Problem with BIS registration at mobile provider
Hello, I just bought an unlocked BB 9720, as a provider I choosed Vodafone (I live in Spain). Can I register for BIS online? I contacted vodafone, but they dont even know what it is.

You need to ring them back up...they certainly do know what BIS is, or at least what the specific plan they sell is required for BB devices. The person you spoke to might not be properly trained...so try someone else.

Problems with my Registration Reactivation Required
Mac G5 OS X 10.4.8, Studio 8
With every few launches of Dreamweaver or any of the Studio 8
applications i get a window saying that there's a problem with my
registration and that I need to reactivate my license. I have to
enter my license again (and again) and go through the activation
process and then get taken to the registration page at Adobe only
to discover that I can't register because I am already registered.
That's not the problem. The problem is having to keep re-entering
my license number at, usually, the most inconveniet of times.I have
completely uninstalled Studio 8 per Adobe's instructions, did an
Archive and Install of Mac OS X and reinstalled Studios 8. All is
fine for a few weeks and then this starts all up again. Why is this

Thanks!MTSTUNER's advice is right on in this case. I've seen problems with the older versions of Photoshop not being able to write to their installation areas because of UAC.
If Run As Administrator doesn't work, one additional thing you can try is to turn the UAC level down to the lowest setting, run Photoshop once, then return UAC to its default (or leave it off, your choice).

When trying to install a wireless printer, the WEP password says its incorrect. Is this a problem with the airport, my Internet provider or HP? I know the password is correct.
Your AirPort Extreme supports WPA.
WEP is outdated and considered fairly useless, so use WPA.
Be sure you are using AirPort Utility 5.6. If you are not running Lion then use AirPort Utility 5.5.3.
AirPort Utility 6.0 cannot administer 802.11b/g base stations. -
Problems with Syncing to Lightroom Mobile
I have the following problem with syncing to Lightroom Mobile:
In Lightroom desktop it seems that the collections will be uploaded correctly (number of images is counting down to zero). Changes will also be uploaded.
In the web interface I see the collections somtetimes and sometimes not. I can make them appear if I chose the "make collection public" in Lightrrom desktop.
In the iOS App there is absolutely nothing happening: "There are no collections"
I have the recent versions of all applications and OSs. I have deleted and reinstalled the iOS App.

Change of mobile provider has caused a problem with BIS on my bb pearl
Hi, hope someone can help.
I have just changed mobile provider from O2 to Orange via sim only contract. I had BIS set up when I was with O2 although it took approximately 2 weeks before my e-mails could be pushed to my handset. Now I am with Orange, I have asked them to set me up with BIS, but, to date, I have been unable to receive any e-mails.
Do I need to do something on my handset?
Pretty desperate for a solution as I am having to pay for BIS with Orange and am paying for something I am not able to use at the moment.You need to make sure you PIN of the BB is registered with the new account, and your emails are setup there.

I've recently started using social apps a lot(things like Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr) but I've been having an annoying problem, whenever I disable wi-fi and use 3G, the apps don't work and I get an error that says
"You are currently on a data plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please connect to a Wi-Fi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan" Blackberry Messenger and the web browser works except the social apps.
I live in Saudi Arabia, my carrier is STC and I have the BIS plan it offers(there is only one) Many people have said that by calling their carrier, they usually fix the problem and it starts working but when two of my friends tried to, it didn't work so I didn't bother wasting my time.I've also heard its because that all network traffic in the country is monitored, and thus browsing has to pass by the local proxy, which is a function that doesn't exist with BIS servers.You need to make sure you PIN of the BB is registered with the new account, and your emails are setup there.

Wireless printing problem with hp officejet 100 mobile printer from win 7 dell laptop
My hp officejet 100 mobile printer was working fine with my dell XPS 15 in bluetooth wirelessly until my laptop crashed. Now I can not get it to print internet info except with hard wire connection. Page loads half way and then stops. Must shut down laptop and shut off printer or hard wire and shut off bluetooth. down loaded lastest drivers to no avail. printer will print from cell phone and win 8 computer via bluetooth but not win 7 laptop.
Sorry you are having problems with printing from the internet. I have a few more questions to ask you before I can be of much assistance.
What web-browser are you using?
Do you have any problems printing from Word or other non-internet documents?
What did you do to fix your computer (system restore, clean install of the OS, etc)?
Have you tried an alternate web-browser?
Make sure to install all of your Microsoft updates to see if that helps. Otherwise, answer those questions for me please and I will be happy to help.

