Problem with I DOCS

Hi,
All I docs of one reciever stayd wit error :
Class type xxx, receiving system xxxxxx: no list maintained
     Message no. B1 023
Procedure
     Maintain lists for this recipient system in the IMG
     or deactivate the recipient determination via lists for this recipient.
Where I could do this ?

Hi luis,
Pls check the partner profiles with tcode we20.
In the outbound patner profile we maintain the following information.
1)whom to send ( Partner)
2)what to send (Message type + idoc type)
3)Medium of data transfer (tRFC port)
4)mode of dispatch ( Immediate / Collect)
Note : We always create only one partner profile for each receiving (Partner) and one entry for each Message type we transfer.
If still the issue is not solved pls let us know .

Problem with opening doc. files in pages '09

Hello, can anybody help me, ever since i installed " snow leopard" v10.6.2, pages '09 doesn't open doc. files ( word ) anymore.
Even documents produced in pages en ""saved as" a word document can't be opened again.
Keep receiving pop up whit message " can not be opened"

You need to manually install the 10.6.2 "Combo" version, there were problems with just using the regular update.

Weird problem with PDF docs

So this doesn't have anything to do with Apple per se, everyone on this board has always been so helpful. For the past few weeks, I have been unable to view any PDF documents. (It was the same for anything flash on a website, but that mysteriously fixed itself.) I've downloaded Adobe about 5 times, no luck. I never had this problem before. It's so annoying because when I need to see a PDF doc I have to use my boyfriend's Dell (UHG!!!) Please help! Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I used your advise (sort of) to open PDF docs. I figured out that if I right-click on the link and "save link to desktop" I can then right-click on the file and choose "open with preview." It's kinda a pain in the butt, but at least it opens. Thanks!

Problem with Change Doc BANF for BUS2009

Hi,
The scenario of mine is to trigger the REJECTION_STOP event of BUS2009 when a PR rejection is cancelled for that I am using Change documents.
I have created an entry in SWEC for change doc object BANFand BO BUS2009- REJECTION_STOP.
The problem is the Event Container is not getting filled and bcoz of that Workflow is going on error.When I see the Workflow log in SWi1 I can't find the values for my WF container element BUS2009.
Do I have to explicitly fill the Event container in my case.If so how to do that

Go to SWUE enter ur Object and Event and check in SWEL and in ur Inbox.

Problem with Java doc -- any ideas

I'm not familiar with the -overview option, but I bet
it's complaining about your overview.html file.That is a good suggestion but actually the overview file is being processed and shows up in the java docs. The "package.html" files in each of the source folders are being ignored. There are 10 source folders, 10 "package.html" files and 10 errors.
Any other ideas or suggestions how to call javadoc?

URGENT: Tomcat + Adobe AIR, problem with open .doc

Now...Tomcat6029 are a Windows service and it start with user SYSTEM.
In my Java project i build a .doc file and i try to open it directly with default windows application:

The process start (for example WINWORD.exe) but start with user SYSTEM, and user interface of Microsoft Word don't start.
(I've try to use getDesktop, ProcessBuilder, getRuntime without results).
If i try to open directly .doc like browser (stop on url http://localhost:8080/MELCOS/fronte_quadro/prova.doc) Adobe AIR don't open anything.
I've read that there is a method named openWithDefaultApplication, but i haven't find if it's possible to call this method in java file.
Can you help me?
I've got to start Microsoft Word (in this example) and open my files, or i've to open a pop-up like browser's "open - save as - close" window.

Well, I saw in your other thread, that these are things served up by your own servlet. You didn't mention that here, you simply said you had a link, and when clicked it didn't show up right. Well, that's browser and not Java. The fact that you are serving them, is Java.
Now, coming to that point. I get the feeling that the things you are serving up, are not being generated by you, but rather, already exist. If so, why not simply point the browser directly to the document and let the browser decide how it will it open it?
If you must "filter" it through your servlet, then follow the advice given both in your other thread, and above. Set the proper MIME type and use the "proper" extension on the name in the headers, then simply feed the document, as is, through the outputstream.

