I have posted goods reciept, after that i am trying to post excise part-2. I have mentioned al the details in goods reciept, but in excise part-2, system shows credit avaialbe field blank. pls guide

I think but am not sure that in your register part-2 there is no sufficient balance. Thru J1IH put some amount in registers and then try the scenario

Iam using MBGMCR/MBGMCR02 BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1 for posting some goods movements.
Through the same idoc i will be receiving a returns order number and the item details.With that i need to post the GR for the returns delivery posting the stock in returns.
How can i automate this process when i use the sales order no and the movement type as 915 it errors out saying goods receipt not posssible for 915 iam using mvt code '05'
also i could not find a stock type indicator for returns stock...
can any one help...

Better you check with SD Functional consultant . the error message clearly said that. "good Reciept not possible with movement type 915"

Problems with goods movements cancelling network confirmations

Hello experts,
I'm having some problems with goods movement when cancelling network confirmations.
I assign a component for a operation in the project builder (CJ20N). Then when I execute a confirmation for that operation in CN25 everything works correctly, I can assign the time for the confirmation and SAP automatically carries the component assigned to the operation. Once I have done the confirmation the goods movements and the hours have a correct account assignment.
The problem is that if I cancel this confirmation, the hours are correctly cancelled but the component is still there. If I try to cancel the goods movement with MIGO it is no possible because the system says that must be cancelled with the corresponding transaction (CN29) but, as I have said, the system does not cancel it.
On the other hand, If the goods movement goes to COGI transaction and then I post-process the error, If later I cancel the confirmation, everything works correctly.
Does anybody know why this could happen?

I think this question was raised earlier also. The best way is to allot a fixed time slot for your users so as to avoid clash. I suppose i explained that the master data of any material is stored at one place only and if you schedule a background job for this then all your good movement transaction will be in que and performed in orderly manner.
If automatic posting is not possible then use the time slot method.

Problem in Goods Reciept for PO w/ Internal Order. (GL Acct related)

Hello guys not too long ago I asked you guys how to post an IO to a PR. So far it works except when I post the PO (after converting it from the PR) it to the Good Reciept I get an error message appeared.
It goes something like this ...
"Account determination for entry HXXX KBS HXXX not possible"
"Diagnosis - The system did not find an account for this transaction. This means that the account determination for key HCMI KBS HCMI is not maintained in MM Customizing (Valuation). The key is made up of:
o Chart of account
o Transaction key (= Posting transaction)
o Valuation grouping code
o Account grouping code
o Valuation class"
System response - The system cannot update a G/L account for this transaction. You cannot post the transaction.
If you have the authorization, check the Account determination in Customizing for Valuation.

From what I understand there is no G/L account assigned does not have a corresponding G/L account. My question is if that is the case, how does one assign a G/L Acct for that particular IO? And would that solve error I am getting? Thanks people and take care.

What about if you check with your MM Functional Consultant and try to provide him/her the OMWW transaction (MM Account Determination Wizard) to check whether the G/L Account is correctly set for this combination of data.

Problem with Goods receipt

Hi MM gurus,
Kindly help me in solving this problem.
When I post the Goods receipt, system is posting the goods receipt with the
message Material document xxxxxxxxxx posted. But, when I go to display mode
to view the material document, system says Document xxxxxxxxxx doesn't
exist. What exactly is the problem? How to solve this?

I was having the same problem. Emptying the Safari caches and restarting has fixed it - at least for now.

Problem with 0HR_PY_PP2 (HR Posting Documents)

Dear All.
i am trying to load the the DSO 0PY_PP_C2 from the data source 0HR_PY_PP2, once i run the infopackage it load all the data but remain yellow when from the Monitor Status Tab i click on the Application Log i recieve the message Problem class important when i go into detail i receive the following message for every company code.
Company code xxx : (Incomplete data chart of accounts and fiscal year var).
then i manually change the status to green from the monitor and it activate the DSO. but the problem is when i upload the cube Posting Documents 0PY_PP2 from this DSO it does the same it never trun into green it remain yellow, then i run the transaction code sm58 and come to know that Transaction limit time is exceed in the status Text of the Trasactional RFC.
then i check the route cause and come to know that even the Chart of Accounts & Fiscal Year varient is not there in PSA but when i check in RSA3 for this data source there i found both the values.
i check the transfer rule it is also correctly define.
can any body tell me that where is the problem.

You could check a couple of things...
First of all, check with your configuration guys that the Fiscal Year Variant and Chart of Accounts are assigned and maintained for that Company Code in R/3 or ECC...
Then you can transfer all variants and definitions from the source system... Go to Source System tab in RSA1, right click on the Source System, select Transfer Global Settings and import everything...
Then load the master data for Company Code, Chart of Accounts and any other you might need for that HR load...
Then try the load again and see if you get the same error...

