Problem with calling we02 transaction code from web dynpro

Hello everyone,
I want to skip the initial screen of we02 tcode for this i have created the URL, provided the idoc number and
used the function code DYNP_CODE=ONLI for execute button.
DATA : FINAL_URL TYPE STRING.
CONCATENATE 'host' '.port' '/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=we02 DOCNUM-LOW='
            ls_itab-docnum ';CREDAT-low=' ' ' ';DYNP_OKCODE=ONLI'
             into FINAL_URL.
I am trying to pass the idoc number internally and click on execute button...so that the end user can see the idoc display directly, rather than clicking the execute button manually. But, unfortunately the function code for execute buttong (ONLI) is not working. In WE02 tcode, provided input values are appeaing correctly but not triggering the execute button.
Please help!
Thanks in advance...

Hi Rohit.,
Did u tried my previous reply.,  Use., & ~OKCODE=ONLI .,
http://host:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?sap-system-login-basic_auth=X&sap-client=800&sap-language=EN&transaction=we02&okcode=ONLI
tis will work.,
Thanks & Regards

  • Calling a Report Program from Web Dynpro

    Hi all,
              I have a requirement, where i have to call a report program from web dynpro?. Wether its possible to call a report program in web dynpro?. Is we can call it, how this functionality has to be achived?

    Hello,
    Yes it is possible to call report using SUBMIT statement from one of the method defined in COMPONENTCONTROLLER's method tab.
    Once you define the method with SUBMIT statement then call that method with proper event.
    Rest configuration will remain same for ABAP webdynpro.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Augustin.

  • How to call t-code from web dynpro ABAP application

    Dear Gurus,
    I am new to ABAP web dynpros. I have to add a button and have to call a SAP standard t-code if user clicks on this button? How to accomplish this task? Any help or example would be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    GSM

    Hi GSM,
    You have to create a SAP transaction iView in your Portal, then obtain its URL in your webdynpro and call WDPortalNavigation.absolute() method.
    Below are the same steps in more detail:
    1) Create a SAP Transaction iView or an Internet Application Component iView (whichever you find convenient). While creating you can select whether you want to use SAP GUI for windows or SAP GUI for HTML. For the latter(GUI for HTML) ensure that your ITS is working fine and configured while creating the system in EP.
    2) Open the properties of the SAP transaction iView created. In the OK code field you can give the ok code value just as you give in SAP R/3 in case you want to navigate to the second screen of SAP R/3 when you pass values from WebDynpro.
    Example for the above would be say Transaction "VA03" for displaying Sales order. Suppose from Webdynpro i want to pass a parameter called "Order number" and when i click a button it should pass the order number to R/3 and skip the first screen required for inputting the sales order numbe.
    It should directly go to the main display of sales order for that ordernumber.
    3) Create your WebDynpro component and deploy it on the server. In your WebDynpro use the WDPortalNavigation.absolute() method and give the url of the SAP Transaction iView created as a parameter and also the required parameters that you would like to pass from WebDynpro.
    4) Create a SAP WebDynpro iView in the Portal.
    5) Now run the Component. It should open up your SAP Transaction iview.

  • Problems with printing MS Office docs from web-mail in Safari

    Hello,
    I have some problems when I try to print MS Office documents which are the attachments in my web-mail in Safari. I open the attachment online without saving it on my computer. Safari shows a blank page in Print Preview and the printer prints a blank page too. We tried to repeat it with another printer and with another iMac. The result is the same. PDF files have no problem with previewing and printing. Does anybody know how to resolve this problem? Thank you!

    Hi, thank you for your comment. I tried this, but the list of plug-ins doesn't have Adobe PDF browser plugin  (or PDF browser plugin). The screenshot is attached....
    Do you have any other idea? ) Thanks!

  • Call back-end report from Web Dynpro for ABAP

    Hi Experts,
    I have an web dynpro for abap application, I put it into an iView. I also have a report which have selection screen and ALV display in back-end. Now I would like to call the report from the web dynpro application and display it in the web.
    What steps need to be done to do it?
    Thanks,
    Anthony

    Anthony,
    you can create a custom transaction for your report "for example ZREPORT" and then create an IVIEW for ZREPORT.
    in your webdynpro you can create a button or link and in the action behind you can call OBN and pass the IVIEW parameters for the OBN call.
    OBN can be found in the webdynpro wizard tool.
    thanks!

  • How can I call a java object from Web dynpro ABAP application?

    I made Web dynpro ABAP application and posted it to SAP EP.
    For certain business purpose, we need to call external 3rd party java object using 3rd party's java api in Web dynpro application.
    Is there anybody who experienced this kind of java interface issue?
    I know Web dynpro Java environment can fully support this kind of requirement. but regarding Web dynpro ABAP, I couldn't find any clue for this.
    Any comment or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Raymond, ABAP Consultant

    if you have jco configured, then you can make calls to java api from ABAP .

