Problem With Charger

My IBook G4 has been an awesome computer, and I've had practically zero problems with it since I bought it 2 years ago.
However, recently my charger will stop charging at random times. Usually this happens overnight, when I leave my computer to charge, and when I wake up the cord is not lit up (like it does when charging) and my battery is almost dead.
Does anyone have any idea how this is happening and if there's something to be done? I just bought this charger a month ago, and I'd rather not shell out another $80.

Purchasing it online from HP is a matter of using the HP online store that is appropriate for the country in which you reside. In my case, I use the UK or Germany onliine store. Which country do you reside in so I can direct you to the proper place?
Here is the link to the US HP online store AC adapters section. Search by the product name that you provided tpo me and you will see which one you need to purchase.
If your notebook is still in warranty you can contact HP and find out if you can receive one without cost to you under warramnty coverage. the standard warranty is one year from date of purchase.

I was given this as a gift. I charged it for 8hrs when i got it and it showed fully charged. I have been trying to give it a full charge over the last 2 days once on a power adapter plugged into the wall the other through the USB port on my laptop .each for about 8hrs each. Using different cables. I remove the player and it shows full battery (never gives the plug icon though)and within 30 minutes of play music, I get the low battery warning. it was purchased on 0/6/200. nAlso it will not power on while charging.My original ZEN was able to play music when charging this one says DOCKED and will not repond to the power button being presses.

often when i charge it , the operation of charging is not started although i see the sign of charging appear on the screen but the percentage of charge didn't make any progress , when i left it more time in charging case the precentage of charge battery go down till the mobile go down

First, update iTunes, then connect the phone to the computer and do a restore. This will also get your iOS up to date. Your phone should operate correctly after doing this, if not, you will most likely need to have the phone serviced or replaced.

Iphone 3g problems with charging

After charging my phone, I unplug it and I can't hear any sound coming out of it. I check my settings, everything is on.

The unit finally failed and I opened it up. It appears to consist of an AC-->dc converter with suitable filters and regulators and a small computer that probably talks via I2C or a similar protocol to the iphone.
I suspect that components are defective and the output voltage is outside the range it thinks it should be or some problems with the communications cause it to send an erronious message in response to the query sent by the iphone. I did NOT see any obviously bulging electrolytic capacitors, but I did not test for high ESR and I suspect that is the problem.
A 'off brand' AC Charger of iPod and iPhone from Radio Shack works fine while BOTH authentic APPLE iphone 'tiny cube' chargers are going for recycling.
Software fixes may cause the iphone to either keep trying until it gets the right response or ignore the erronious responses.

N 97 FM Transmitter PROBLEM WITH CHARGER / QUALITY...

Helllo. got my RM 505 FW 11 with several problems concerning the built-in FM Transmitter.
When used under UMTS 3G EPLUS with LCG Jukebox 2.41 the Transmit Power seems to Low.
I tested it with freq. 88.30 , 88.60 ,96.00 and 107.00 for example.
Always i got crackling noise and interferences .
But when i plug my Nokia USB Charger to the Device , FM Transmitting is nearly impossible.
to the point the batteries recharging the amount of FM send power is very low. but when i plug off the charger ,
the quality is much better , but far away from a good result. i noticed that whenever i touch phones metal frame , the quality rises , but when i left phone alone quality falls down to hell.
i compared it with my nokia N86 8MP but there is NO problem with or without connectet USB Charger so
i guess maybe it is a hardware fault of my device ?????
Could anyone be so kind and check his N97 with and without USB Charger in car while transmitting MP3 to radio ??

Nano problems with charging battery??? HELP!!

Hello I have an Ipod nano for 1 week now and everything works great but It will not charge the battery.. I have rebooted computor, reinstalled everything back to stock settings.. Did the four R's.. It seems to start recharging when it is downloading songs but when it is done downloading it stops charging the battery.. Any suggestions?? I need all the help I can!! Thankyou Randy

i have an ipod nano too but not that problem.try turning on the computer and then plug the nano in , if it works the screen will say "dont disconnect.look up in the right hand corner of your ipod and see if there is a lightning bolt. if there is that means it is charging.but if it just shows the same old battery with energy in it then it isnt working. Problem With Charger Model A1265

Hi everybody, well a friend gift me a charger Model A1265 for my iPod Touch 4g and its charge the batery, but with one problem, when my iPod its connected to the charger the screen is very sensitive, I mean, I touch the screen to open an app and suddenly the screen opens another app or another option, my question is why this happend? and if that charger doesn't decompose my iPod in any way, the screen, the batery life or something? or when is connected to that charger I dont have to touch the screen? hope anybody here can solve my doubt

However, there was no issue for 1 year as the phone was working fine.
From last 4 months I am facing one problem in the phone, i.e. charging problem. The port of the phone which is used for charging is malfunctioning.
Sometime it charges, sometimes it does or I have to fiddle with the charger to make it charge.
I changed the charging wire to confirm that the problem is with the phone’s charging port.
With all the same wire if I am charging other iPhone, there is no problem.
So, I went to local Apple service centre in Kolkata,India to get PAID SERVICE available.
When the technician saw that I have purchased the phone from Hongkong, Macao they straight away denied me to give any kind of services (even when I was ready to pay the charges). They said that they will only entertain the phone if I give them a poof that I live in Hongkong, but I live in Kolkata,India. This was quite a shocking experience for me. This is like Apple is discriminating people from country to country.
I am writing this letter with a great disappointment that how I get my iPhone repaired.
Kindly guide me & solve my problem ( Receipt copy is attached ).

Serious problems with charging my brand new ZEN STONE PLUS...help

i've read the manual and the how-tos countless of times... did everything on what the Knowledge Based section suggested... and still, my dear Zen Stone Plus isnt charging! i've downloaded the firmware with hopes of solving my problems but it doesnt work! its pathetic-ally dangling from its USB connecter which is connected to my computer.... my computer is a windows xp, runs on high speed broadband and is not in power saving mode or standby mode... i've been working on this problem for 3 days now since i bought this mp3... its 3.20am now but i really am determined to fix this problem...! pls guys, i literally beg you to help me out coz i'm really close to breaking down... Problem with charges in CAR application

Hi,
We are using a CCM 4.1.3 sr 5b and we want to use CAR for reporting. I install the pluging and configure the base charge field with a value of 100, the multiplicator factor of the voice quality category are different from 0 and the multiplicator factor of the time of day is set to 1. Although these parameters when I generate a report the charge column is set to 0 and the QOS column is set to NA.
How can I do to have on a report the charges different from 0 and the QOS column set to it's proper values?
