Problem with CZ documents e.g. RV64A962, see SAP NOTES 674921, 385067

Hi,
We are having an issue when looking at applying note 674921. This basically modifies 4 programs along with setting up some pricing conditions etc... When this was all created in our DEV system the process works correctly however after transporting this to QS the net value in the header is always 0.000. This is the VBAK-NETWR field.
We are using a 4.7 enterprise system so although note 385067 is interesting - the changes are already in the system.
When running a syntax check in DEV it produces no errors, but in Quality we get the error REPORT/PROGRAM statement missing, or program type is I (INCLUDE).
I have checked the attributes and DEV and Quality have the same settings - as follows

The problem lies I think in the actual conditions on the line item...
in DEV the conditions are as follows
Z101     Total incl. Tax     100.000      %                    168.68
     Net value = total -     31.50      CZK     1     M2     141.74
     Repeat net value aga     31.50      CZK     1     M2     141.75
Z100     Abtract                      100.000-     %                    0.01-
however in our Qual system
Z101     Total incl. Tax     100.000      %                    223.13
     Net value = total -     13.56      CZK     1     M2     42.39
     Repeat net value aga     60.00      CZK     1     M2     187.50
Z100     Abtract                     100.000-     %                    187.50-
you will notice that the Z100 is taking the 100% as the full value instead of a rounding value.
Would appreciate any thoughts.

Hi Paul,
Ask you Basis team to download the notes using Snote- Directly instead of manual correction.
