Problem with importation of Uniplot .u3d file to Adobe Acrobat X Pro

Hello everyone,
I am trying to import .u3d files created with Uniplot R2015 to Adobe Acrobat X Pro. My Operation System is Win 7 64 bit. My procedure so far was: Tools -> Multimedia -> 3D. Than I Choose the .u3d file but there is always the same error message:
"An error occured while analyzing 3D-Data" (Translated into english). The graphic window is Grey and there is nothing but the coordinate System.
Has anybody ever tried to Import .u3d files from Uniplot to Adobe Acrobat X Pro or has an idea what might be wrong with the created .u3d files ?
I can give you the u3d-file via E-Mail if send your address.

the Problem affects all Uniplot 3d Files. I start with an Excel or .txt file with 3 columns and uniplot creates an engine diagram similar to this one: http://www.uniplot.de/documents/de/_images/Uni_BSP7-2.png
Uniplot can Export this as a .u3d but it can not be opened with Adobe. Then I tried to open the .txt.file with MeshLab. I can see the correct Points (which Uniplot uses to create the engine diagram) but of course they are not connected. If i Export those Points in MeshLab as a .u3d file, Adobe can not work with it.
I do not know how to deal with this Problem. Do you have any suggestions?

I have Adobe Arobat X Pro version: 10.0.1.434. Everything works great up to now. Last time I done upgrade my system to windows 7 64bit with SP1. When I open pdf file in adobe acrobat everything works great, but when I open second file, I receive this problem that Adobe acrobat stopped working and I receive this error : nvd3dum.dll. I have red somewhere that it will be due to driver to graphic card or DirectX. I upgraded them to a new but nothing, problem still remained.

my .json file isn't corrupted cause it was saved on another partition before formatting my OS.
Please don't tell me that my bookmarks are lost :( cause i had many important things in that bookmarks, on 100.s pages :( ....

Can you restore that JSON backup in a new profile?
Did you make sure that it is really a JSON backup and that there is no missing or hidden other file extension?
A JSON backup starts with: {"title":"","id":1,"dateAdded"
A HTML backup starts with: <!DOCTYPE NETSCAPE-Bookmark-file-1>
You can try if you can restore that JSON backup in a new profile.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems
See Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile (be careful not to copy corrupted files)

I have imported a PDF form (created in adobe acrobat XI pro) into FormsCentral. I now want to convert this document into a web form so I can embed it into my website. HOW DO I DO THIS?

I took a word document I had created and added fields to it in Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I then imported the PDF in Forms Central and now I am stuck. All I am able to do with it in FormsCentral is add a submit button. It will not allow me to edit the document in FormsCentral. What I ultimately need to do is get this converted to a web form so that I can embed it into our company website. Additionally, once it's converted, I need to add an option for the user to attach their resume with the file before submitting. I have looked all over the web and I cannot find an answer as to whether or not I can convert PDFs to web forms in FormsCentral. This will ultimately determine whether or not the company decides to purchase these programs after the trial version has ended in a few days.

I tried that first, but FormsCentral does not have the capability to create tables. The form I need to create is more advanced than what FormsCentral allows. Do you know if there is a way to create or somehow import a table when creating a web based form on FormsCentral?

Keeping redline text "red" when Scanning file in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro?

The document is a word document that has several "red" color text and "red" color strikethrough words to show that a particular word is being edited/deleted. The problem/question I have is that the "red" color in the document, when scanned, does not come out "red?" The color is dark blue/black? However, if there are other colors in the word document, these colors come out OK? Not sure why "only" red strikethroughs or text "colored" red in same document does not come out in "red?" The following info is sent: I am using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro; the reader is Adobe Reader X; and the print/scanner is HP OfficeJet Pro 8600. Any answers/help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You are getting such output because you have checked ON the setting 'Print to file' in one of your previous prints. For resolving this issue, kindly uncheck option 'Print to file' present in bottom left corner of print dialog and then click on 'Print' (See attached image for reference).