Problems with Youtube videos posted through Facebook

On my iPad1, since installing iOS5, happens this:
when I'm on Facebook, accessed through Safari (I'm not accessing through Fbook app), I can see all messages and Youtube videos posted by my friends. Only problem is that the Youtube videos are now much larger and they cover comments made by my friends and also the chances to Comment, share etc etc that are usually found under videos or pictures posted. Obviously this did not happen with the previous iOS.
Any suggestions ??

Problems with battery life post reset and 12070 wi...

I have been trying to get my Lumia 800 battery life to decent levels but even with a hard reset and the 12070 update my battery with 3g turned on struggles to last 12 hours even without use.
I have tried just about everything but when I turn 3G off battery life is brilliant. If I turn 3G on though initially battery drain seems okay at 80ma but after 5 mins or so it increases to 250ma even going as high as 350ma.
The only thing I can think is that the 3G part has an issue but I am not 100% sure how I go about checking this out.
I do not have a service center near I think (North East Scotland)
Any ideas?

While that is true the point here is that when a network had bad signal it will cause the Lumia to use a lot more energy to (continuously) try and get a connection as long as you have mobile data enabled. If your network does not support EDGE anymore it would be best to switch off mobile data all together as at those moments it's hardly usable anyway with the connection cutting out regularly.

With the described action I get about 32-35hours of usage myself, having mobile data and WiFi on all the time and actively using it throughout the day. Not that it is an issue either way as I connect my Lumia to the charger as soon as When I am at home anyway.

Problem with goods movement during operation confirmation

Hello,
While doing the operation confirmation,the goods movement are not posted for the components attached to that operation i.e i am not getting the quantity of the components in the "goods movement" tab while confirming.
check points done: 1) Final confirmation tick is activated during ope. confirmation.
2) Backflushing is activated for material(componenets that areattached to that operation).
please let me know what is the reason for not getting the qty displayed in the "Goods Movement" tab

Normally if you activated the backflush for the material in the order,the material wont be displayed in the goods movement tab unless you activated the All materials in the parameters for confirmation in the intial screen of IW41

Problems with Goods Issue to Production in Warehouse

It has been configured in the storage type search for the warehouse for the storage type indicators that for the movement types 261 and 262, the movement type reference should control the storage type search.
It has been seen that the movement type reference is ignored during the storage type search when isssuing goods to production or reversing the issue.
for example if we see all the open TR in transaction LL01 for the movement type 261 & if we try to create transfer order with respect to that TR , the stor loc search returned will be w/o mvt type ref.
Can some body throw some light on this

Problem deleting multiple goods reciepts

I have an internal with the all the purchase orders.
from this i have to display the po's for that goods is issued and goods reciept is not done within 8 days.
my problem when goods reciept is done multiple times and the total goods issued quantity is recieved with within 8 days.
i have to delete these records from my internal table.
the fields in my internal table are as shown below.

Ive been having a problem with my Imac 10.4. I believe that when my computer was doing the last update someone manually shut it down since then i havent been able to get into my hardrive to start up my computer. I brought it into the apple store the guy at the genius bar told me that he couldnt locate my hard drive and i would have to get a new one. I didnt purchase the new one I went home to see if i can resolve it on my own. I went out and bought a external hard drive and bought a program to fix the hard drive. So now the hard drive pops up on my computer and im able to get into it and i backed up most of my information on to the new hard drive. If now that i can see the hard drive is there any way to repair it so i can start using my computer normally again? Please help

In utilities there's disk utility, find your HD, the one you want repaired and run the repair permissions program.

What's left to do? Does the permissions tell you your HD is OK? Be more specific in what you want to do, I don't understand Shelomo. Post what it is you want done. Because there are many 3rd part applications that may solve your problem.

I ran repair disk first and it said that there was an underlining error, and i did that before i ran permissions. Will it work after the permissions is finished running?

Hi, ok so it finished running the reapir permissions and that came out ok, when I ran repair disk we got errors and the errors said ivalid record count, volume check failed, the underlying task reported failure on exit, 1 volume could not be repaired because of an error. Do you have any idea what I can try now. I really dont want to have to get a new hard drive put into my computer. Thank you

What program did you use to fix the internal hard drive? What repairs did it report making? More crucially, if repairs were reported, did you re-run the utility until it reported no problems found? It's possible for one set of problems with a drive to mask others.
If you have about 5GB or so free space on the internal hard drive, you can use your OS X Install disc to perform an Archive and Install to recover from the failed Software Update. When the computer restarts, download and run the OS X Update Combo 10.4.11 (Universal). When the Mac restarts after that, run Software Update. During all this, make sure nothing interrupts or shuts down the Mac! Note that the first start after each of these updates will take significantly longer than subsequent starts, so be very patient.
How did you back up your internal drive to the external one? Did you just drag things over in the Finder, or did you use a utility such as SuperDuper! or CarbonCopyCloner? Does the external HD show up as a bootable volume in System Preferences > Startup Disk, or using Startup Manager?
