Problem with destination mappings

Hello
I'm trying to map External Service with Destination in CAF Configuration. In most sources I've fount such path:
1. login to CAF run time configuration.
2. click on "Aministration Tools" link.
3. click on "External Service Configuration" link.
4. click on "Service Registry" link.
And then further operations.
The problem is that my instalation of CAF is different (probably 7.1.1): in <host><port>/caf there is no Administration Tools, instead there is the  information:
Note: Administrative Tools have been moved to NetWeaver Administrator (NWA).
Authorization Tool can be found in NWA under Configuration Management/Security.
External Service Configurator can be found in NWA under Configuration Management/Infrastructure/Destinations or under SOA Management/Technical Configuration/Destination Template Management.
So I've found this tool at  Configuration Management/Infrastructure/Destinations. But there is no "Service Registry" link. No link at all - just two panes where left ("External Services") is empty and right ("Destinations") contains destination as I've configured it.
The question is: how to get left pane filled with external services in order to map service with destination? Is it some problem with my local ESR or what?
Any help will be appreciated.
Regards
Maciej
Edit: It seems, that there is no input in my local SR. But when I try to publish WSDL there I get WSDL validation error.

Hi Alexander,
I am facing the same problem ("left hand area empty in CAF Configuration").
I followed the blog "Real World Composites" from Benny Schaich.
/people/benny.schaich-lebek/blog/2008/02/01/real-world-composites-iii--coding
This is what I did (as described)
1. imported external Web Service into NWDS CAF application (in fact from the SAP ES Workplace system HU2)
2. created a new CAF application service which wraps and simplifies the first one
3. deployed to my 7.1.1 machine
And now there is the same issue as described.
The final step "Mapping CAF Service on Server" can not be carried out. As the list of "external services" is empty.
So my question:
What do you mean by "imported external services into NWDS and publish as Web Service"?
Something different as done in 1. - 3.?
Best regards
Ingos

  • Problems with group mappings

I am testing 802.1x with dynamic vlan assignment on an ACS 3.3.3 for windows with a cat 3750.
When a new users logs into the machine, ACS is able to poll the AD for the users credentials, however the users gets placed int the default group, rather than the group mappings associated with Active Directory.
The error messages in CSAuth.log i see are the following
    AUTH 08/24/2005 23:25:25 E 0365 1000 External DB [NTAuthenDLL.dll]: NetUserGetLocalGroups failed with result [5]
    AUTH 08/24/2005 23:25:25 E 0365 1000 External DB [NTAuthenDLL.dll]: nt_GetUsersNTGroups failed
I Can manually move the users to the proper groups, however, why are they not being moved to their proper groups? Anyone else seen the problem/error messages above?

    Hi,
Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue. I have the same issue with ACS 3.3.3 for windows. I have not seen this issue on any other ACS Win / Appliance installs.
    Thanks in advance

  • Problem with Destination NAT or IPFW

    Hi everyone.
    First of all the description:
First Server Enabled services: AFP, DHCP, FIREWALL, NAT, NFS, OPEN DIRECTORY REPLIC, RADIUS AND SMB. (this server was connected with 2 links of internet, being the gateway for all LAN; 1 link is for navigate which is faster/dynamic ip[I already execute a nat.sh to fix to distribute the internet locally], the other is a static ip to redirect to my internal site)
Second Server Enabled Services: AFP, DNS, ICAL, NETBOOT, NFS, OPEN DIRECTORY MASTER, PRINT, SMB, SOFT. UPDT AND WEB.
    My problems:
I Have a Wiki page (Web) internal up and running site, which can be accessed internally by 10.10.0.4 or andromedadincao.com.br.
When I try from a external access in www.andromedadincao.com.br it redirect to 201.90.64.34( this ip is a static bought on...).
The problem is that my gateway server (first) can't redirect to my stable and internal ip (10.10.0.4, that was up and running).
What I need to do? NAT config? Firewall config? Please tell me step by step, 'cause isn't so easy.
    Thanks for help.

You have 2 Internet connections maybe from different ISPs connected to the first machine, one give you a static public IP and one is giving you a dynamic public IP?
These two are on one Interface en0 and the LAN is on en1?
Or how do you connect to the LAN? A third interface?
More than one Internet interface will probably complicate things for NAT redirect/forwarding.
And If web services on the first machine use the same ports as the wiki on the second it gets even tougher.
Otherwise if using a different port for WiKi editing the NAT conf to forward a port in/on/from the first machine public IP to the second machine port and IP could work. Of course depending on the first machine public IP configurations.
This tool might still work : http://www.jamiegriffin.com/gdog/thenatural/
Anyhow using a dual WAN router/firewall would probably be much easier/better.

