Problem with calcule in SD conditions

Hello!
I´ve been created a new formula in VOFM>Formulas>Condition values.
In my include RV, i have this code:
data: v_value type p decimals 6.
Select * from konp into wa_konp....
v_value = wa_konp-kbetr / wa_konp-kpein.
Variables values are:
wa_konp-kbetr = 5.13
wa_konp-kpein = 1000
But, after this calcule, v_value return 0.000001
WHY??? What´s wrong in this code???
I try to do this same code in another report and v_value return right result (0.005130).
Please, somebody help me!!

Hello,
i´m trying somethings and just worst my situation.
Look that examples:

v_value = '5.13' / 1000.
result: v_value = 0.000001

v_value = '5.130000' / 1000.
result: v_value = 0.005130

v_value = '5.130000' / 10000000.
result: v_value = 0.000001
I don´t understand what happen...
Please, somebody could explain me?

  • OBIEE 11G - problem with calculating percentage

    Hi,
    I have a problem with calculating a percentage....
    I have a 2 measures Success and Failure
    where Success is a count(Response_key)
    Failure is a count(failure_key)
    I want Success/(Success+Failure) * 100
    I am getting this value as a 0
    Infact any column I take from the subject area and say count of that column and divide it by any integer say count(column1)/5 ,Say count of that column1 is 132 Eg: 132/5 , Its showing this value as 26.00 when I put decimal value to 2 , but it is 26.4...It is avoiding decimal values .
    So in my case success/(success+failure) in which Dr is greater than Nr . Since we get the value as 0.something . It is showing 0 value
    So , 0*100 it is showing me as 0%
    Can anyone please help me on this ??

    Yes, you need to put cast in numerator alone to get the resultant output in double.
    You can mark the post as Correct since your issue is resolved now.

    In the default php.ini is set open_basedir which limits work with php only to few directories (and directories bellow them). There is set /srv/http, /home,/tmp and /usr/share/pear by default.
    To allow your vhost you should add /data/www or set empty value.

  • Problem with Calculated Key Figure and Acumulated

    Dear Masters,
    I am trying to use cumulated KF in a query. No problem with results. I just flag 'Cumulated'. However I need to use the value of each line in an operation. Let me illustrate it:
    Cumulated KF    KF1      FINALKF
    2                         2             2/2=1
    3 (2+1)                1              1/1=1
    5 (3+2)                 4             4/2=2
    6 (5+1)                 2             2/5=0.4
    As you can see above instead divide the KF1 by Cumulated value of a Line, the final result is always KF1/the value that would be the add value. The first line always is right because for the line 1 cumulated value has no accumulation value.
    Any idea?

  • Problem with calculated textobject

    Hi all!
    I have a problem with a text object with the attributes:
    Mode: sum
    formular:
    sumfunction: sum
    sum block: block1
    sum object: objet1 (numeric)
    Sometimes, specially if the first record of block1 isn't saved, the sumobject shows
    cryptical signs like '~--'. After commiting and requery the sum is correct.
    Why does this happen???

    Could it be your formatting? For example, if you specify 990 as your format, but the value has four digits, such as 1056, then you can get funny values.

  • Problem with calculated column, everything inc. NULLs appear

    Good morning,
    This one is tough.
    I have a dimension Category (with categories: Fruits, Vegies, Canned, etc.). And in my fact table I have field Expense. Then I decided to create calculated fields like "Fruits Expense" -
    CASE WHEN Dim."Category" = 'Fruits' THEN Fact.Expenses "."Expenses $ CY" END
    There're 2 problems:
    A) if the field Category isn't dropped in Answers there're many NULLS (all Exp values which don't belong to 'Fruits')
    B) If Category isn't there, there're even more NULLs - which don't look good at all - there're too many empty values
    Of course, it's possible to train users to use filters (is not null), etc. - but then it's really not what OBIEE is good at.
    Can someone suggest a better approach?
    I proposed in the beggining to create fields in the DB like "Expense Fruits" - but ut was deemed too complicated on ETL side.
    Thank you and have a wonderful OBIEE day
    UPD: OK, I want to rephrase it and make it easier. Except for using "is not null" filter- is there any other way to supress NULL values? I'm getting 12 empty ones and 1 i need. Is there anything I could do in order to supress showing NULL values by default. Thanks

