Problem with In-Store trade-in

Hi, recently I tried to trade in the video game Batman: Arkham Knight at my local store (Store 560). The associate at customer service informed me that it was only available to trade-in online and not in-store. Is this true? Are there actually items that can only be traded in online? Or was she just not able to find the game in the trade program? If it is only avaiable for traded in online that is extremely frustrating because I'm not getting my GCU bonus as well as having to pay for shipping.

I tried calling and they refuse to try to look it up over the phone. My copy of the game doesn't have a barcode on it (because it was in the CE). She tried to look it up manually, couldn't find it, gave up, and told me it was only available to trade in online.
I asked if her if she was sure. She then tried looking it up again, this time becoming noticeably annoyed, to the same result and told me again it was only available to trade online. So I walked took my game and frustratingly walked out of the store.
Alas, I might just have to go to Gamestop or a local pawn shop.

    You do not use a WEP password but wpa/wpa2 on router and equipment.
    All equipment connects to WiFi, but for your iPad.
    Even with all other equipment WiFi off, you cannot connect your iPad.
    Your iPad connects to other WiFi nets correctly.
    All resets etc done on iPad and Router.
    Still I am not sure it is your router for sure, frustrating...
    I want to test 2 other things:
    1. in your iPad, set everything OFF in Settings/Cellular, turn off/then/on your WiFi, and see whether it will still not connect...
    2. If that does not do it: disconnect the router as well as the modem from the power, for 15 seconds, then reconnect the modem, let it fully start, then reconnect the routet let it fully start, turn of your WiFi in iPad, then on, and see whether it will connect.

       I have problems with Apps Store whenever I rotate the device it will just auto exit from the apps store and back to home screen.

    Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

    Is there any particular app you are trying to install?
    I downloaded Fmobi last night after using a free copy for ages.
    It wouldn't install due to me having the 'old' installer still there.
    Kept giving me the same notification you stated.
    I found it by using the 'App Manager', deleted and the install went in straight away.

    The problems with the store from yesterday were fixed judging by posts on here saying that it was working for them. If you are still having problems, and you can get online in other apps (e.g. Safari), then have you tried :
    - disconnecting and reconnecting to your network
    - doing a soft-reset of your phone (pressing and holding both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, ignoring the red slider, after which the Apple logo should appear, which is the equivalent of a reboot
    - logging out and back into your account on your phone via Settings > iTunes & App Stores

    Anybody else having problems with the iTunes Store today? A gift email to my girlfriend never arrived (I gifted an album) even thought it was re-sent 2x to different addresses, and is not in a spam folder; I haven't gotten emailed receipts for several transactions (although I know they went through - PayPal was charged and emailed its receipt), and I had trouble off and on all day getting through to the App Store to update apps.
    I noted this on Twitter and Facebook and a number of friends replied that they were also having significant problems as well. Anyone know what's up?

    To follow up, I re-sent the gift a third time late Friday (that's four attempts total), and it was successfully received and redeemed this morning (Saturday). I also received a response from iTunes Store support, whom I had contacted separately, which contained the gift code from the transaction and advice to send it directly to the recipient, but they did not acknowledge any problems with the Store.
    I did get a number of responses on Twitter and Facebook from others who had iTunes Store problems yesterday, however.

    i'm living in France and i order a lot of things at the French Apple Store online. So when UPS ship the packages, the iPad box was empty. I call immediately Apple store customers sercice. And they treat me like a jerk, i spoke to many differents persons, and each time nothings is done for a refund or an iPad replacement. UPS do not want to admit that somebody stole my iPad, Apple are doing nothing for me, and i can't speak to a supervisor to accelerate my case.
    What can i do with Apple Store custommers service in this particular case, can somebody help me to find the good person that i can talk and if he can help me.

    If the cardboard box that had your address on it was empty it is possible Customs forgot to put it back in the box.
    If the box that said iPad with the photograph of the iPad on its cover is empty, but is shrinkwrapped, it is likely an error at the manufacturing plant.
    If you were not at home when the package shipped, anyone could have walked with it off off the porch, re-taped the box, and UPS did what FedEx never does with Apple products in the U.S. and that's leave a box from Apple without a signature allowing them to drop off the box unattended. Unless of course you gave them a signature release, in which case, you can't trust your neighborhood anymore for doing a signature release.
    If you were present at the time UPS delivered, and they delivered you a closed box, and you found no iPad box in there, it is possible it either got left at Customs, or Apple didn't ship the box right.
    Regardless, UPS in the U.S. always asks the shipper to make shipping claims, which means you need to be persistent about asking for a manager. I don't know what it is like in France, but in all likelihood it is similar.

    i've had this phone for several months now and as hard as i've tried, i have not been able to access the nokia store and i've tried EVERYTHING. i don't know what the problem is. i can't install any apps on my phone because they can't be downloaded from the pc. not that there is much app for this phone. but it's driving me up the wall. i tried to use a proxy but it was not supported. i can't even update my internet explorer. all i face when i try is a big **bleep** access restriced. 
    is it just me or anyone else is having the same problem with the nokia store?
    plz help if you have any idea what is causing me so much grief.

    Asha 501 isn't supporter by Nokia suite, so you can't install apps from PC like any other Nokia phone.
    You aren't able to access Nokia store via Wifi as well?. I would suggest a phone settings reset, you *will* lose data stored on the phone so backup before you decide to reset it.