  • Problem with destination org of requisition

    Hi everybody,
I have a few trouble when i use requisition in centralized procurement. Please help me to cover it
For example i have 2 ledger:
    Ledger A -> OU A1 -> Org A1.1, Org A1.2, Org A1.3
    Ledger B -> OU B1 -> Org B1.1
Can I raise a requisition in OU A1, but destionation org is Org B1.1 (not same ledger) ? When create requisition in OU A1, i just can choose orgs of OU A1 in LOV.
    Please give me some advices.
    thanks so much,

    Hi,
I think requisitions should be created in the requesting org... supposed you want the deliver to org is orgs of OU B1, then you create your requisitions in B1.
When creating PO, use the buyer work center to create PO in OU A1, but from requisitions made in OU B1, assuming you have set up your intercompany transaction flows.
    Thanks

  • Problem with Crystal Report Job Server Destinations

I am using Crystal Reports XI Server and I am having problems with scheduling.  I believe that the problem is that I have not enabled any destinations under the Crystal Reports Job Server.  The following is an observation list:
-Enabled and set up all destinations for other servers, such as the Destination Server.
-Have been able to use Infoview to directly email, inbox, and file save reports in different formats (I believe the Destination Server controls this, right?)
-All servers are enabled in the Central Configuration Manager
-Have been able to go into the Crystal Reports Job Server within the CMC, but I DO NOT FIND ANY destinations to enable (why is this?)
-Have not been able to schedule an instance of any report (neither email, nor inbox, nor file, ...nothing)
Could somebody please help me with this?  Is this a limitation to the Crystal Reports XI Server vs the Enterprise edition?  Is there something else I am missing?  I have never been able to successfully schedule a report.

Thank you for the input, but I have not yet solved my problem.  Please allow me to provide some additional information which may give more hints:
I have Crystal Reports XI Server R2 installed as 5 named user license (version that comes with developer)
The following servers are enabled in CMC (which is all of them)
    -Input.DomainNameSQL
    -DomainNameSQL.cacheserver
    -DomainNameSQL.cms
    -DomainNameSQL.destinationjobserver (has all destinations enabled)
    -DomainNameSQL.eventserver
    -DomainNameSQL.ListofValuesJobServer (no destination tab)
    -DomainNameSQL.pageserver
    -DomainNameSQL.programjobserver (has all destinations enabled)
    -DomainNameSQL.RAS
-DomainNameSQL.reportjobserver (has destinations tab, but there are no destination entries to enable! Object type is: CrystalEnterprise.Report and detail: IDL:omg.org/CORBA/UserException:1.0
    . Details: %2.'
These are the ONLY two event IDs that appear after I schedule the report instance.  No other events occur.
Are there any other logs that I can check?  How do I look up what event ID 45387 and 45385 are?
    Thanks!

  • PROBLEM WITH RFC DESTINATION

    Hi GURU,
I have a problem with the record of RFC destination.
When i created RFC destination TCP/IP when i made the tests, it`s ok.

    Can you help me??
What should I do to run properly?
    Thank for all.

    Hi,
Even I am also new to SAP , but I have little knowledge about RFC, try to create your RFC of type 3 (ABAP type ), then if you use this RFC , I hope no problem will come if the authorization details and IP /Host name of the destination system are perfect.
also Please suggest me why ( when ) we use TCP /IP type of RFCs

  • Massive problem with remote destination

    hello all,
we have massive problems with our remote destinations.
after i create the remote destination profile and added the line, i create the remote destination for my mobile phone.
all ok so. but if im associate my mobile phone with the line by choosing Line Association i´m no able to reach many numbers in my company anymore.
there is no ringing tone. there is nothing and after 20-30 seconds i got an busy tone.
if i delete the Line Association i can reach the number normally.
Perhaps you got any idea . I dont got any anymore

    finally we found the problem
it was at the cucm service parameters.
we changed " machting caller id with remote destination " to "partial match" after that all is working fine.