  • Problem with called Report 6.0 from Forms

    Hi all,
    I have built a form in 6.0 which calls a Report through a RUN_PRODUCT procedure.
    I pass a few parameters to send it directly to a printer, but all that comes out is a white page.
    When i send to the screen, there's no problem. The cause of the white paper is that apparently the margins are set in such a way that the report falls of the page.
    Any idea how i can correct this ...? This only occurs when it is called from the form. Is there a parameter i've missed...?
    Thanks.
    PS Please mail any sollution you can think of. I don't have an internet-connection at work. The mailaddress is [email protected]

    There have been some changes between 10.1.2.0 and 10.1.2.3. In some cases, java beans will need to be recompiled against the latest frmall.jar file. One example of this issue is noted in the following places:
    MyOracleSupport Note 559213.1
    and here:
    http://forms.pjc.bean.over-blog.com/
    Also, be sure to consider other changes you have made. For example, if you were using Jinitiator with 10.1.2.0 and are now using the Java Plug-in this may also be a cause of the problem. I am not suggesting that using the JRE (java plug-in) is causing the problem, but simply that some minor other changes may be required in order to have everything work in harmony together.

  • Call Existing Asset IViews from Web Dynpro using eventing

    Hi,
      I am trying to pass a Equipment Number from one of my WebDynPro's converted to IVIEW to a stock IVIEW from SAP called Create Notification.
    Basically I followed the example and coded
    WDPortalEventing.fire("urn:com.sap.pct.plm:NotificationCreate", "equipmentID", "32000140");
    I got the URN from the properties of Content Management of the  portal as far as event and parameter how can I find this out since I don't have access to SAP's code.
    Any help would greatly be appreciated
    Cheers,
    Devlin
    (A java developer trying to get my hands around the SAP implementation)

    Hi Devlin,
    I am not sure if my post can help. In the first iView u are firing a portal event with a function name.
    The namespace with the function name act as a signature.
    In the second iview we have to subscribe to this using the same signature.
    (Second iview)And in the place of argument called action give the name of a action which has a string parameter with the name dataObject. This will have the value you have passed.

    my first question is
    is it possible to call MR21 with filling material?
    if possible then how ?
    Thanks,

    Hi,
    you just need to change the MODE.
    N
    Screens are not displayed. You must choose this mode when you run the BDC in a background job.
    A
    All screens are displayed. On each screen, a little popup is displayed with the next recorded function, the user has to press Enter to execute it.
    E
    By default, screens are not displayed, except if an error occurs, or if the end of BDC data is reached although the recorded transaction was not exited
    Do not forget to click on "Correct Answer", to close the topic.

  • How to get the Response Code when a URL is launched from Web Dynpro

    Hello Experts,
    I have a Web Dynpro Application in which in one of its views i have an IFrame UI element in which i will show a resource stored somewhere ..
    But before showing it i want to check if the resource actually exists. For this i have to check the HTTP Response code from Web Dynpro Application without setting it in the Iframe..
    I am using the following code to get the Response Code:
    try{
    URL url = new URL("Some Url");
    HttpURLConnection.setFollowRedirects(false);
    HttpURLConnection connection = (HttpURLConnection) url.openConnection();
    connection.connect();
    wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportSuccess("Response code ="+connection.getResponseCode());
    }catch(Exception e){
    wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportSuccess("Exception");
    Now the Problem is whatever response Code occurs 403 (for No Proper Authorization), 404 (for Resource not found) etc..
    i always get Response Code=  500 (which is for Internal Server Error) shown in the messgae i have printed.
    Please let me know the correct way of getting the Response Code from Web Dynpro.
    Also my resource is lying on a SAP Portal 6.4

  • Problem with Call Transaction opt-RACOMMIT = 'X'.

    Hello Experts
    I am having a problem with call transction. I am calling a Z transaction in function module. Within the Z transaction I am furhter calling some function modules and doing commit work and then some more processing  after the comit work inside  So to make sure the code after comit work is fired I am using opt-RACOMMIT = 'X' in call transaction. Whenever I set this parameter opt-RACOMMIT = 'X' call transaction fails and gives error saying No batch Input data for screen XXXX. However the Z tcode processed succesfully.
    By changing the Mode to E i found that it remians at the last screen of call transction after executing the Z transaction and never comes back
    But if I donot use RACOMMIT = 'X'  everything is fine. Please let me know if anyone came across such problem. Any help will be apreciated.
    Thanks,
    kamal

    Hello,
    as you said, if there is more than commit statement in your ztransaction, then you should put RACOMMIT to 'X'.
    I think the problem is in your bdcdata: change it to be sure to get back to the 1st screen of your ztransaction. Then, at this point (1st screen) hit "back" button.

