Problem With Console Launcher

| A buddy of mine has the Titanium Fatality Champion and updated to all the latest drivers and stuff... but now his console launcher is not in the task bar AND on top of that... its a garbage looking one with little tabs and not the nicer GUI one. how can he get the nice GUI one and task bar icon back? If anyone could post a step by step I would very much appreciate it.

! The garbage looking one with little tabs is called Creative Audio Control Panel while Console Launcher a separate program and download with the nice gui you speak of.
Either way remove control panel and/or console launcherby using add/remove programs in windows and download the latest version of console launcher from creative support site. You should be able to find it by clicking support for your card and check the available downloads.

Problem with console launcher and Titanium Champion Series

Hi all. I've recently got a X-Fi Titanium Fatality Champion Series, it's running on XP. As you know with the original drivers the I/O front panel didn?t work on XP, so I updated to the latest version 2.7.8. The problem is that now the I/O front panel seems to work, but the console launcher has been updated too to the 2.6.1.45 version and it's not working properly, when previously it was. I?ve detected two problems:
1) You can enable the equalizer on any mode but the list of presets (rock, pop, jazz...) don?t appear
2) The console launcher crashes in the very moment you click on the Mixer thumb index, at least in Game mode, appearing an error message

Well, given I've still not received an answer, I think this may help somebody with the same problem.
I decided to install the Console Launcher 2.6.1.49 (beta) and it's working perfect so far, the two problems I told about have been fixed.
Another problem I had with the latest official drivers was that the volume panel wasn't shown at the taskbar. I simply fixed it by installing the original volume panel you can find in the installation CD.

Problem with Consolas font in a form

I have problem with Consolas font in a form in latest Adobe Reader (v11.0.9)
It shows dots (password sign) instead of letters. Edit box is not configured for passwords.
Form was created by Foxit PhantomPDF and it shows correctly in Foxit.
Can somebody check PDF for errors or warnings?

Problems with iTunes Launching

I am having problems with iTunes launching on my G4 Mac Mini. Everytime I tried to launch it the application just carries on bouncing up and down on the dock, but never launches. I dumped the preferences folder then tried to relaunch it but that didnt solve anything. Then I tried uninstalling the whole application. I searched for any files associated with iTunes and trashed them. Then reinstalled iTunes 7 (previously had iTunes 6 on), thinking this would solve the problem but it didnt. Has anyone got any suggestions for me? My only other option is to reformat the whole machine just to get iTunes working again. Obvioulsy I didnt right away wanna go this route. I'm sure there is something I am just missing

Mac G4 Problems with "Application Launch Failure"

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for my questions, so if not, please LMK where I should be asking for help.
I have a G4 running Mac OS X 10.3.9. In the last two weeks, I have had a number of errors involving an Application Launch Failure. This started immediately after I had the foolish idea of shutting down my computer for the night to save power. I selected Shut Down from the drop down menu, the computer shut down and everything seemed ok till the next morning when I started up. Since that time, I have had the application launch failure problem with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Graphic Converter, Yahoo Messenger, and assorted other programs.
The error message I get is for instance: Application Launch Failure The application "Word" could not be launched because of a shared library error:1<MicrosoftWord> <CarbonLib> <CFMPriv_CarbonCore> " or a variation depending on the program.
I have "restored" the computer, I have reinstalled Mac OS X 10.3.9, reinstalled the relevant Microsoft Office suite, and I still get the error message.
Does anyone have any suggestions (other than getting a new system)?

Boot from the Install CD, but do not Install. Choose Disk Utility off the Installer Menu as your first action. Select your Hard Drive and choose ( Repair ). Repeat until it comes clean (or gets stuck). Then (Repair Permissons ) once.

