Problem with camera after downloading iOS7

I have recently updated my Ipad from iOS6 to iOS7 and now the back camera doesnt work, just a dark screen. I understand this is a common problem, despite trying to restore and turning off and on several times i still can't get it to work. Any ideas?

If you have tried a reset (by holding the on/off and home buttons together until the Apple logo comes up) already then I would recommend using a backup before iOS 7 if you have one and seeing if the camera works. Otherwise, I would recommend trying an Apple Store. Good luck!

I downloaded the iOS7 update yesterday. Now I am receiving my wife's texts. Both of our phones share her Apple ID. This wasn't happening before. Anyone know how to prevent my phone (iPhone5) from receiving her texts (iPhone4s)? Thanks.

Went to settings>messages>send & receive and unchecked my wife's email address. Not sure why that selection was defaulted to after the update, but unchecking it solved the problem.

There's just a thing that pops up and says that in order to activate banners and push notifications I have to connect the app with iTunes. Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!

now reconnect to wifi
settings - wifi- click network name - enter password - join
if issue persists backup info and restore via itunes

I'm facing a problem after updating my Xperia Z1 to 14.5.A.0.27, I.e. Lollipop 5.0.2.. problem is with the camera, when I tried to capture a picture with auto flash/flash on, a bright light is appearing on the lower portion of the image. Plz help to overcome this.. Thnx in advance

To switch to video from camera mode, slide to change the setting. There is not a function set to tap to change modes, you must slide to switch modes.

Flash Problem With Safari After Downloading Mountain Lion

I'm getting a persistent "Shockwave Player Error" when launching or resetting Safari . . . posting here because I upgraded from Snow Leopard directly to Mountain Lion and that's when the problem began. I have a circa 2010 Macbook Pro with 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, with OS X 10.8 and Safari 6.0. I have attempted fixes in earlier threads (mostly regarding the same exact problem when upgrading to Lion), such as uninstalling Flash and reinstalling the latest from the Adobe website. Also tried (temporarily) disabling plug-ins to see if it's flash-driven.

Maybe the solution you are looking for is this:
System Preferenes > Network > Wi-Fi or Ethernet (whatever you're using) > Advanced > Hardware > Set 'Configure = Manually' > Change 'MTU = Custom' = 1380

This is has been frustrating! Ever since I downloaded iOS 7 on my ipad 2 I have not been able to use Safari. It opens for a millisecond and then closes. Even when I go to settings and try to open the safari settings it closes immediately. Any ideas?

Describe the problem. Won't show videos? Won't take videos? Or other?
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

I was very worried losing all my medical stuff on my iPad Air 2, plus i have nothing to use for the next day! So i have to try all the possible things i read on the internet!! And this worked on my part (Thank God, and thank you Google)
Perform a hard reboot
Hold down the Home button and Power button on your iPhone or iPad and keep holding them until you see the Apple logo. Once you do, you can let go. When your device boots back up, go ahead and check to see if the apps have started re-downloading. If they still appear to be stuck, continue on.
