wanting to take my website to the next level. I am specifically looking at the webCommerce Business Catalyst package. I just want to know how hard it is to embed things like an interactive calendar, a login section for members, an eCommerce shop, etc. Do you need to be a wiz at coding or can you get by using just the absolute basics? I want to be able to design the buttons myself and lay the things out in muse, is this possible or do you need to do everything by code?

So I've worked out how to get a secure zone (login page) within my Adobe Muse site.
I now want to know if its possible for me to integrate separate CRM system into each of the individuals/users secure zone.
My company uses a CRM system (not BC) which allows me to produce HTML forms which are custom to our sales advisors, so a sales advisor can fill in a form and then we get an alert to follow up this lead which they have given us. I want to embed each of these custom HTLM forms into each different users secure zone. I hope this makes sense?
So if someone has a secure zone/login page for my website can I personalise what they see on that page e.g. so each different user will see a different thing?
