Problem With my E72 with invalid lock code

Hi,
I just configured a new exchange mail account. Prior to that I have configured a my previous firm mail exchange. I forgot the passcode. After setting up new account it asked for the lock code and i tried many time which reulted in data loss. I lost all my data in the phone and also I am not able to access my memory card. When I tried to connect to the phone via USB to my laptop(mass storage), to my surprise its is forcing me to format my data card in the phone.
Can some one guide me if there is any possibility to access my data on the memory card?

    If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

  • Someone blocked our laptop with a 4 digit PIN lock code

    Last night my mom's iPhones was stolen. As soon as we found out, we placed it on "Lock Mode" on Find My iPhone. Unfortunately they got through my mom's passcode and they had access to the Find My iPhone App. They changed my mom's Apple ID password and erased both her iPhone and her Macbook Air from the list.
    Right now we managed to change her Apple ID and several other Apps (Mail and Facebook) that they may had have access to initially (to de-activate the "Lock Mode" of the Find My iPhone App). We opened her MacBook Air and it is locked. They locked it with a 4-digit passcode and left a message that says, "F*** you". We were able to locate where they are through the Find My iPhone App. Also we managed to block the phone from using any network here in the Philippines. (That's what the network service providers we called said).
    But what we can't figure out is.. How are we gonna open her MacBook? What should we do? And where should we go? We live in the Philippines and apparently there are no Apple Service Centers. The closest one is in Singapore. Although we have stores like PowerMac, Switch and iStudio, they all said that they can't do anything about it.
    Please help.

    Only Apple can unlock your mum's Mac so it is going to have to go to an Apple Store, if it can't be taken it will need to be sent.

  • Nokia 5700 Lock Code Problems

    Hi All
    This is what I do.
    Menu - Settings - Phone Settings - General - Security - Phone and Sim - Lock Code
    When I select Lock Code it asks me to enter the Lock Code so I enter ANY number over 5 digits, it asks for a new lock code so I enter 67890 (5 digits), Asks to verify so I re-enter it correctly and I get a code error.
    If I repeat this process 5 times it says I've entered the Lock code incorrectly and can't do it again for 5 minutes.
    It also asks for this code when I attempt to reset the phone to which I enter 12345 and it errors, plus it asks for the lock code when I try to set up a timed phone lock.
    If I enter any 4 digit code it just asks for Lock Code again.
    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    I too attempted to take it to a Nokia Service Centre, who reflashed it but to no avail.
    I then took it to an independant mobile repair centre and he was able to resolve the problem.
    He advised that the lock code had been changed and they were able to read it (giving me the old code which I didn't recognise) and then resetting it to 0000.
    I would have thought the NSC reflash would have resolved this.

  • HT3702 How do you contact iTunes to recover money they charged my bank account with out my authorization. Invalid security code problem. Could not fix card issue.Changed bank card information and I got charged for tiny zoo bucks $24.99. I Got no zoo bucks

    Changed bank card. Got charged $24.99 from iTunes  for a prior  purchase  that would not go thru due to invalid security code. When put new information on iTunes payment . iTunes charged my account without me confirming order and I didn't even receive the zoo buck 50% sale special. They just took my money . Now I can't connect to iTunes Store because they are fixing problems. What can I do to get my money . Can't even reach tiny zoo who gets the money. iTunes should of sent a confirmation request when new card was submitted before taking money.

    Thanks, but I've been on the phone with AppleCare US (where I am and live) and AppleCare UK. They continue bouncing me back and forth without helping resolve the problem.
    Perhaps someones knows how to further escalate the issue at Apple?

  • Invalid Redemption code after problems with serial number.

    I have been somehow kicked off with two chats today in dealing with this problem.  I have brand new Lightroom software that was given to me as a gift.  I inserted the disc and downloaded it to my computer, went to retrieve my serial number and that is when the problem started.  I entered my redemption code, got my serial number, clicked the "download" option, an error window popped up saying "the webpage couldn't be loaded at this time" and when I went back to get the serial number (hit back arrow), it was gone.  This has now resulted in an invalid redemption code.  Help!!  How can I use my software, obtain my serial number or obtain a new serial number?

  • E52 - problem with lock code and bluetooth connect...

    I have an E52 as my work phone, and due to company security policy, a lock code and autolock (30 minutes max) is mandatory. This is giving me problems when using bluetooth headsets, regardless of the make (Plantronics, my Garmin GPS, and latest the built in Fiscon in my car). As long as the phone is not locked, everything works fine, I can make and receive calls. But, when the phone locks, I am no longer able to make calls. In the car (both on the GPS, and on the built in connection) I can still browse the phone book and select a number, but when I attempt to dial, nothing happens.
    If I enter my lock code, I can make calls without problems. However, it sort of defies the purpose of having a rather expensive hands free kit in my car, if I can only make calls the first 30 minutes of my ride.
    Is this a known problem, and is there a solution?

    This is not a problem as such, more of a design flaw.  It is not possible to make a call when the phone is locked, I guess the only way around the issue is just to press a button on the phone every now and then.  Say every 15 to 20 mins just push the menu button or any button randomly, that should reset the timer back to 30 minutes until it is locked next.

  • Using locked E72 with car kit

    I have an annoying problem with my E72. When my phone automatically locks after 5 min (push from our IT department) I can not use it to make out going calls when using my car kit. I used to be able to do this with my BB bold 9000 but I have been able to figure this out with the E72. I am able to receive calls.
    Any suggestions?

    Yeah, they're already off.
    Basically, every alert is turned off except for incoming calls.
    I know i must sound fussy, but when you're listening to music, you don't really want gaps of silence in it, do you?

    Thanks for your prompt response, however I have first seen it now. I have placed an active SIM card in the iPhone turned it off and on. It now says SIM locked, please write access code. The problem is I don't remember the password. When I connect it to iTunes it tell me that I have to write the password before it can be used with iTunes...... Do you have any good ideas? I see you are from the NYC area.... used to work there back in the early 90´   Those were good days..... What a City

    Here is the code and snippet. I had it from before. It reads Channel 1 and Channel 2 from the SR530, that is whatever the display is for Channel 1 & 2. You set the display manually or programmatically, I let you figure that part out.

  • Phone works even with incorrect lock code

    The phone presents me with a locked screen after boot. No matter what code I type in, it first shows a message saying 'code error' and then lets me through.
    Strange, but any idea why this works like this? I don't see any use of the lock code with this behaviour.
    My c6 is updated with the latest available firmware as of today.

    We're sorry to hear about your problem.  
    Have you tried the default lock code 12345?
    Usually the lock code is requested after the update only if you have defined it earlier by locking your phone. You will be able to use the phone even if a wrong code is entered, but your phone will continue to ask for the lock code every time you start your phone. Your phone will also prevent you from performing secure operations, such as locking your phone manually or restoring factory settings, until the correct code has been entered once.
    Please check this thread for Nokia E51, it may contain some solutions you could try.
    If the problem persists, please visit your local Nokia Carepoint and let them have a look.
