Problem with Installing the Oracle8i PO into Windows ME

I think I have the same problem as some of you had. Recently, I bought the Oracle Book and it has 3 discs: 1 for Oracle Developer 6 for Win 95 or 98, 1 for Oracle 8i PO (release 8.1.5) for Win 95, also 1 for Win 98.
My computer had no problem when I installed the Or. Developer. However, my computer won't allow me to install the Oracle 8i PO Win 98 disc. Instead of that, I have no problem of installing the Oracle 8i PO Win 95 disc. After I installed the Win 95 disc with all correct configuration according to the instructions, I can not CONNECT to the database. So, is this mean the Windows ME is compatible with the Win 95 disc? Or my computer is "screw up"? Because I know Win Me is very much the same as Win 98. If I installed the Win 98 disc, it should be ok. Anyway, I installed the Win 95 disc successful, but can not CONNECT.
So if anyone can help me out, or need a specific error message, I will post up next time. For now, I think I already gave you guys a "head-ache"... sorry.... Thanks all! Wait for your helps guys!

Problem with installing/uninstalling Adobe AIR on Windows 7 x64

I encounter problem while trying to do anything with AIR. I cannot uninstall Adobe AIR using default uninstaller or install any AIR software because the message "This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which cannot be found" is popping up.
I tried to remove Adobe AIR with Revo Uninstaller and installing the AIR again but it didn't help. Revo Uninstaller removes all files and registry entries successfuly. After such reinstalation of Adobe AIR all the files in c:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe AIR seems healthy and registry entries are added as well.
I tried Microsoft Install and Uninstall Fix It tool, Windows Install Clean Up - didn't work.

Is there any problem with installing the Listener with APEX 4.1

Hi Udo,
With your help, I have already installed the listener on apex 4.0.2.
Now I tried doing the same steps, but as I click apply, in the "listenerConfigure" page, I get an empty page...
I visited :
http://localhost:5555/apex/apex_admin
http://localhost:5555/apex/
Yet, I still get an empty page....
What could be the problem ????

As I mentioned in the beginning of the thread. After I configure the listener on http://localhost:3333/apex/listenerConfigure , I get an empty page.
Now, if I visit this page http://localhost:3333/apex/listenerConfigure:
I get this message:
The APEX Listener is already configured. Please login as Administrator to access APEX Listener Administration.If I visit : http://localhost:3333/apex/listenerAdmin, I get the configuration page. When I click apply, I get an empty page...
if I visit http://localhost:3333/apex/ or http://localhost:3333/apex/apex_admin, I get an empty page....

Problem with installing the drivers from cd-rom CTREG

I have the following problems.
st.. this one is the most urgent.. the problem is I can't seem to install from a drivers cd.. the error I get is like CTREGSVR.. it says it cannot find differnt applications on dri've c... there is like a whole bunch and in the end you just keep clicking ok ok ok until it continues to install. the drivers intll fine but none of the appliations seem to work. the funny thing is with the message is that its looking for someing like c:\program files\creative\sbzs2\then differnt dll and stuff and it says it cannot be found..
the other problem I have is that once in a blue moon the mixer will not work and the only way to get it work is to pretty much go through the painful installin/re-intallation of the whole thing because nothing seems to work. It says the sounds blaster card could not be found...
anyways if you guys could just help me out with the st prob. that would be great.

whenever i try to install iTunes 7 i keep getting this popup message. it has something to do with quicktime. please reply with any suggessions!! thank you.

I have the exact same problem. Running Windows XP. Can't download the latest version of quicktime. Tried uninstalling old version of itunes and think I lost my entire music library. Did anybody solve your problem?

Problem with instal the program Photoshop CC

I've two computers and one adobe AD. I pay for two contracts for Photoshop CC. One program work OK, however second program didn't instal and said that you have the problem now, try again or contact with support. What need to do?

If your using Free Transform, then look at the Interpolation settings in the tool options bar
Try one of the Bicubic settings
(i have it set to Bicubic)
For rotating the Canvas look at the Image Interpolation settings under Photoshop (Edit)>Preferences>General and use one of the Bicubic settings
The standard Bicubic setting is a good all around setting

Problems with installing my app on Qtek (Windows CE)

Hi,
I've made an application which works like a charm on all Nokias and Sony Ericsson mobiles that I've tested it on. From older ones to new ones like Nokia N95 and Sony Ericsson P1, but when I try to install it on a QTEK phone it doesnt work. The QTEK phone is on a Windows CE system. The error message just tells me that the .JAR file isn't valid. Any ideas of why this is? Do i need to compile it in some other way or something to get it to work for Windows mobiles? Feedback appreciated! Thanks

First U have to check the Configuration of Qtek device I think it doesn't support
for CLDC Configuration Because Windows mobile r mostly pda's . They Support for CDC Configuration

Hi, i've got a problem with installing the trial version of Lightroom 5 on my mac OSX 8. When using the installing programm there is mentioned a Java script Problem. I use an old CS3 Photoshop Version. Does anybody know how to fix this problem...? Thank you...

Try below steps
Quit Lightroom
navigate to MAc HD > Library > Application Support > Adobe > Ligtroom
Delete Lightroom 5 install cookie file
then relaunch and check
it should work.
If you are still facing the issue, uninstall Lightroom 5
redownload it from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=113&platform=mac
then insall it

After the .ipa file was created, I used iTunes to install it.
The problem: the icon of the app on the device is darkened and it is stuck on 'installing'.

Try downloading the trial. It ought to detect that you have a 64-bit system.
You aren't using Vista, are you? PSE 13 requires at least win 7 and I think a few folks with vista have gotten a similar error message on trying to install it.