  • Problem with Between operator in condition

    Hi
    I am using Discoverer Desktop 11g.
    In my report, I have 2 parameters for start-date and end-date. I want the report to display records which have an order date that falls within the period indicated by start-date and end-date.
    E.g. if I run report and enter 01-mar-2013 as start-date and 20-mar-2013 as end-date, I would like to see all records with order dates between these 2 dates but the problem is that the report leaves out some records with order date of 20-mar-2013. It only displays a few records with 20-mar-2013 and leaves out some (i.e. report doesn't display all records with order date that is equal to the value of the end-date parameter), how can I make all records to be displayed?
    Please help. Thanks.

    It sounds like you may need to change your condition to look at trunc(orderdate) rather than just orderdate. Those order dates that are being excluded probably have a time portion (so order date 20-mar-2013 10:00 am is after end-date 20-mar-2013 00:00 am).
    You can temporarily change the date format on your report to a format that includes the time, and run with 21-mar-2013 as your end-date, to confirm whether that's the issue.

  • Problem with Delivery, Sales and Conditions cubes

    Hello everybody,
    I will be thankful to you all if you can send a reply ASAP as I need the solution immediately . I have 2 Questions:
    No.1:
    I am developing Delivery, Sales and Conditions cubes. I am using 2LIS_11_VAITM data source for Sales, 2LIS_12_VCITM for Delivery, and 2LIS_11_VAKON for Conditions. Here I have a problem. I am putting the 3 Cubes in a Multiprovider. I am planning to use 0DOC_NUMBER (Sales Document number) to combine these 3 cubes in a Multiprovider. 0DOC_NUMBER is mapped to VBELN field for Sales and Conditions cubes. But I have mapped VBELN to 0DELIV_NUMB in Delivery Cube. But I need a 0DOC_NUMBER in the Delivery cube as well inorder to join the 3 cubes in a Multiprovider. Can I use field VBELV(Originating document) from the Delivery Data source, 2LIS_12_VCITM, and map it to 0DOC_NUMBER? Will VBELV give me the same data as VBELN? Or should I map VBELN from Delivery datasource to 0DOC_NUMBER in the Delivery cube and not include 0DELIV_NUMB in the cube? Or Is there any other way to do this? We are using BW 3.5.
    No.2:
    My second Question is that in the Conditions cube, should I need to create different Key figures to store the Condition values for different Condition types or is one Key figure is sufficient to store the condition values for different condition types? We have 4 condition types.
    Your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Kind Regards,
    Swathi.

    Hi Swathi
    IF you are developing your own cubes and using the standard infosources you can include sales order number in 2lis_12_vcitm. Just check if sales order number is preosent in 2lis_12_vcitm. if present you can map that to 0doc_number and then load it the cube.
    2. As there are no condition type present in sales and delivery, you will not get the data in the report based on multiprovider. If you want only condition types data then you can directly write a report on condition cube.
    it completely depends on how you design your multiprovider.

  • Problem with calculated attribute

    I have created a calculated attribute on an Entity that derives its value from two persistent attributes.
    I am only interested in displaying the calculated attribute and not the attributes it is derived from.
    If I put the calculated attribute in a View object without the other attributes I will get an error ( (oracle.jbo.DMLException) JBO-26080: Error while selecting entity for AccountPosting) when displaying data from the View object.
    This error does not occur if I add the other attributes to the View object and it all works OK.
    Why is this? Surely the calculated attribute is only calculated at the Entity object layer, so what does the View object have to do with this?

    The Java datatype for the two Number attributes is Number
    When I switch to Integer or Long, I get an error but the stack is different.

