Problem with installing adobe illustrator cs6?

I am having trouble installing adobe illustrator cs6.When it gets to 2% it says "the setup encountered an error (37) during install. Please restart the machine and try again." I tried restarting my computer but it still shows that message.
Also at the beginning it said "Installer has detected that a machine restart may be pending.It is recommended that you quit the installer, restart and try again" and i clicked ignore and continue.
When i installed adobe photoshop cs6 last year it was successful.

It is looking for the qualifying product which entitles you to use the Illustrator CS4 update. Did you have an older version of Illustrator which upgraded from?

Error when installing Adobe Illustrator CS6 (64bit)

Hello everybody,
I've been trying to install all packages inside Creative Suite 6 Design Standard CD but the installation fails, then decided to install one by one and noticed the error comes only when installing Illustrator CS6 (64bit).
My PC is runing windows 7 64bit and the error it appears says: win32 cabinet self-extractor stopped working.
Could anybody give me a hand with this issue, I already look on the web but couldn't find something that really helps me.

If you are installing from a CD/DVD I don't think you have a Cloud suite

Problems with installing Adobe Reader 9.1

Hi,
I am hoping that there is a genius in here, who can help me. I am trying to install Adobe Reader on to my computer, however it obviously can't be done.
Here is what happens;
The installation starts and everything seems to go as planned. However, at the end of the installation a box pops up saying;
The key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Current version/Run/OptionalComponents/MSFS
could not be opened. Check that you have the sufficient acces to the key, or contact the support technicians.
After this, the installation stops.
Can any of you helps me solve this problem?

is that your own personal pc? Do you have admin rights on it. check your user privlages. login as another user on the machine that you know has admin rights.

Problem with installing Adobe Reader.

I have just recently tried to install Adobe Reader onto my new laptop and it has Windows 8 operating systems. I encounter my problem when the installation tries to retrieve information from my laptop and an error saying, "Installation encountered errors, Actionlist not found." I've never really had any problems like this on the download and installation of a program, so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser, if that is of any weight or importance to this issue. Thank you.

i am using illustrator cs4.i have a problem with type along the path feature.i have made some changes to it which i dont remember.so now the text is appearing one below the other rather tha appearing one after the other.how do i reset the settings.plz help!!!!

I suspect that you need to adjust the in and out points of the text on the path. Try watching this tutorial, "Putting type on a path," in the Illustrator CC Creative Cloud Learn show to learn how to do this successfully.

Problem while installing adobe photoshop cs6

Hey guys,
I have been trying to install adobe photshop CS3 trial version on my MAC. I have the adobe air installed. When I get to adobes webpage to download the trial version i get this message:
This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance.
I have uninstalled it and installed it again but this message keeps popping up.

Delete the copy of the Adobe Download Assistant in your Applications folder. You will then be able to install the updated version. Problems with Actions in Illustrator CS6

Actions in CS6 have a lot of bugs. Can not get an action to not have a stroke on it, can not get the "add layer below" to stay in an action.

Tyhe stroke problem appears to be a bug.

Problems with Tiling Using Illustrator CS6 to Create a Half-Drop Repeat

Okay...I had a different issue in PhotoShop CS6, but found some great advice and that did the trick.
Here's a screenshot of what I'm experiencing using swatches to fill an artboard that is 45" x 36" (fabric width/length):
I did the offset for the image of the crabs, but it is strange that I am seeing the lines in between the tiles. Any thoughts and/or advice on how to fix?

Let me see...I'll be back in a minute...
Still getting the same lines...it is a flat color behind the crab, so there really shouldn't be any strange matching at edges of tiles. Here's my process:
(1) Create art board
(2) Draw a rectangle over the art board - no fill/no stroke
(3) Add swatch from swatches to fill

I am facing problems with my adobe illustrator(64-bit) version which I am using on my windows 7 (64-bit) version. When I try to open the application it gives me the following error:

The procedure entry point not found. I have already done a bit of troubleshooting by uninstalling it and re-installing it back again by disabling the anti-virus and windows firewall. It works fine for sometime but after sometime when I log back into my computer it starts giving me the same error. The 32-bit version is working fine but the 64-bit version is giving me this error message and does not start. I have also worked on the system files that could be corrupt but still no progress.

I tried all three of the tips suggested in the troubleshooting.
