Problems with current version of AIR. Won't load and also can't uninstall

I have recently purchased a new Mac and loaded the most recent version of AIR but now when I try to run it I keep getting the following message
This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found.
Please download the latest version of the runtime from

I am also getting this message when I try and run the uninstaller so I can I can try and re-install.

I had AIR 3 on my MacBook Pro before I updated it to Lion. I use AIR 3 to run McMillan Study guides Master your CDCs. when I updated my mac to lion and tried to run the application the application couldn't find AIR 3 on my mac. So I uninstalled it and tried to install it again. when I tried to install it the installer program doesn't open. please help me this program is crucial for my upgrade training.

Is this the error you are getting when you are installing AIR 3.0? Or is this the error you are getting after you've already installed AIR 3.0 and attempting to run AIR applications? If it's the latter, which applications are you trying to run? Can you please send us your logs so that we can investigate further? Thanks!

Problem with chatbox in forum, its now unusable

I am having problem trying to use a chatbox in a forum I often visit, up to yesterday with 3.6 all was ok, but now with 4.0 the chatbox moved from buttom of page to up right over another text in the forum, making it impossible to use or read.

that forum uses vbulletin version 4.0.3

I am having the same problem:
I am designing a report in Crystal Reports XI Developer that contains parameters, which are passed to a stored procedure and are also used within formulas ( in Crystal Syntax ie. {?FORMAT_ID} ) in the report itself.
I can run the report successfully in CRXI Developer. The formulas use the correct values from the parameters entered during execution and everything looks good.
I then deploy the report to Business Objects Enterprise XI. I do all of the things necessary to manage the report including setting up the proper database connection information and default parameter values.
When I run the report using the Crystal Report Viewer, I get the following error message:
Error in File Forecasting.rpt:
Error in formula <Report Format>.
'if (not isNull({?FORMAT_ID} ) ) then
This field name is not known.
Details: errorKind
This happens when I press the "Preview" button in the Manage Object dialog from Crystal or when I run the report using InfoView.
I have changed the formulas and it doesn't seem to matter what the specific content of the formula is; other than the existence of a parameter reference in the formula. If I comment out the parameter and replace it with a hard-coded value, it gets through the formula fine.
Does Business Objects Enterprise XI support crystal reports with parameter references in the formulas?

Problems with current week

I am having problems with a YTD style measure and I don't know how to deal with it.
I need to sum from one date - the same day each year - 1st april - to the current week. The current week is defined as the last data build date. For previous years, the cumulative is from the 1st april to the parallel week to the current week.
There is an indicator in the database table that shows what week is the current week.
How should I store an attribute in a hierarchy that indicates it is the current week ? As a property ?
How would I sum from the 01st april to a current week using an attribute stored in a property in the Date dimension ?
My Date dimension is daily and based on calendar weeks and calendar months.

Does the week is part of the hierarchy ? if so, you want to have range between two days, the 01/04 and the last day for that relevant week . Something like ..
{[Date].[Calendar].[Day].&[20130401]:ClosingPeriod([Date].[Calendar].[Day], MyRelevantWeek)}
You can achieve the relevant week by filtering the weeks without the right property : Filter([Date].[Week].[Week] , [Date].[Week].CurrentMember.properties("RelevantWeek") = 1) .
If you want to have a dynamic 1st to April for the relevant year, you'll need to build this member with the current year : strtomember("[Date].[Calendar].[Day].&["+str([Date].[Year].Currentmember.properties("key"))+"0401]")

Problem with JavaBean: Scope="Session"

I have a problem when I use JavaBean with "session" scope. Let me try and explain my problem:
I have, let us say, an Product Order Page [say, Order.JSP]. I have provided links to 3 different catalogues, and the catalogues open as a child window. The idea is the user can choose the products [multiple select implemented via checkbox] from more than one catalogue.
I have used a JavaBEan, with scope="session". I use this bean to store the product information selected by the user from the catalogues, so that afterselecting, the child window 'submit's to the parent window. The parent window then gathers the product information [stored as vector] from the session bean to display this. The usercan switch between catalogues before deciding to submitthe order.
Now, the Problem: Whenever, the user chooses, say more than 3 items per catalogue, I get "Connection with the Server was Reset" error. I am sure to a sertain extent, that the error has got soemthing to do with the bean because, I find the same error repeated whereever I have used a session scope, on the site.
Please help me resolve this issue.