  • Problem with focus border and ListCellRenderer in custom listbox

I have a bug in some code that I adapted from another posting on this board -- basically what I've done is I have a class that implements a custom "key/value" mapping listbox in which each list item/cell is actually a JPanel consisting of 3 JLabels: the first label is the "key", the second is a fixed "==>" mapping string, and the 3rd is the value to which "key" is mapped.
The code works fine as long as the list cell doesn't have the focus. When it does, it draws a border rectangle to indicate focus, but if the listbox needs to scroll horizontally to display all the text, part of the text gets cut off (i.e. "sometex..." where "sometext" should be displayed).
The ListCellRenderer creates a Gridlayout to lay out the 3 labels in the cell's JPanel.
What can I do to remedy this situation? I'm not sure what I'd need to do in terms of setting the size of the panel so that all the text gets displayed OK within the listbox. Or if there's something else I can do to fix this. The code and a main() to run the code are provided below. To reproduce the problem, click the Add Left and Add Right buttons to add a "mapping" -- when it doesn't have focus, everything displays fine, but when you give it focus, note the text on the right label gets cut off.

  • NUWAGENT problem with SCMT

Latest hurdle in consolidating a Netware 6.0 sp 5 server to NOWS SBE.
The source server will show NUWAGENT screen and that it is connected to [server].Netware file system. But it just hangs. Attempts to unload NUWAGENT fail, but at least the server is still running. The only way to clear it is to hit the reset button. Attempts to down the server also hang.
    SCMT error log shows:
Error '34841' occurred attempting to open the connection to the SMDR from server 'NWPP1' to server 'NW1'. Make sure the TSA and SMDR nlms are loaded on the source and destination servers. If SLP is not configured, you may need to edit the destination server's SYS:ETC/HOSTS file, and insert an entry for the source (include IP address and server name). See the Troubleshooting section in the user documentation for possible solutions to this connection error. --- Error caused by a NetWare API error --- The connection to the server was lost. (Error code: 0X8819 Function Name: NWNCPExtensionRequest)
An error occurred attemping to disconnect from the servers. Source: Destination: --- Error caused by a NetWare API error --- The connection to the server was lost. (Error code: 0X8819 Function Name: NWNCPExtensionRequest)
An error occurred attempting to validate or migrate the file system from 'NWPP1' to ''. --- Error caused by a NetWare API error --- The connection to the server was lost. (Error code: 0X8819 Function Name: NWCCOpenConnByName)
TSA5UP19 applied to the source server.
Destination volume is NSS, as best as can be had within SBE.
Everything in TID 7001767 checks out.
Source and destination are in different trees as this is the only way to migrate from GW 6.5 to GW 7.0. With 2 trees I can do practice runs and so this is another. The problem went away in an earlier practice run, but I don't remember what cleared it. Also I ended up with empty folders after the consolidation.
    Any insights?

an NCP connection being lost and not an erro associated with a failed SMS
    connection.
Do you get the error immediately, or only after a certain delay? Have you
verified that the source server didn't have an abend which might be the
cause of the freeze of nuwagnt and the impossibility to unload it?
In fact, all the symptoms you describe sound like a possible abend issue.

NUWAgent gets loaded during SCMT verify process. In prior tests on virtual machines it would load on the source server and quickly unload during the verify phase. In actual operations NUWAgent stays loaded and after some time SCMT will report 3 errors and 1 warning (can't verify Linux rpm version). The source server doesn't show any abend or errors, I just can't get NUWAgent to unload.
Applied TID 3746607. Then it quickly moves to the 1 warning. Since there are no errors I can continue but nothing copies nor do I see the opportunity to match up users. NUWAgent gets loaded on the source and stays loaded. Next run of SCMT will quickly show an error that NUWAgent is loaded "please unload". Again I can't unload it without rebooting.
I tried running SCMT from a different workstation and got the same results. Both PCs are WinXP with client 4.91sp5. I'm logged on to both servers as admin (within each context) with drive mappings to both.
The source server has two NICs (x.x.x.4 and x.x.x.5, the latter is the main one). Both IPs are shown in hosts files on both servers.

  • IDES installation problem with DDIC password

    Hello everybody,
After hours of searching and trying..
I have here a problem during a local installation of IDES ECC 6.0 on Windows Server 2008 with MAXDB. The installation stops in phase 27 of 29 u201Ccheck DDIC passwordu201D - test logon to SAP system failed, with the error message FRF-00007 "Unable to open RFC connection" in sapinst.
The MMC shows in the process list that the following processes stands oon "green": igswd, mag_Server and disp+work are running. The message of servers connection is OK, acts dialogue queue time is 0.00 sec.
I have already searched the forum, but I am not able to logon as user SAP* with u201C060. u2026u201D or as user DDIC with the password u201C199. u2026u201D to change the DDIC password to my password set during the installation (transaction -S000 / SU01). The login fails over the MMC as well as over the SAP GUI 7.10. I have tried this on the client 000, 001 and 800. The error message is u201CSAP Logon Failed - connection closed without message (CM_NO_DATA_RECEIVEDu201D). The SAP GUI gets down with "Work process restartet, session terminated".
What can help to solve the problem? Can it be a problem with the ms loop adaptor? Which static address IP must assign to the loop adaptor? Did i have to update the kernel of the data bank or is this not necessary? Can the information from dev_w help?
Can this link help me: BI 7.0 Installed but errored out during DDIC password check !!!!!!!
    Thanks in advance
    Lenvy

