Problem with inbond delivery in PO

i am facing problem that , user already created PO and made GRN and invoice for some Quantity
now PO still have some Quantity , now management wants to put conformation as inbound delivery on same PO but when i go to change mode , conformation key tab is showing gray , so how should i proceed , to add inbound delivery conformation key in PO plz help

when you are doing purchase order only you have select the confirmation control key as a inbound delivery now in your case already gr and invoice also happened

Problem with deleted delivery and cancellation invoice

I have a problem. I have to resolve a cancellation invoice with error saying Missing Export Data. However, when i try to update this invoice, the fields to be updated are all shaded out meaning they cannot be changed. now the problem is, the delivery where the cancellation invoice retrieves its data shows a status of Archived. but when we tried to find it, it seems that it has already been deleted though the status shows Archived. I do not know how they have managed to delete this delivery with the Goods Issue still active, even with the Invoices. All I know is that the user who has deleted the delivery has made a mistake for this.
Can anybody please help me?

Symptom
A cancellation document cannot be transferred to accounting because the system has issued error message VF 072:
'Document 90001234 has been saved (foreign trade data incomplete)'.
However, the underlying business process concerns domestic business and the invoice to be cancelled does not contain any foreign trade data.
Other terms
VF02, VF11, VF072, cancellation, EXNUM, incompleteness, export data
Reason and Prerequisites
Prerequisites:
This is a partial cancellation document.
When you create the cancellation document, you inadvertently branch to the foreign trade data and choose 'Set'.
Reason:
When you choose 'Set' in the foreign trade data, the system assigns an export number, which then results in an incomplete document because the other export data is missing.
Solution
Implement the attached correction.
There is no provision to take account of a cancellation scenario in which foreign trade data can be entered or changed.
This correction deactivates the ready for input status of the 'Set' button in order to prevent the system from inadvertently assigning an export number.
In this context, refer also to Note 354222.

TS3276 problem with mail delivery

has anyone else gotten a "problem during delivery processing" message with each outgoing message? it just randomly started happening to me this morning. it says my message was sent but the reason: Error in sieve filter: Notify mailto: recipient is not a valid address
one comes from postmaster@mac and one comes from Internet Mail Delivery....

My Wife and I both have an Ipad and an iPhone, I use an iMac and my wife a MacBook Pro.
I have this problem with all my devices.
My wife has NOT got this problem.
We both use a [email protected] email acount.
Just compared the settings:
For "Incoming server" I have p03-imap.mail.me.com
My Wife has p02-imap.mail.me.com .... and has not got this problem.
I have setup a new rule for incoming mails (for the meantime):
move all incoming emails from [email protected] to trash and delete it.
Works fine for now,......until APPLE deals with the problem.

PROBLEM WITH PARTIAL DELIVERY

With referance to an order i want to do apartial delivery.
for example order quantity is 10 units. i am want to do a delivery of 5 units. now whem i am entering picked quantity 5 under picking view of delivery & doing PGI an error message is coming DELIVERY HAS NOT YET BEEN PUT AWAY / PICKED (COMPLETELY).
To get this desired transcation what customization required. i have only one ship to party that who is my sold to party also. for this ship to party part delivery of one delivery is expected.

For the customer to whom u want to make partial delivery, in the master data of that customer u have to tick the field partial deliveries, also any time in any delivery , delivering quantity and picking quantity shod be same. If u check both of this ur problem is going to be resolved.

Problem with message delivery time in C201

So lookingat the sample above you could find that the delivery time is being shown as earlier than sent time.Is my setting is wrong or there issome issue with the phone software.

First check that your time zone is correctly set in time and date settings
See if you have auto update available this is network Dependant.
It maybe a software bug if non of the above fixes the issue

Problem with "Mail Delivery System" ...