I have problem with permissions. After login I see a white screen instead of request for permission. The desktop application does not have a problem with it. When I log for the first time to the desktop application and I will give the permissions applications, then in the mobile application everything works fine. But this is not a good solution. And so please help.The labelField of IconItemRenderer only supports single line text. Try using the messageField instead:

Problems with my registration of Photoshop CS2
I have owned different versions of Photoshop over the years, and the latest version I have is CS2.
I have it installed on two computers, one running Windows XP and the other running Windows Vista.
Apparently, Adobe has me under two IDs, both using the same email address, but with different physical addresses, my old one and my new one. All my registration information is apparently stored under the one with the old address, but I can only get access to the one with the new address when I go to the Adobe website. That one doesn't see my registrations.
For the past several years I've worked primarily under Linux, using gimp, but I just got a new printer, which is not supported under Linux, so I have to use Windows and Photoshop to print.
Every time I start Photoshop CS2 on the second computer, it tells me I need to register. If I do---needlessly I presume---it accepts the registration, but then the next time I start the program, it does the same thing over again.
I can live with this, but if there is some simple way to fix it, I would like to do so. I've spent a lot of time talking to Adobe on the phone or using chat online, but haven't got any help on this matter.
Also, I hope to make some changes to my system in the near future. First, I will probably upgrade both computers to Windows 7. Second, I may replace one of the computers with a new computer. Finally I may upgrade to Photoshop CS5.
Can anyone give me any advice about how to go about these things so as to end up with two legitamate versions of Photoshop on two computers, and so as to avoid problems.. I am worried that I may have to spend hours on the phone trying to get it done.MTSTUNER's advice is right on in this case. Problems with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1
Since I upgraded to Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1, I am unable to start my VPN.
The service does not start correctly anymore. I tried reinstabut no help.

Problem with the Installation of Mobile Web Server...
I have a N95. I have been trying to install Mobile Web Server on it. The installation fisnishes but the icons are all separeted and there is no only one icon for the program (MWS, MWSChat, MWSBlog, MWS).
Reading the manual of the software I realized that something should run after the installation but nothing is

Hi, I have a problem with the setting up of an OWA account on BIS website. I think my only fix may be to change my email address formatting but I do not want to nor should I have to as this has been our email setup for years. It would be appreciated if someone has another method or someway of telling Blackberry to fix the website.
The problem is that my user's email format is [email protected] When I enter this in the OWA account setup page it attempts to authenticate the login using the http://mail.somesite.com/exchange/joe.blog url which is OK but it uses the joe.blog as the user's domain login which it is not correct. The login name is Joe Blog.
I can see in my event viewer where BIS has attempted to log in with joe.blog and of course is being denied access.
I would appreciate any feedback. TAI don't know if BIS supports this ... If you can get it to connect I think you can get it to work ... you should be able to enter a different username from email name.

Problems with Adobe CS5 on mobile user accounts
Hello Everyone,
I'm a high school web design teacher and I’m having trouble getting Adobe CS5 to run on my student workstations when they are logged in as a “mobile” user.
Workstation 10.5.8
Server 10.4.9
Workgroup manager 10.5.3
Students can browse the web, use Microsoft products and everything else. They are only having trouble with CS5. If I log into the workstation as “administrator” I can use any Adobe product without problems.
Any Ideas?

ToddFirst thing I would suggest is to upgrade your server OS to a newer version if possible. Secondly try removing the apps out of the allowable apps list and instead change it so that you allow the apps that are within the specific application folder, ex: Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS5
I had similar problems with CS5 apps and by adding the apps by allowable folder instead it corrected my problem. Granted, if you have savvy users, there is the potential to open a can of worms here but it was the only way I could get it to work for "standard" non-admin user types. -

i brought a new c6-00 mobile on october 30 from karur (tamilnadu stae,india) nokia prority dealer(mobile gallery) bu with in two days i am dissatisfied with the product.because it get hanged while using... if i put the screen lock button or camera button on the mobil body it get hanged and i want remove the battery to reuse..
so i consult the priority dealer they told me to go to noika care of their own shop at karur. i given phone there and they send it to nokia office at delhi(that they told) and i got the phone back at noveber 17thbt i am very sad to say that agin it got complint from the care itself. as i told this to them they dont behave politily to me. and very shameful thing is that anybody working in the shop dont know englis . as i ama keralite i want spek in english bt they cant.and i complint in nokia customer care number. bt they didnt take it as serious and agi the phone is send to delhi.
i got the back after 20 days. bt ne the problem get increased when i cal for more than 2 minute or sebd a group msg or use the phone for long time the phone get stucked. i really frigtened to give phone at noika care at karur. now i am in confusion of wat to do???