Does anyone know how to change the order for printing pdf files that are part of a portfolio in adobe acrobat 9 pro? The documentation seems to say that it prints files alphabetically by filename rather than by the internal sort order. This won't work for me. Any ideas? Thanks.

Problem with import tag in xsl files and include in xsd files

I've been developing an application using JBoss as server. Then, i created an especific path for xsd and another path for xsl files. In both cases, i created a main file that include (xsd) or import (xsl) the other files. My problem is that i have to specify the exactly path where the imported xsl or the included xsd files are, even though they are in the same path as the main file. What i want to know is how i say that the other xsd and xsl files are in the same path that the main file that is importing them?
here's an example of my import and include declarations:

Cant merge data files using adobe acrobat 9 pro extended

I have created a form using Adobe Live cycle and it has a e-mail submit button i.e. the form is converted to XML document. Now, when I try to merge the XML files into one spreadsheet using Adobe 9 pro extended, nothing is coming in the report file (CSV file) except the names of all XML files I wanted to merge. But when I do the same excercise in another computer using the same XML files and using Adobe Professional 7.3, the report file is generated perfectly. Please help me so that I can use Adobe 9 pro extended.

Prevent Printing of web-based .pdf files in Adobe Acrobat X Pro

Could I get brief answers to the following three questions...
Question 1:
Do the prevent printing advanced options in Adobe Acrobat Pro X work reliably across all main browsers, such that I can safely display the .pdf files on a website, knowing that the majority of users (Chrome, Firefox. IE), will not be able to print the files, even if they save them to their local disk?
Question 2:
Can I go further than that and actually prevent the local saving of the .pdf files altogether?
Question 3:
Assuming one or both of the answers is Yes, which is what I am hoping for, will security measures prevent Google reading and indexing the files.
Actually, I want this also to be a yes. It is only the downloading and printing of the files I hope to prevent, restricting those actions to people who purchase the documents.

Problem with imported vs cd extracted files in Media Organi

Hi,
I'm trying to reorganize songs in a Zen Micro Photo and the media files imported directly from the computer are not shown in the Media Organizer.
For example, I have 4 Tom Waits album on but only the one extrated from a CD is viewable in the organizer, the 3 others are not there but they are in the music library (and playable).
Does somebody have a solution?

Thanks for the follow up. My problem is that you say what you are describing has worked for you before. So, please hear me out.
1. You have low resolution .mpg video from webcam. Still not clear about the video compression, but let us put that aside for the moment.
There is no project preset for 320 x 240 4:3 @ 29.97/30 frame per second in Premiere Elements.
2. If you are using the default for Premiere Elements 11, that means, NTSC AVCHD Full HD1080i30 which is 1920 x 1080 16:9 @ 29.97 interlaced frames per second. When you drag your video (whatever the first drag to Timeline is), the program takes over setting a project preset that matches the properties of your video. If it cannot, I find that it defaults to its 1080i30. If you have checked Edit Menu/Project Settings/General Editing Mode/Timebase/Frame size and confirmed the project setting to be 1080i30, then you need to set the project preset manually before you import your webcam video into the project. To do that File Menu/New/Project, making sure that you have a check mark next to Force Selected Project Setting on this Project. And, the Project Setting, I suggest NTSC DV Standard 4:3.
But, I can take a 320 x 240 .wmv into Premiere Elements 11, get that 1080i30 auto set, and, if I look at the before and after import video duration readout the difference is something line 12 seconds (before)versus 12 seconds and 7 frames (after)
3. At this point, please determine if any of the above resolved the issue of the missing video portion. Is this the first of your webcam videos that is 4:3 instead of 16:9?
4. Skipping ahead for a moment, what is your intended export for this webcam video that is involved here.
We will be watching for your results, further webcam video properties data.

