Problem with apple-id / account closed

i bought me a new macbook pro and after logging in to the itunes store i was asked to confirm my security code on the card. i did what but there was no logging in possible. now my whole account is locked and according to the german itunes support they wont open it again. even my credit card is locked for the itunes store. why is that? and how / where can i get a person who helps me with that problem? the itunes support is not helping at all. there must be a person who can help with problems of that kind. i can´t believe that they close down my account, force me to create a new apple-id (i use the apple id as main account for mobime and email) and purchase a new credit card. that is middleage!!!

    settigns>itunes and app store to make sure you are signed in.. If  you are, you will see your account name..... anyhow, click your account name, sign out and sign back in
    also go to to settings>general>reset and reset network settings... if that doesnt work settings>general>reset and reset all settings!
    one of those shall work. The last step would be to restore your device (apple.com/support) HT1414

    Is there a problem with Apple Mail using IMAP?  Having a problem syncing to our mail server: doesn't sync properly when multiple devices use same mail acct.  Spoken w/ mail hosting provider who says Apple Mail doesn't follow IMAP protocol properly leaving Apple Mail users to experience a variety of problems when connecting to IMAP accounts.  Among them:
    - Improper syncing
    - Proliferation of drafts during composition of an email.
    - Connections on the mail host do not close automatically and proliferate over time until the host rejects further connection requests.
    Hosting provider goes on to suggest turning off IDLE command.  In my experience turning this feature off did not improve the situation.  In fact, it created a few.
    Question: Is the hosting provider correct in faulting Apple Mail?
    Been fielding the question with a number of people.  I'm aware of three people who are experiencing similar problems, each using different mail hosts.  Tech reps at inmotionhosting.com and nexcess.com point the finger at a Apple Mail, along with an IT specialist in Los Angeles, CA, and a tech support rep at an Apple Store in Arizona who said that Apple and Google mail are aware of and coordinating to resolve the problem.
    Anyone out there have any insights into this?

    I keep getting the following message when opening my email....mac cannot connect to iCloud because of a problem with my iCloud account. 

    I have another kind of message. I am connected perfectly to iCloud but receive this every hour or so : "This Mac cannot connect to iCloud due to a problem with "address mail" of said account.
    But :
    1. I AM connected
    2. When I open i Cloud prefs it asks me to type my iCloud details (email address and password), then it says iCloud is in fac ALREADY open.
    3. When reading troubleshoot doc Carolyne linked to, I read this :
    Close and reopen iCloud preferences before attempting to sign in to iCloud again.
    If that does not resolve the issue, check your email folder and Junk folder for a verification email sent from Apple.
    If there is no verification email in your email folder or Junk folder, click the Resend Verification Email button in iCloud preferences.
    My comments :
    - How can I close iCloud ? Document doesn't say. By clicking the "—" sign in iCloud prefs ???
    - I cannot see any "Verification Email button in iCloud.

    I have a problem with my icloud account!
    When i bought my iphone 4 last year i set it up with a icloud account that i do not remeber...or it's been erased!
    Since then i used another mail account and everything was ok until my i updated my iphone with ios 7.2 and when it restarted it asks for the account that i first set it up with.
    I can't seem to find a way around it...it drives me nuts i spent a whole day on this thing and nothing seems to work!
    Anybody ???

    You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.  If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

    I have an Ipad Air and am having problems with POP email account set up.
    I can receive emails however I cannot reply or create a new email and send it.
    Is there something I need to fix in Outgoing settings? these are the same as on my MacPro using same ISP provider Optus the only difference is that the Ipad has a prepaid sim card - however still with Optus.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