  • Problems with calculation in table footer

    I’m working on a 'dynamic form’ with an expandable table (i.e. the user presses a button to add a new row), there are cells in each row for beginning month & ending month, plus an autocalc total field containing the formula: “ending – beginning +1” (which accurately calculates total months e.g. Jan-Dec = 12 months). There is also a ‘total months’ field in the footer which sums the row ‘total’ cells. The problem I have is that the user could add a blank row throwing off the total cell in the footer. Any suggestions to accomplish my goal of presenting accurate total in footer while ‘idiot proofing’ the form?

    A link to the your live test page would be much more productive here.

  • Problem with BPM loop end condition

    Hi,
    I'm working with PI 7.1 in a BPM process which have a loop. I cant stop this loop in anyway, even, I have put a COUNTER != COUNTER as condition.
    Can someone help me with this issue?
    Regards,
    Alberto Pla.

    The BPM loops are while loop, so it will execute indefinitely if the condition given is true. The condition editor what we have in the BPM is not flexible. Can you just try the drag and drop facility available in the condition editor rather than writing on our own. it should look like this COUNTER!=COUNTER  without any spaces in between.

    I am able to post data only for the condition type PB00. for other condition types FRC1 & FRA1 not able to post the data ( also session is not giving any error).
    Therefore I am trying out witH BAPI option ( BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS),
    when i try to test the BAPI i am getting an error "Record KNUMH = 0000668598,

    Hi Phemmy,
    it is possible to create  PO before info record .info record establishes the relationship between vendor and your particular material.
    to answer your 2nd question:
    it is possible to create inforecord automatically during PO creation. in the ME2N screen, in the material tab, put the material code. then go to item details.in the materail data tab, you will get infoupdate  check it.and then inforecord will be created automatically.
    Thanks

  • Problem with Calculations created in Analyzer Views

    Hi,I have to create a view looks as follows Y2001 5000 Act Bud Variance=================================================Sales 200 100 100(Act-Bud)Margin 300 400 -100(Act-Bud)Expense 500 600 100(Bud-Act)Here i am bring row names from one dimension andAct and Bud members from scenarion dimension. I created a calculation field i.e "variance" on screnario dimension.Is there any way to create this variance field as shown above. While calculating for sales and Margin rows i want to use "Act" - "Bud" and for Expense i want to use "Bud" - "Act".This is very much important from business perespective. Did anybody got this type of problem?.Do you have any suggestion?.I would appreciate any help given or any suggestions.Thanks a lot in advance..Regards..Rao

    The easiest way to solve this is to add a dynamic calc member in the Essbase outline for the variance calculation. You need to use the @var function and set Expense reporting tag for all expense accounts in the outline.-Magnus---Message Posted by meetrao   3/29/02 07:41---Hi,I have to create a view looks as follows Y2001 5000 Act Bud Variance=================================================Sales 200 100 100(Act-Bud)Margin 300 400 -100(Act-Bud)Expense 500 600 100(Bud-Act)Here i am bring row names from one dimension andAct and Bud members from scenarion dimension. • Problems with Calculated Key Figure in Bex

    One of our super users have copied a query and trying to do some changes in the new query. In the Query designer, the person was directly dragging a Calculated Key Figure from the left hand side panel into columns and trying to change its properties (Currency conversion key is changed from 'Nothing Defined' to 'Monthly average rate' with variable entry.
    Then we get the error 'Abort system error in program and form SET_TCUR-02-' without even getting the variable popup window.
    Also when we check the Query properties, we observed that one variable entry (which is displayed in the target currency field in the properties) is displayed twice and came to know that this is the reason for the error.
    But why is that displaying twice there? Is there anything wrong in the way we had created the CKF? Do you have any document on how to use CKFs and RKFs?