Serial no. invalid problem and problem with creating PDF file using adobe acrobat x pro

I tried to download adobe X pro on my new computer and entered the serial No, bu the program said the number is invalid. Actually the number is valid, confirmed by the info listed in my account. please help! also I downloaded the trial version now, but when I use it, the file it created is not shown as adobe file, but as firefox HTML file. I don't know why. please help!

I recently updated to Mac OS 10.6.5 so Firefox will not quit (unless forced to quit), and I get the following error message. "The application Firefox.app can't be opened -600." Same problem with Safari, Google Earth, I-Tunes, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I have to actually force quit these applications for this to work. How do I fix this. I also upgraded to Firefox 3.6.13.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

Unable to print to file in adobe acrobat 9 pro, windows 7 OS

ok, so i've been having this problem since 16/1/2012. I download a pdf file from online, open it and attempted to combine multiple slides into 1 slide like below:
my printer cannot print duplex so i have to combine multiple slides to 1 in order to print that way. anyways, i always select the option of "Adobe PDF" under the "Printer" box. I don't change anything else. I am then prompted to save the file as below:
so after that i click "Save" and they gave me this warning message.
in case you cannot see what's written in the dialogue box, here's what it says:
When you create a PostScript file, you must rely on system fonts and use document fonts.
Please go to printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts."
I click "Ok" and another message appears:

So i clicked "OK" again and then nothing happens. After I followed the instructions to rely on system fonts, I tried doing it agian and everything seems ok. Flattening document etc like below:
and when it has finished, nothing happens. No new pdf window pops up (like what it usually does). So I went to check the folder where I stored the file. This was what i saw:
it turns out the file I just saved have no Adobe pdf icon appearing next to it. Instead, its document type is merely "File". When I tried opening it with Adobe reader, I got another dialogue box as below:

Acrobat could not open [file name] because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
To create an Adobe PDF document, go to the source application. Then print the document to Adobe PDF.
I do not know why the file is supposedly corrupted because it works well on other computers and it can be printed as well. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? It's really urgent and I desperately need to print my PDF files for my lessons and exams (I'm a student). It was uploaded on my school's website and PDF is the only available format. This is the first time it has happened and I am getting really frustrated. And it is not only for this 1 file. Since the 16th, EVERY pdf file i've opened has encountered this problem. Which is why I need to know how to solve this. Thank you in advance.

Tempo problems with imported wav files

Hey everyone, sorry if there's a quick fix for this in the forums that I couldn't find, but I've been having some tempo problems with imported .wav files.
Long story short, my system couldn't handle playing all the tracks for a song while recording drums, so I bounced out an mp3 of the song and put it in a new Logic file so my drummer could just play along to that as I recorded him. Unfortunately, the original song is at 167 bpm, but I forgot to change the bpm in the new Logic file with the .mp3 file of the song to 167 bpm, so it was left at the default 120 bpm.
So, the drums were recorded at the correct 167 bpm, but Logic thinks that those new drum .wav files should be played at 120 bpm, so when I import my drum tracks back into the original file, they do not play correctly at all.
I could get record it all again, but I wanted to check if there was a way I could salvage what I already have, since my drummer lives about an hour away right now and can't just come over whenever he wants.

Hi,
First, do not use MP3 in Logic, the sound quality is less than AIFF, WAV or CAF, and Logic has to decode it for playback, making it a heavier burden on the CPU than an uncoded audiofile, such as AIFF, WAV or CAF.
Secondly, audio files are independent of Logic's tempo. If you bounce down an audio file in any format (other than Apple Loop), it will play back at the same speed, +regardless of Logics' tempo setting+, either at recording or playback. Logic doesn't 'think' anything. The BPM is only important to MIDI tracks, or to the spacing between audio files. The audio files themselves *are not affected* by the tempo setting. If you import an audio file of tempo 167 into a 120 BPM project, the file will still play at 167, only Logic will indicate the wrong bar positions.