I have been getting this "Mail Delivery System" notice. My colleagues responded to my e-mail and they got the same response after replying to my email. They would ask me if I got their email. I did get their email reply with no problem.
So I tested my mac.com address by emailing from my office: [email protected] to [email protected] - I even get this message. I was perplexed! I checked my Address Book. The set up is correct on both of my personal Powerbook G4 and office Mac G5. I am not sure how "[email protected]" with missing "c" for "com" had occurred.
Is there something I should check out to fix this problem. It started in early August 2007. It never happend before.

Problem with multiple delivery items status

Hi Experts,
Printing of the packing list is trigered when the header packing status is "C" of the Outbound delivery.
But when the OBD has multiple line items, the status of the header packing status is "C" when
One line item is compleately packed and packing of other line items is not started.When the second line item
packing is started (partial packing) the header status changes to "B",this will be "B" till completion of the
secon line item once the second line item packing is completed again the Header status is changing to "C"
because of which we are getting multiple printouts of the packing.
Can anyone help us how to get one print out packing list after packing all line items of the deliver.

At first, when I would 'Find Devices' under my connected target, I would get a prompt asking to name the FieldPoint item (default being something like [email protected]). This occured for the first three or four seperate cFP-2010's : I would end up with a unique 'FieldPoint' Items folder for each individual target. However in some instances, when I would 'Find Devices', it would immediately bring cursor focus back to a previously linked 'FieldPoint Item', from another/previous cFP-2010.
I use the verbage 'linked', because when I do a 'Go To Comm Resources Configuration' or 'Go to Items Configuration', it would go to/from DataNeighborhood/Remote Systems.
How does MAX link the Item Configuration to a Comm Resource? Is it a unique ID within the target?

STO PROBLEM with MM DELIVERY

Hi All,
my scenario :
Create STO with document type UB.
Transfer goods by 351 w,r,t PO
create excise invoice through J1IS w,r,t material doc.
make goods receipt w.r.t. PO
create part 1 at MIGO
capture excise invoice w.r.t to PO
while capturing i am getting error
"please maitain vendor for the customer XXXXXX attached with the supplying plant XXXX"
please guide how to resolve it.

The same is due to mistake in maitaining the master data of vendor.

Problems with the delivery of my ipod

On Jan 29, 2013 I took mi ipod nano 6th generation to an Apple Store here in my city, Valencia, Venezuela since I had some issues with the bottom home. They told me it was on warranty and they sent an order to Apple in Miami to replace my ipod for a new one. The person in the store told me it would take at least 3 weeks for the ipod to arrive to the local store in my country, but it's been 2 months today since I left the ipod there. I've gone twice to the store and they've told me there's no way to know if Apple already sent the product. At least, I checked with serial number that the ipod was already replaced. But how do I know what is the status of my order? I mean, how do I know if Apple sent the product and when??? Hope you can help me. Thanks

Problem with MM Scheduling Agreement Inbound Delivery

Hello all Gurus,
I have a problem with inbound delivery. Whenever I am trying to create inbound delivery in VL31N with the total open quantity of MM scheduling agreement, I am getting a warning message as below
"Notified quantity less than goods receipt quantity".
If the quantity was less then 80, then I should get this message.
But the total open quantity in MM Scheduling agreement in ME38 is 80. So when I am creating the inbound delivery for 80, why system is giving me this warning message????
Kindly advise whether we have to maintain any settings anywhere or am I missing something here.

Problems with 2LIS_02_sCL

Hi,
I am facing more or less the similar problem.
I am using 2LIS_02_SCL to pull purchasing data from R3.
and using 3 process keys for Po, GR,Invoice for this extractor.
the extract structure is enhanced to add the delivery indicator and is populated by the code by looking up at the EKPO table irrespective of the process key.
Which means that ideally if indicator was set for Po,item for process key 1 then the indicator should be set for process keys 2 and 3 as well. But I have identified some records where DELEIVERY COMPLETED INDICATOR was set for process key 1 but not for 2 and 3.
Can any one help me on this.

Hi Andrea,
As far as I know there are some problems with extractor 2lis_02_scl. In my previous client we had problems with the "delivery completed" flag, that was not always correctly updated.
What we finally got from SAP is that we should update R/3 Plug-in to latest version, cause there that extractor behaved better (it was version 3.1).
Maybe you have to open a customer message to SAP...