.PPS files are Powerpoint files, not Reader files. Open them in Powerpoint or the Powerpoint viewer.

you have to give absolute path to file object ( physical full path)
you can get this by
getServletContext().getRealPath("testing/photos");
so you will get something like
d:\tomcat\webapps\testing\photos
and pass this address to the file object
i.e. File photos = new File(getServletContext().getRealPath("testing/photos"));

I have office 2011 loaded on my Macbook Pro. When I save my xcel docs and then try to reopen, I get a message to say that the doc has been locked (by me) and is read only. If I agree to the read only, the doc opens and then another mess comes up saying that the document HD:Users:etc.xlsx is available do I want to edit. If I choose the yes option, I then am asked to save under a different name. Why does this keep happening. I am new to Mac. Tks yr help

You may need to rebuild permissions on your user account. To do this,boot to your Recovery partition (holding down the Command and R keys while booting) and open Terminal from the Utilities menu. In Terminal, type: 'resetpassword' (without the 's) and select the admin user. You are not going to reset your password. Click on the icon for your Macs hard drive at the top. From the drop down below it select the user account which is having issues. At the bottom of the window, you'll see an area labeled Restore Home Directory Permissions and ACLs. Click the reset button there. The process takes a few minutes. When complete, restart.

Problems with Word Doc line spacing

I have multiple word docs to bring in and each time, all though the word doc is formatted like I need (italic headers, diff font sizes etc…) Indesign brings it in double spaced although it is not that way in the word doc. At this point I am having to go to the end of each line, delete to bring the next line to the end of that one, then shift+enter to drop it down 1 line. I have 11 documents that are 5-10 pages each…. Is there a way to avoid having to do all of that??? I have tried tweaking the leading via the justification panel as I saw on another site, but it has no effect. Brought in a different document, formatted exactly the same as above. This time it kept the space right, but when I narrowed the text box to fit where I needed it, instead of lines just dropping down as they should, they are actually laying on top of each other. I am at a complete loss.... ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

Don't use Word styles in InDesign. Set up InDesign styles which will replace word styles when text is imported into InDesign. Word styles have different parameters as InDesign styles have. You can't compare them, every imported Word style will make a mess in InDesign. You can set up once the style in InDesign and create a template upon file import how Word Styles are translated into the InDesign styles.

Problem with XML doc inserting into oracle 10g

Hi Guys, I have some knowledge in oracle 10g.
We are doing an application, when we were trying to insert XML document (I was trying to insert XML as un-structured way.) into oracle 10g as a datatype called XMLTYPE column.
My XML is having namespace attributes(Target namespaces) in that. So when i was trying to insert that into database , it is giving some error ,and not letting me to push that into database.
So Can any body please help me in this. My constraint is that I have to insert the document as un-structured way.

, it is giving some error Hmmm, six attempts and you still didn't manage to tell us what the actuall error message and number was. Oracle has thousands of error messages. If you would like us to help you, make it easy for us to figure out what's going on. Don't make us guess.

Problem with .doc

Hi Guys,
I'm a relatively new in MAC and I'm using Microsoft Office 2008. I have a particular problem with Word- I've been sent a .doc document by a Windows user and as soon as I try to open it, nothing happens, seems like it's going to open it, but does not. I've had that problem with other .doc-s too. At the same time, generally I don't experience these problems on a regular base- this happens only with few files. Please hep me to resolve that problem.

M…oSoft products aren't allowed on my machines but I use LibreOffice which is a clone of Office.
When I export from Numbers to Excel and open the result with LibreOffice, the dates are correctly treated.
To be precise, dates after 01/01/1904 are correctly treated. dates before 01/01/1904 are exported as strings but, as it's flagged during the export process, it's not surprising.
