Problem with child [example inside]

Question

hello guys, i am trying to get X position of child from2 level like in this picture:
if i write this code : parent.child1.child2.x
i just get the child2 X  position inside child1 and not inside the main parent,
localToGlobal doesnt help much because parent in the example is child too (of the stage);

Use getRect or getBounds methods. For instance:

addChild(sprite1);
trace(sprite3.getRect(sprite1)); // (x=30, y=30, w=20, h=20)