IDES download destination. The install kernel file was: 51033508_7 - NW7 SR3 Kernel 7.00 for Windows / LNX X86_X64. I got an update / upgrade file, which is called: 51033508_8 - NW7 SR3 Kernel .... Upg ABAP.
Can anybody give me an adwise by reading those logfiles? Is the file ok for updating the kernel?
How do I upgrade the kernel by having no .exe - file?  May the installation go on after patching the kernel?

    Hi Salim
    thanks for your reply.
    ./rfcexec -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod -xsapgw21 &
The syntax you're providing refers to UNIX systems, but I did similar thing on our Windows system - I tried all of the following methods (unfortunatelly without success):
    rfcexec -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod -xsapgw21
    full_path_to_rfcexec.exe -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod -xsapgw21
    rfcexec -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod.domain -xsapgw21
    full_path_to_rfcexec.exe -a(PROG_ID) -gssapprod.domain -xsapgw21
Can you advise me what to do now?
    Thanks

  • Problem with ASA 5505 VPN config

    Hi to all,
I have a problem with ASA 5505 remote access vpn. I have site-to-site VPN and I need that my VPN clients can access IP subnets that I have behind site-to-site VPN. All that I have tried I get and error to my log “Flow is a loopback”.
So what I need : for example I need that vpn client with ip 10.0.0.1 can go to 192.168.1.2
    My config:
    access-list Test_splitTunnelAcl standard permit host 10.0.2.3
    access-list Test_splitTunnelAcl standard permit host 10.0.2.4
    access-list Test_splitTunnelAcl standard permit 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
    access-list nonat_outside extended permit ip 10.0.0.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
    ip local pool VPN_Client_Pool2 10.0.0.1-10.0.0.200 mask 255.255.255.0
    nat (outside) 0 access-list nonat_outside
    nat (outside) 1 10.0.0.0 255.255.255.0
    vpn-tunnel-protocol IPSec
    split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified
    split-tunnel-network-list value Test_splitTunnelAcl
    Site-to-Site:
    crypto map outside_map 3 set peer 195.233.x.x
    access-list outside_3_cryptomap extended permit ip object-group DM_INLINE_NETWORK_2 object-group DM_INLINE_NETWORK_4
    object-group network DM_INLINE_NETWORK_2
    network-object 10.0.2.0 255.255.255.0
    network-object 10.0.3.0 255.255.255.0
    object-group network DM_INLINE_NETWORK_4
    network-object host 192.168.2.70
    network-object host 192.168.3.55
    network-object 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
I hope that someone can post an answer and solve my problem

    A few things are required:
    1) You don't need the following 2 lines, so it can be removed:
    nat (outside) 0 access-list nonat_outside
    nat (outside) 1 10.0.0.0 255.255.255.0
    2) On the ASA, you need to configure:
    same-security-traffic permit intra-interface
    3) Object group: DM_INLINE_NETWORK_2 needs to include 10.0.0.0/24
    4) On the remote lan-to-lan end, the crypto ACL also needs to include 10.0.0.0/24 as the destination subnet.
    5) The NAT exemption (NONAT) on the remote lan-to-lan end also needs to include 10.0.0.0/24 as the destination subnet.
Hope that will resolve your problem.

  • Problem with include and relative path in jsp

Precompile jsp with wlappc in 9.2, I got the error "The include file was not found" when the jsp use <%@ include file="../includes/dataEntry/code_error.html" %>
This code used to work with 8.1. I notice that someone has report the same problem with 9.0 and you have patch for it. Is it fix in 9.2 or do I require a patch as well?
              Thanks,
              Khuemy

When you precompile, can you say "Keepgenerated=TRUE". It might help you track
down the difference with the URL. You should only get a 404 error when the
resource is not found at runtime, which is independant of when you compile. The
difference should be in how the URL is compiled.