HTTP to ABAP Proxy - Problem with "Current User" parameter

Hi experts,
We have a HTTP to ABAP proxy sceario, where I used an HTTP Destination to connect to the proxy.
We're trying to use the option "Current User" in that destination in order to login to ECC with the same user that in PI adapter plain.
The user exists i both systems, PI and ECC, with the same password.
Checking that parameter we get the following error:
<SAP:Error><SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category><SAP:Code>INTERNAL.UNAUTHORIZED</SAP:Code><SAP:P1>401 </SAP:P1><SAP:P2>Unauthorized</SAP:P2><SAP:P3>(See attachment HTMLError for details)</SAP:P3></SAP:Error>
We think that PI is not getting the password.
Does aybody know how to do this?

Hi Chirumamilla,
If we put user and password in SM59 (unchecking "Current User") the commuication works without problems.
We don't want to leave a user set there, beacuse we are looking to access to PI with different users and login to ECC with the same user.

Problem with current item in forms 9i

I call form from another form the first time the form runs correctly, but if I close it and re-open it again, when I tried to move the cursor to any item in the form using the mouse, the cursor moves correctly but when I need to get the current item value using ':system.cursor_value' then the cursor returns to the first item and get the value from the first item. This problem only with the mouse. But if I move to the item-using keyboard there is no problem.

Problem with new Collaboration Forums

Hi folks!
I've tried to integrate new forums on my collaborative rooms. I've check the "How to Integrate a Forum into a Collaboration Room (NW 7.0 2004s).pdf" guide and making the step-by-step solution. Our system is a Netweaver 2004s SP14, with FORUMS patch 1 installed.
The problem is when i try to preview the page which contains the forum iView or enter in the forum throught the collaboration room. The result i get is an 404 error with the next link in the browser:
http://hostname:50000/forums/Forums#height=461
I've cacthed the http headers and the secuence is:
- Calling to the ForumTarget -> ../forum.jspa?forumID=1 (OK)
- Gets all required gif's (OK)
- Get height ¿?¿? (404 ERROR)
Also i've tried the following:
- Preview the iView -> OK, but insert the iView directly on the workset and enter in forum (404 ERROR)
- Make all heights fixed (not works, 404 ERROR)
Anybody knows this case??

Problem with loading some forum sites

I am unable to load some forum websites such as macrumors, droidfourms, and androidforums. Sometimes it works, but only for about a minute or two, then proceeds to go back to being unable to load it. The problem is that it loads just the top of the website, but none of the forum topics. It's a little strange. I use safari, and I tried it with mozilla and the same problem occured.
Any help would be appreciated

Problems with Current use of Main Stage on tour as live rig.....

I'm using this as my live keyboard rig with the band I play keys and lap steel in (Son Volt). We've been on tour for about a month, the set up worked flawlessly until about a week ago when it started developing problems I've been unable to figure out/fix. Here is a brief description of my "Concert"...
•I have 1 Concert.
•I don't think I am using a "set", if I even know what one is, a sub set in a concert I'm guessing...I think I just have a Concert.
•There are 14 or so Patches in my Concert.
•All are culled from sounds in logic/garageband, Organs, pianos, wurlitzer, vox, rhodes, a couple variations, and one sound that has piano with a pad sound along with it. None are that complicated, though the way they react to the controllers, especially the volume pedal as they are scrolled through seems a little unpredictable.
•The problem started about a week ago....we would start our set, and I'd get into it, use a couple sounds, then I'd use the sound with the Piano and Pad stacked, this would play fine, but then, when I'd let the rig sit dormant after using that sound, when I'd come back to it after playing steel on a couple songs, the rig would produce no sound. It would also stop showing that it was receiving MIDI info, at least based on looking at the keyboard-display that shows the keys you've played as you play them. I'd switch to other sounds, move the controllers...no-go. I'd be forced to quit and re-start the program. A hassle during live performance, to say the least.
•I haven't had a lot of time to troubleshoot this, and honestly my MIDI skills are kinda weak, but here is what I tried...
•I started over, and basically made the concert over from scratch, it works fine at soundcheck or when I mess with it...but in performance it always goes down OR...even more disturbing, now it has taken to playing random notes, not even with the currently selected sound, and freezing with those notes in play, held down. They are unstoppable, even with changing the sound, and once again, a re-start is required (I have found the MUTE button on the MainStage window, but no "panic" button or the like.)
•At tonights show I had to restart twice, and that stacked sound, which I'm coming more and more to feel like is somehow the culprit, didn't even sound completely when selected before using (the piano sound only was reproduced, the "pad" sound didn't sound.
Any suggestion about what to try? Could this have something to do with running out of RAM (the MacBook is Maxed and I'm not including too many Patches in my Concert)? Conflicting controller settings? The keyboard controller itself (it seems unlikely). Some other simple set up, configuration or preference I might be unaware of? I set up my Concert with the sounds and patches available, without any consideration for any "differences" they might have, configuration or controller-wise. I just assumed I could drag em' all in there and use them no prob. Maybe I'm mistaken, but, if anyone has any good ideas or suggestions on how I might make this rig more reliable it'd be much appreciated. I LOVE the sounds, and don't want to have to (what I consider) step down to the sounds of my XP-30 or pony up for a Nord.

