Problem with airport not picking up connection

yesterday I left my PB 12" at around 4pm, went out and didn't come back till 11pm. I noticed I received emails up until 8pm. so it was fine up until then.
This morn I checked the modem and airport express base station and it is green and fine. I can connect normally using the ethernet cable but the airport just keeps telling me it can't connect or find any connections.
What could be the problem, and how do I fix it? Thanks

This isn't uncommon, First do not change any settings.
Turn your computer clear off, next pull the Power Adapter from your ISP's Modem and then The same with your Airport Extreme or Express, wait a total of at leat 5 minutes.
Plug back in your Internet Service Providers Modem and wait untill you re-aquire the signal, normally 3 lights, after you have that then you can plug back in your Airport, and do the same wait for it to get all the lights, and then and only then you can restart your computer. You should be good.
This is the standard method of doing a reset to your Modem and Router recommended by all major Modem and Router Manufactures.Most people when they expieriance a problem will start fiddleing with there settings and this just makes the problem worse.and harder to straighten out.
This issue can be caused by not using the system and leaving it on and the lack of activity, many ISP"s will do this to free up there servers from users not active.

Problem with views -- not picking up new records from table?

I'm having trouble with some of my views and I can't understand what is wrong. I have a table that contains three months of data. The view references the table, but only picks up the prior two months of data. When I query the table the latest month's data is definitely in there, and I've checked and rechecked the view and it looks OK (besides, it worked in the past when I loaded the 2nd month's data without and changes). Can anyone suggest anything to look for in terms of why this latest month of data doesn't show up in the view? What is even stranger is that I have some other tables that contain 3 months of data and those views work fine and are identical except that the table and view names are different (obviously). Thanks for your help.

Why doesn't this pick up those rows above? it seems obvious to me that there are records with upload dates on 08-may-2007 BUT when I run it as above (which is how I run it in the view) they don't appear. What am I missing????

I re set up my Airport network , having had 4 expresses for years doing a good job. I bought another and an express, but then a time capsule after my external drive died. .Problems with Airport setup after buying Version 7 models, (older ones will not upgrade)
I moved house and have fibre network so 38mb/s - they all look ok on the utility, but its not till I saw the App version that they are not compatible as mac will not upgrade the version 6 ones, leaving me with 2 disjointed networks and 7 appliances, 4 of the old , 3 of the new.
my new house is expansive so i wanted the extended range and airplay in each room.
This is not told to customers, and utility doesnt show any issues.
I do not seem to get any range from either network now, - and I'm quite experienced with airport (6 yrs of setting up & using & extending)
Any advice ?

For what it's worth, you posted this in 2011, and here in 2014 I am still having this same issue. Over the last two days, I have had to unlock my apple account 8 times. I didn't get any new devices. I haven't initiated a password reset. I didn't forget my password. I set up two factor authentication and have been able to do the unlocking with the key and using a code sent to one of my devices.
That all works.
It's this having to unlock my account every time I go to use any of my devices. And I have many: iMac, iPad, iPad2, iPad mini, iPhone 5s, iPod touch (daughter), and my old iPhone 4 being used as an ipod touch now. They are all synced, and all was working just fine.
I have initiated an incident with Apple (again) but I know they are just going to suggest I change my Apple ID. It's a simple one, and one that I am sure others think is theirs. I don't want to change it. I shouldn't have to. Apple should be able to tell me who is trying to use it, or at least from where.

I have MacBook Air 13 mid 2013 os x 10.9.5, ipad 4 ios 8.0.2, ipad4 ios 7.1.2 , iphone 5 ios 7.1.1
When i try to use speedtest.net from my Macbook i got good results of download speed and incredible upload http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3801286946 (connection 300 Mbps) , both ipads got terrible speedtest download result and incredible uploadhttp://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/981631804 (connection 150 Mbps), iphone 5 got bad download and great uploadhttp://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/981695357.
All these tests were done near airport express with really good signal and 5ghz. I tried to choose different channels, 802.11 mode, guest ssid, 5ghz ssid ...

As a last resort, try a factory default reset on the AirPort Express as follows:
Power off the AirPort Express
Wait a minute
Hold in the reset button first, and keep holding it in for another 8-10 seconds while you simultaneously plug the Express back in to power
Release the reset button after the hold period and allow a full minute for the Express to restart to a slow, blinking amber light status
On an iPhone or iPad home screen....
Tap Settings
Tap WiFi
Look for a heading of Setup a New AirPort Base Station. If it appears.....
Tap on AirPort Express just below the heading to start the configuration process on the Express again
If you try several factory default resets, and the AirPort Express does not appear under the heading of Setup a New AirPort Base Station, the Express most likely is defective and will need to be replaced.