  • Calling transactional BAPI from Web Dyn Pro

    Hi,
    I am trying to call an RFC from web dynpro, unfortunately I'm a java person rather than ABAP so am struggling a little.  The Bapi is BAPI_BPCONTACT_CREATEFROMDATA, which a colleague has wrapped up so that it saves data from memory and then commits.  I can successfully create sales activities using this RFC from the GUI.  I have connected it to a web dynpro screen and am sending the same information I send from the GUI but get the following error message
    Msg Type I.  Start Processing of refernce object - Handle generated: $000000001 Message variable $000000001 Msg.no 000000 Msg.no 082 MessageID V3 Lines in parameter 0
    Msg Type I.  Integrity rule F0026 broken (field check) - Object $000000001! Msg Variable F0026 Msg Variable $000000001 Msg.no 000000 Msg.no 084 MessageID V3 Lines in Parameter 0
    Msg Type E.  Partner function CR is not defined from fiedl VBKAKOM-PARVW_BPARNR Msg Variable CR Msg Variable VBAKOM-PARVW_BPARNR Msg.no 000000 Msg.no 688 MessageID V1 Lines in Parameter 0
    Msg Type I.  Integrity Rule D0008 broken(dependency) - Object CR VBKAKOM-PARVW_BPARNR! Msg Variable D0008 Msg Variable VBAKOM-PARVW_BPARNR Msg Variable CR Msg.no 000000 Msg.no 085 MessageID V3 Lines in Parameter 0
    Msg Type I.  Business partner 100000000 with function CR from VBKAKOM not in VBPAKOM Msg Variable D0008 Msg Variable 100000000 Msg Variable CR Msg.no 000000 Msg.no 075 MessageID V3 Lines in Parameter 0
    The implementation within web dynpro is forcing to add a Bapi_Sender which I don't have to specify when using the GUI.  I am sending a bapi_sender object in the call with no information which is what I do when using the GUI.  As I mentioned before the parameters I am sending work perfectly when sent from the GUI.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will award generous points. FYI I am also going to post this in the ABAP forum.
    Thanks in advance John Abbott

    Hello John,
    seems to be a customizing problem in SAP. Error says, that the Partner function CR is not properly configured in the tables VBKAKOM and VBPAKOM.
    Did you try to execute the bapi from se37 with function module -> test -> single test ? That is a comparable situation
    The sender has to be a logical system, that in this case, i suppose, has to be declared in SAP (and referenced in the Partner function) to create Data. It depends on the 'type' of function you are executing, reading or creating data in SAP.

  • Character conversion problems when calling FM via RFC from Unicode ECC 6.0?

    Hi all,
    I faced a Cyrillic character convertion problem while calling an RFC function from R/3 ECC 6.0 (initialized as Unicode system - c.p. 4103). My target system is R/3 4.6C with default c.p. 1500.
    The parameter I used in my FM interface in target system is of type CHAR10 (single-byte, obviously).
    I have defined rfc-connection (SM59) as an ABAP connection and further client/logon language/user/password are supplied.
    The problem I faced is, that Cyrillic symbols are transferred as '#' in the target system ('#' is set as default symbol in RFC-destination definition in case character convertion error is met).
    Checking convertions between c.p. 4103  and target c.p. 1500 in my source system using tools of transaction i18n shows no errors - means conversion passed O.K. It seems default character conversion executed by source system whithin the scope of RFC-destination definition is doing something wrong.
    Further, I played with MDMP & Unicode settings whithin the RFC-destination definition with no successful result - perhaps due to lack of documentation for how to set and manage these parameters.
    The question is: have someone any experience with any conversion between Unicode and non-Unicide systems via RFC-call (non-English target obligatory !!!), or can anyone share valuable information regarding this issue - what should be managed in the RFC-destination in order to get character conversion working? Is it acceptable to use any character parameter in the target function module interface at all?
    Many thanks in advance.

    hey,
    I had a similar experience. I was interfacing between 4.6 (RFC), PI and ECC 6.0 (ABAP Proxy). When data was passed from ECC to 4.6, RFC received them incorrectly. So i had to send trimmed strings from ECC and receive them as strings in RFC (esp for CURR and QUAN fields). Also the receiver communication channel in PI (between PI and  RFC) had to be set as Non unicode. This helped a bit. But still I am getting 2 issues, truncation of values and some additional digits !! But the above changes resolved unwanted characters problem like "<" and "#". You can find a related post in my id. Hope this info helps..