Try using the application 'console' in the Utilities folder. Make sure you have both the system and console logs open from the File Menu. I resize both windows to @ 1-2 inches tall across the bottom of your screen.
If there are any USB or firewire issues. There are ways to search the logs back in time, if you know the time and date the problem occurred, look for that weeks log file (use help) search that day, or search for resets.
One other, try to keep lower speed USB devices together on one usb port. And put all the high speed devices on the other, faster with faster bus, and slow on a slower bus.
System profiler shows which usb devices are on the 'USB High-Speed Bus (faster) and USB Bus (slower)'. Check with M- Audio and MOTU for USB port speed configuration they are.

I have a Advanced table region in which i add many rows..and i get the data in to it from the lov page (lov mappings).
for each row i add... i have to set a item in main page table region doing some validations the data i get from lov region.
with examples..more detailed..
i have paymentAmount and AllocAmount...i get the payment Amount from LOV...after doing some validation on paymnetAmount i have to set the same value to the AllocAmount.
ARTransactionLine is the VO which contains the above mentioned attributes....and advanced table i mentioned above is based on this VO.
for this purpose im using the following code..

Problem with Current Tab Image property of tabs

Hello. I am having trouble changing my tab entries to appear as images. When editing a standard tab I went to the section labeled "Images". Then I put values in for "Current Tab Image" and "Non Current Tab Image", and after running the page the images do not appear. The tabs still appear as text. Does anybody know what the problem is?
The paths that I tried to use for the images are:
button.gif
#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#button.gif

Never mind, I figured out the solution.
I'll explain what needed to be done for those of you that come across the same problem.
I had to edit the Page Template, and go to the section "Standard Tab Attributes". All I had to do was change the text "#TAB_LABEL#" to "#TAB_IMAGE#"

After some operations I found bottleneck in 2 measures: [Measures].[Weight], [Measures].[Price CR]
If them deleted from query then duration execution equals 50.
In our cube measure [Measures].[Weight] override in calculation as:
scope([Measures].[Weight]);
This = iif((round([Measures].[Weight], 3)<>0), round([Measures].[Weight], 3), null);
end scope;
But if I change code as
scope([Measures].[Weight]);
This = [Measures].[Weight];
end scope;
Performance query does not improve...
If delete this override from calculation in cube. I get good performance acceptable to me.
We need to keep the business logic and get acceptable performance.
What wrong in measures, calculations or query? Any ideas?

According to your description, you get performance issue when using SCOPE() statement. Right?
In Analysis Services, when using SCOPE() statement, it redefines that part of your cube space while the calculated member is much more isolated. In this scenario, I suggest you directly create a measure. Because calculated measure only returns values
where the amounts are recorded directly to the parent without including children values.

Problems with current location after upgrading to IOS 5 for IPhone 4

I have an Iphone 4 and upgraded to IOS 5, but now my current location isn't working? Any suggestions?

Basic troubleshooting steps clearly outlined in the User Guide are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as NEW.
Go through these steps sequentially until your problem is solved. If after these 4 steps you're still having problems, then you likely have a hardware issue and will need to bring your phone into Apple for replacement.