Problems in inbound delivery - LIPS - NOWAB

There is a problem with inbound delivery field NOWAB ''NO GOODS MOVEMENT'' This field is filled and because this isnt possible to make the goods receipt. I have two questions about this. 1- Where is comming this marked field? (Purchase order, Material Master) 2- I can take unmark this field? Would he have some solution to carry through the Goods Receipt.?

GR with Inbound Delivery

Hi everybody
I have problem with Inbound Delivery
- I created PO with confirmation control key = ANLI.
- After that I created Inbound Delivery refer to PO.
- When I post GR, system says there is no item selected.
- I go back to Inbound and see that Pick qty = 0.
- I tried to create TO to pick full quantity but error msg:
An internal error has occurred (L03T 0154 H )
Message no. L3705
Diagnosis
No screen sequence control is defined for the argument enclosed in parentheses in the error message.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator about this error. Note down the parameters in the error message and the situation that caused the error.
Do you know what i have to do to fix this problem?

I have tried to create other PO with other Vendor - same material. After create DO, it auto fully pick, then i can process GR,
I think the problem is Vendor. I create new Vendor by copied from that Vendor but DO still have the same problem. do you know what i have to check for this case?

Problem with IDoc for an outbound delivery

Dear All,
I am facing a problem with the IDoc defined for an outbound delivery.
Scenario:
Implementation of a small enhancement for an IDoc (DESADV, DELVRY01) created for an outbound delivery (in VL02N).
What I did:
I implemented the EXIT_SAPLV56K_002 exit in the V56K0001 enhancement, activated in SMOD, assigned V56K0001 component in CMOD and acivated it. Then I put a breakpoint on the ZXTRKU02 include. For me everything in SMOD and CMOD looks OK.
I have also created a partner profile, port, outbound message config. (message DESADV, basic type DELVRY01, application V2, output message type LAVA, process code DELV. function module used for this process code is IDOC_OUTPUT_DELVRY).
What I can do:
I can issue an IDoc message, it looks ok and contains the standard data.
Problem:
It seems that the enhancement does not work. Finally I put there only one line of code to avoid a program bug and just to check . The system does not stop at the breakpoint (set on the ZXTRKU02 include in the EXIT_SAPLV56K_002 exit).
Am I using the proper exit? I appreciate any suggestions.

Not an expert on this, but noone is responding so I thought let me try and help you. You seem to be doing the right things as mentioned in OSS note 1498409.
Firstly since this can be called form Shipment Idoc also, you may need to make a differentiation by the interface parameter 'MESSAGE_TYPE' or segment name. See the attached OSS note, though it belongs to older releases, it may help you.
Also help says 'The callup of this function module is programmed for each enhancement of the internal table for the IDoc (in other words, when you add an extra segment'. So may be you need to add an extra segment/field to make it work.
Futher the user exits are replaced by BADIs. May be you should use exit_badi_v56k.
Hope this helps and others will pitch in.

Problem in Outbound delivery with order reference

Hi,
I am facing problem with creation of outbound delivery with order reference from transaction VL01N. When i enter into the transaction with order key in, but in the tab Picking there is one column Pick quantity which is showing as grey field with zero value(Grey field don't allow to change the quantity). This Pick quantity is always allow to put us required quantity but i come across this kind of scenario very first time. Can you please help.

Hi,
Your combination of Plant+Storage location is enabled for warehouse management. So directly putting the picking value is not possible. You have two options now.
1. If you know howto put pickign through transfer orders, do it through LT03 and confirm teh TO for picking quantity to be updated in delivery. You have to find out teh stock in the source bin and use it in transfer order. You may get in touch with WM consultant, if you dont know how to do it.
2. If you are ok with just doing picking without WM, then you can change the storage location in delivery and then try picking in delivery itself. The storage location should not be enabled for WM for the plant.