I have had no problems with the synchronisation by cord connection and iTunes between these programmes. However, a few months ago I decided to use Mobile Me. However, there were problems with duplication of calendars and then “rogue events” – which could not be deleted – even if deleted on Outlook and on the iPhone (or both at the same time) – they would just reappear after the next synchronisation. All other synchronisation areas (eg Contacts, Notes etc) work fine.
I have looked for help through the Apple Support Community and tried many things. I have repaired my Outlook. I have repaired my .pst file in Windows. I have re-installed the latest version of iTunes on my PC. I have re-installed the firmware on my iPhone. I have tried many permutations on my iPhone. I have closed down all Mobile Me functions on the iPhone. I have spent upwards of 24 hours trying to solve this problem.
What am I left with? Outlook works seamlessly on my PC. My iPhone calendar now has no events from my calendar, but does not synchronise through iTunes. Nor does it send events initiated on the iPhone to the Outlook. I am at the point of abandoning iPhones and iPads altogether. I need to have a properly synchronising calendar on my phone. Do you have any suggestions?

In the control panel goto the "Lenovo - Power Manager" and click the battery tab, there is a maintenance button in there that will let you change the charging profile for your battery. (from memory, so exact wording may be off)
The lower the numbers you use there, the longer the battery *should* last. These batteries degrade faster at higher charge levels, however storing them at too low of levels is also not good for them... I've read that 40% is optimal, but just not realistic if you use your computer.

Perhaps Bob will see this thread, he is the professor in these cases.
You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
I want to test 2 other things:
1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.

Dear Experts,
Our Production system was not responding properly last week.
The below was the reply from the Basis team.
"It seems that we have again problem with reached maximum number of connections to database. We have extended this number to 100 this year and now it seems that it’s not enough again. It seems that something is running on Production, which takes over too many connections."
They have increased the number to 200 as a work around.
Do we have any means to find out, which component or application is causing the issue.
Please advise me if any better way is available to correct the issue.

Stop all instances(including DB) and start again, Hope it should work.
It may happened that jar has not been synchronized with the database and may be version mismatch with the java.

Problems with IE8 "not responding" on windows 7

I have a Toshiba Satellite L-355 that has been upgraded to run Windows 7 Home Premium from Windows Vista. I've been having problems with IE8 "not responding" and have tried running it without add-ons, system restore, and banging my head against the wall. All to no avail. Does anybody have any ideas how to fix this? I've tried running other browsers with the same problems.

Okay ... although it's the Intel P55 and PM55 chipsets which get all the press about cranky Touch/iPhone connections on Windows 7 systems (the 0xE0000065, -6999 and "Disk can not be read or written to" error messages are the most common, although symptoms can vary further than that), similar sorts of issues look like they could strike other Intel 5-series chipsets ... including your HM55.
So I'm proceeding precisely as I would with someone with a PM55 chipset.
*1) Dell updates*
Some folks with 5-series chipset trouble have got past it by way of BIOS updates. So I thinks it's worth your heading to your Downloads page at Dell, and checking to see if there's any newer versions of your BIOS lurking there. Unfortunately, with the Studio 15s I'm never precisely sure which is the correct downloads page ... so I'd try going to the following Dell page:

... enter your service tag, and then drill through to your downloads page.
Any improvement with your syncing performance after applying any available BIOS updates at Dell?

If you mean that you aren't getting the reset link, then from the page that you posted from :
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

Sounds like it's a problem with the Acrobat settings. Did you set them to the same resolution?

RFIDITVCL : problem with variation notes

I have implemented the sapnote 1639418 "RFIDITVCL: 3000 Euro Communication additional changes", but I have a problem with variation notes related to specific invoices in same year...the user guide in the note says that they are clubbed together and the total is compared with the limit...I think that the report doesn't function in this case (my case is higher 25000u20AC) and so my documents aren't in the list....
Do you have the same problem??

I have the same problem. The program looks at field BSEG-REBZG.
However this field is empty in our case.
We create our debit and credit memo's with reference to the original sales order.
Who knows a solution?