  • Problem with h:dataTable and conditional rowClasses

    Hi!
    I have a problem which I hoped somebody could have a look at. It might be that what I'm trying to do isn't possible, but I think it should have worked ;)
    To give you a quick presentation of my "case" or problem:
    - I have a dataTable which is filled with Document objects retrieved from a database.
    - The Document object has a property "created" which is a Date timestamp
    - In the dataTable I alternate the background of each row with white and blue
    - Then, what I would like to do, is to do a test on the "created" property, if the Document has been created within a fixed time, present it with a yellow line instead.
    - I set the different background-colors with three different styles, tableViewRow1 - tableViewRow2 and tableViewRow3 (the latest is the yellow line).
    To do a test on the dates I convert them into milliseconds and do a simple subtraction - if todayDate minus createdDate is smaller than criteriaDate, then the Document is considered "new" and should have a yellow background.
    This is how I've defined my dataTable:
    <h:dataTable id="documentsTableView"
    binding="#{documentModelFactory.htmlDataTable}"
    value="#{documentModelFactory.documents}"
    var="document"
    columnClasses="tableViewColumn"
    rowClasses="#{ (documentModelFactory.todayInMillisec - document.createdInMillisec) < documentModelFactory.criteriaInMillisec ? 'tableViewRow3':'tableViewRow1,tableViewRow2'}"
    styleClass="tableView"
    footerClass="tableViewFooter"
    headerClass="tableViewHeader"
    >
    So this would be the interesting lines:
    rowClasses="#{ (documentModelFactory.todayInMillisec - document.createdInMillisec)< documentModelFactory.criteriaInMillisec ? 'tableViewRow3':'tableViewRow1,tableViewRow2'}"
    I don't get an exception, and my expression seems valid. But it seems like it is always rendered to be false, I only get the white and blue rows, and I don't understand why.
    I have done different tests on the expression, and this confuses me, because it seems like the result is what it should be.
    # Test 1
    For each row I created a column printing the result of the expression, false or true.
    <h:column>
    <f:facet name="header">
    <h:outputText value="Test " />
    </f:facet>
    <h:outputText value="#{ (documentModelFactory.todayInMillisec - document.createdInMillisec)< documentModelFactory.criteriaInMillisec }" />
    </h:column>
    In all cases this is giving me the correct result, new documents get 'true' and the old ones get 'false'.
    So then I thought that there is a problem setting the tableViewRow3 param properly for the <tr class="" > :
    #Test 2
    I created a selectDocument action which basically just sets the document in my bean when a commandLink in the dataTable is fired.
    Then, in my method I retrieve the HtmlDataTable object, and do a logging of the current rowClasses for that row:
    htmlDataTable.getRowClasses() - which returns a String
    If I selected an "old" document, it returned "'tableViewRow1,tableViewRow2", but if i selected a new document, it returned 'tableViewRow3'.
    So it seems like my expression is rendered correctly, the rowClass is set properly, but still I don't get a yellow line. In the html source I have only <tr>'s with
    'tableViewRow1' and 'tableViewRow2'.
    Anybody? :)
    I don't know if it has something to do with the time / when the rowClasses param is "rendered", that it doesn't know what the "document" property is at that time??? I had the impression that the html was encoded "on the fly", and then this shouldn't be a problem? But I'm not exactly an expert so.. :)
    I guess an alternative solution is to do the testing in my bean and build up a comma-separated String to specify a rowClass for each row displayed in the dataTable, and then set the rowClasses to something like
    rowClasses="#{bean.rowStyles}"
    but first solution seems like a much easier approach (less costly as well), and it would also be interesting to know why it doesn't work.
    I'm using the 1.1.3 version of myfaces-impl, myfaces-api and tomahawk
    Thank you for your time!
    Eivind Roennevik

    I'm not sure whether i understand your problem,
    It doesnot need using the binding attribute If you wanna updating the value of each rows in the datatable.
    below is a sample that updating each rows of a datatable
    jsp file
    <h:dataTable value="#[sampleBean.data}" var="row">
        <h:column><h:inputText value="#{row.col1}"/></h:column>
    </h:dataTable>
    <h:commandButton value="update" action="#{sampleBean.update}"/>BackingBean:
    SampleBean.java
    public class Samplebean{
      private SampleRow[] rows[];
      public SampleRow[] getData{
              return rows;
      public String update(){
          for(int i=0; i<rows.length; i++){
             rows.update();
    return "success";
    SampleRow.java
    public class SampleRow{
      private String col1;
      public String getCol1(){
        return col1;
      public void setCol1(String col1){
        this.col1 = col1;
      public void update(){
         //write your code to save one row data to db/file here
