on my laptop I have a problem to log in, from the start
fisrt massage is about connection to the iTunes - I ahve the latest version
and the other masseg is that the center is not avialable and cannot make connection?
does anyone have an answer for this problem?

Based on the numerous posts regarding iTunes and the App Store, there appears to be an issue at Apple's end. Although Apple has not provided any indication on the cloud status page.

Problems with opening Mac App Store
Ok, here is my problem. I installed Snow Leopard on my iMac and updated my OS software which is now version 10.6.8 so that I could have the Mac App Store with a view to upgrading to OS Lion. However when I went to hit on the Mac App Store icon, it tells me that "you can't use this version of the application App Store with this version of Mac OS X." It goes onto say... "You have Mac OS X 10.6.8. The application requires Mac OS X 10.7 or later."
Does anyone have any solutions to this problem, I want to upgrade to Lion (I have it on my MacBook Pro) but can't do it without the App Store (unless I pay for the key fob version which I don't want to do.Install the Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo
Then restart your Mac.
It's ok to install the combo even though you are already running v10.6.8.

I have been having this exact same problem on/off. Not ALL PC users though, just some. I DO select the Always Send Windows-friendly Attachement, but apparently it does not always work. I have to tell my PC friends that if they don't see the file attached, to right click on the embedded image and copy.
It would be great if this was cleared up.

Suddenly, people are having problems saving JPEGS
that I have attcahed to my email. On the PC end, it
looks as if the image is being imbedded in the email
rather than being sent as an attachment.
I am using the Mail app for the mac. When attaching
files, I simply drag and drop the JPEG file onto the
Mail app icon in my Doc. It opens an new email with
the file "attached", I compose my message annd send
it.
I have never had problems with this before - it just
seems to have started all the sudden.
Does anybody know why this might be happening and/or
a good way to get around it?

Problem with Icon in App Store Browse Screen
Hi folks,
My app just got approved and I can search for and install it fine. However, when I browse for it on the App Store, I get a black box where my logo should be:
<image not shown but it's self-explanatory>
Now it's possible that this is because my logo is black on transparent, but other boxes here show other colors (like white, light blue, etc.) How do I set that so my icon shows up? Also, do I need to go through another approval process to make
this change?
The icon looks correct in the search screen, so this is a bit irritating.

I would suggest you resubmit the app again, and make notes to the testers that you are only updating the app icon. If the issue persists, go ahead and open
support ticket so this can be looked into further.

Problems with The Mac app store
I purchased mountain lion yesterday and downloaded it today but when i checked out the mac app store today, i found out that there is Mountain Lion Download in my purchased items....i want to download it on all of my macs..but i cant now...please help!

ok... the app store aplication doesn't works on my iPod. when I try to download any app I click on the button download app but after it i click the button and this get 'distorted' so i can't download apps on my iPod... what's going on here

Problems with updates in App Store!!! Help!!!
My App Store indicates 3 new updates but when I go into App Store under the column for updates it appears blank!!! Am I alone?
I'm currently using iPhone 5 iOS 6.0.2...I've checked my Apple ID and it's the same, so that wasn't the issue... Not sure...The Featured, Top charts & search windows within the App Store work perfectly fine it's just the updates window that is a blank white page, it doesn't ever load even after multiple times of resetting my iPhone.

Any idea why upgrading to 5 should cause problems with App Store app. Can I delete it and download it again. How might I do this.
I had an unknown error problem with the Mac App Store, and this is how I fixed:
(1) Inside Mac App Store select 'Debug' menu from top menu bar
(2) Select "Show download folder ...' from drop down menu
(3) It will then take you to the folder in Finder
(4) Press Cmd + I while on highlighted folder to Get Info (or choose 'Get Info' from right-click menu)
(5) Under sharing and permissions click on the padlock to enter admin password and make changes
(6) Now press the plus "+" sign and from the dialogue box add the Administrators (admin) group
(7) When returned to the Get Info box, under sharing and permissions select 'Read and Write' as the option next to the admin group
(8) Close the Mac App Store app, then re-open it. Now try downloading apps. It worked for me.
(note: I'm finding I have to lock and unlock a couple of times with Lion before it lets me change some permissions, so if unresponsive first time try locking again then unlocking) -
Problem with log in to App store
Hi, I have Macbook Pro 2010 and it was hurt in accident and I lost top case with screen. I want to use it with external screen. I bought USB WiFi and everything works, but I can't log into App Store.
I have still got "an error has occurred". I think the reason is I don't have build-in ethernet or wifi card only USB WiFi. Any solution? I was trying everything - help.No, account works well, because I can log into iTunes and App Store works well on iPad and iPhone.
I've read a lot. I'm sure the reason is no airport ethernet card. My problem is I don't know how to force to work App Store with my USB WiFi. I deleted /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/NetworkInterfaces.plist and this doesn't worked. -
I'm trying to log onto app store, but I keep getting a message the my device or computer is unable to be verified. How do I verify it when the app store will not allow me to log onto the account even when I use my Apple ID, which works with no problem on itunes. What is up and how do I correct it now!
Check your mac's Serial Number.
Some people have problems with missing serial numbers on their Macs and that's the message you get when this happens.
Click on the Apple at the top left of the screen, open "About this Mac" and click on "More Info". You should see a list with information about your Macbook Air. Check that on the Serial Number field you have your Mac's Serial. If you have "SystemSerial#" written instead then that's your problem.
You can re-enter your serial number if you have a USB CD drive, it's not very straightforward but I can walk you through it if you need it.

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

Then I could finally log in App store also.
But still I feel something is wrong with my connection.

I figured it out myself. You can select two or more "albums" (songs) and then right-click on Get Info and put in the name of the album and the individual songs should then show up within that album.
