Problem with BW3.1 client copy

Question

Hello,
we have a problem after made a copy from test to production system.
After the copy, when I try to run an infopackage for retrieving data from the r/3, I had a short dump in accessing the database table 'NRIV'.
After that I found a note(793717) that refers to that problem.
I have installed this note, and I verified that was created new entries on the NRIV table, but I still have the same problem, when the system tries to read the table NRIV the error persists. I verify with a debug that the entry on that table exists!
Can you please help us? We are running out of time to start the production system this year.

Hi António,
Where do you have defined the entry in table NRIV in R/3 or BW?
You must verify that the entry is in R/3 system with the corresponding selection conditions and that the value of R/3* (as in line 001210 FROM NRIV CLIENT SPECIFIED
connection R/3*) when executing the select of line 1200 is defined in the table DBCON in BW.