  • Problem with BTE and FI-parking- no data from memory ID to ABAP

    Hi Experts,
I have a scenario in Business Workflow where I want to catch the data(BKPF & BSEG) after SAP transaction processing - event is to change parked FI-document with FBV2. I´m trying to use BTE to receive the data after processing transaction.
All BTE steps seems to be activated - because I can debug my functions when processing FBV2 - but I cannot reach any data into my coding after processing.
I have created my project in BF24:
    ZXXX Testing: WF-memory ID
I have also linked few FI-events to my BTE interface funtion in BF34:
    00001130 ZXXX ZXXX_FIPP_CHANGE_BTE
    00002213 ZXXX ZXXX_FIPP_CHANGE_BTE
    00002217 ZXXX ZXXX_FIPP_CHANGE_BTE
My BTE function ZXXX_FIPP_CHANGE_BTE is as following:
    DATA: memid(15) VALUE 'ZXXX_2217'.
    *Initialize
    CLEAR: t_vbkpf,
    t_vbsegs.
    FREE MEMORY ID 'ZXXX_2217'.
    *Backtracking of BTE
    EXPORT t_vbkpf
    t_vbsegs
    TO MEMORY ID memid.
    ENDFUNCTION.
I have also created funtion to call FBV2:
    data: memid(15) value 'ZXXX_2217'.
    CALL TRANSACTION 'FBV2'.
    *Import memory of BTE
    IMPORT t_vbkpf
    t_vbsegs
    FROM MEMORY ID memid.
    *Free memory id
    FREE MEMORY ID memid.
When I set a breakpoint to both of the functions and I execute FBV2 I reach the breakpoints. Problem is that the data is not passed from memid 'ZXXX_2217' into function after FBV2(this syntax: IMPORT t_vbkpf t_vbsegs FROM MEMORY ID memid.)
What could be missing. So both functions are called but NO DATA is passed from memory ID to my internal tables? This seems to be a problem with memory ID´s. Also in my BTE function ZXXX_FIPP_CHANGE_BTE I receive a sy-subrc value 4 when executing syntax "FREE MEMORY ID 'ZXXX_2217'. ".
    All hints appreciated,
    Jani

    Hi Ramki,
I must be frustrating You with these stupid questions... You have already supported me hugely to get more famailiar with BTE. For example not to commit in BTE etc. Big thanks for that!
In all cases when I have tested my project in BF24 has been always active; and yes I have changed the pre. posted document always to trigger the BTE.
I still have a problem. I copied all customizing and coding into other system - with same dissapointing results. Let me describe this once more:
    <b>My entry in BF24:</b>
    <i>Product:                 ZBE
    Text:                       Jani testing
    RFC destination:
    Active:   </i>               X
    <b>My entry in BF34:</b>
    <i>Event:                   00002214
    Product:                    ZBE
    Ctr:
    Appl:
    Function module:            ZBE_BTE</i>
    <b>My BTE function:</b>
    <i>  DATA: memid(15) VALUE 'ZBE_BTE2214'.
DATA: t_vbkpf LIKE fvbkpf OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
      FREE MEMORY ID memid.
EXPORT t_vbkpf TO MEMORY ID memid.</i>
    <b>And the function ZBE_BTE_EXECUTE where I call FBV2:</b>
    <i>  DATA: memid(15) VALUE 'ZBE_BTE2214'.
DATA: t_vbkpf LIKE fvbkpf OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
      CALL TRANSACTION 'FBV2'.
IMPORT t_vbkpf FROM MEMORY ID memid.
      FREE MEMORY ID memid.</i>
When I process my function ZBE_BTE_EXECUTE - and I have added a breakpoint into ZBE_BTE - for FBV2 call <b>it does not reach the breakpoint</b> in ZBE_BTE at all! This occurs when using event linkage 00002214! And I do execute a real change to parked document.
But if I change the entry in BF34 to be linked for event 00002217 or 00002218 process reaches my breakpoint in BTE function ZBE_BTE! But in these cases also, it does not import the data after transaction call in function ZBE_BTE_EXECUTE. When I continue debugging the coding in BTE function ZBE_BTE further into SAP-coding, I can see that my internal table t_vbkpf is filled. But when I leave SAP-coding when FBV2 is completed and return to ZBE_BTE_EXECUTE - where t_vbkpf should be filled from memory id - t_vbkpf is empty!
Again as a conclusion in this system:
For BTE event 00002214 this locig does not work at all. For events 00002217 and 00002218 it does get activated, but does not bring any data from memory ID into my abap. Strangest this is that I use absolutely same kind of coding that You.
Can You see if I have to fill those empty fields( Ctr. & Appl.) in my BF34 customizing? Or is some other customizing action missing?
    Br,
    Jani