Problem with console on provisioned machines

When I provision Solaris 10 8/07 onto our Sun Fire X4100M2 machines using N1 System Manager 1.3.3, everything works swimmingly and the OS is provisioned to the machine. I did have problems with this earlier, but these were resolved via an IDR from Sun Technical Support.
However, If I use the ILOM viewer app (the Java one which can be found on the machine's Web Console) to redirect the machine's console to my laptop, I can see the machine go through POST, network boot from the provisioning server, and begin the installation. A long series of dots appear across the top of the screen as the installation is initializing, however after this I see nothing....the machine appears to stop dead. However, this is not the case. If I SSH into the machine's BMC and start the serial console ( cd SP/console > start ), I can see that the installation is proceeding fine.
Once the installation is completed, and the machine reboots into the newly-provisioned Solaris instance, the same thing happens. I cannot view the console output via redirection to the Java ILOM viewer - all I see in this case is a flashing cursor in the top-left corner of the screen. However, logging into the BMC and starting the serial console allows me to see the release information that is printed to the screen on startup, a few error messages, and a login prompt.
Anyone else have a similar experience?

The lack of thoroughness on my part appears to have dragged out this issue much longer than necessary. Two weeks ago I experimented with adding "console=ttya" to the "load server ..." command when provisioning. If only I had tried the next logical combination, "console=ttyb", I would have found the solution.
From N1SM installed on a Solaris 10 Update 4 host, I installed all patches from Sun Update, then removed IDR137229-01 and installed N1SM patch 128040-02. Then I added "console=ttyb consolebaud=9600" to the provisioning command, and voila, I get to see everything now via the Sun ILOM Remote Console.
My installation still does not proceed properly, as it appears there is a syntax error in the sysidcfg file, somewhere around the keyboard part of the file. I have seen other threads on this forum pertaining to that problem, so I will now head over there to see what I can dig up.
UPDATE: I had to re-apply the IDR (137229-01) in order to get Jumpstart to work. I guess N1SM patch 128040-02 doesn't fix that issue...

Problem with console in Oracle VM Manager

I have installed Oracle VM 3.0.3 and Oracle VM Manager 3.0.3 is install on Oracle LINUX 5.6. I cannot get the console to work from either the Oracle VM Manager server itself using firefox or remotely from Windows running IE or Chrome. After looking at version posts I have installed tightvnc-java-1.3.9 and ovm-console-1.0.0. The symptoms are different locally and remotely. First locally on the OVM Manager server with firefox. I click on console and a pop up asks if I want to run ovm_rasproxy-ws.jnlp click OK and things go crazy, multiple tabs open and keeps going until I kill firefox or the server runs out of resources. On the remote PC I click console and things just hang and nothing happens. Checked firewall settings, iptables is not running, I can telnet to port 15901.
Any ideas

In the window's outbound plug, I called FIRE_OUTBOUND_PLUG instead of NAVIGATE. Then I got an exception, asking me to create a navigation link in BP_CONT_MAIN. I created. Now it is working.

Problems with sevices launching

i can no longer launch services ora90Agent and "....listener",
I need a solution, so i don't have to install it once again,
Do i have to change in windows registers; or something like that.

You can disable the Agent, Listener and Database to startup with Windows change to "Manual" in your Windows "Services" (Tools adm.)
When you want to use the database, only go to "Services" and click on Start in Agent, Listener and Database.

Internalization problem with console

Hi all!
The problem is "????" instead of unicode string in output, but Cp1251 string is ok.
I've tried to compile my application with -encoding option, but without any success :(
Please, help me to solve this problem.

Problem with pages launching after update on Nov 23, 2013

I haven't used pages until now. I have update to Maverick (10.9); have update for pages from Nov. 23, 2013. I tried to open it up but it will not open. Has anyone had this problem.
I have Keynote and it is not working, but have numbers and it is working just fine.

I have solved my question. My imac was had a new drive put in and I had to restore everything put could not find my iwork cd. I use numbers alot so I just purchased it from the apple store and not pages. This is why it will not open up.

Problem X-Fi Xtreme Music and Console Launcher

Hello, (I'm german student, so sorry for my english)
I re-installed Windows 7 32bit a few days ago.
Now, I already fixed the problem with Console Launcher as a tray icon.
I installed the latest drivers from Creative and Console Launcer from CSL_PCAPP_LB_2_60_29.
But I have the problem that the Console Launcher does not save my settings like bass to 60% or activating X-Fi Crystalizer. So if a change one of these settings and reboot my pc....everything is set back to normal.
Help would be great.
