hELP PLEASE! I cant find this printer on my computar, there a lot of printers from hp but I couldnt find this one!!!
I lost th CD and maybe from internet someone can giveme the software.
What can I do??

Cartridge/Ink problem with my HP Photosmart C3180

i have a nasty problem with my printer. i have an old cartridge and a new one who i just refilled. my problem is that when i insert the new refilled cartridge the start black copy light is blinking and when i insert the old cartridge is not and i can even print a document but not black just color. and when i try to print a black&white document the paper gets out very fast and with no writing on it. even though i refilled the old one it still doesn't print. i don't know why is this happening because when i bought the new cartridge it was working! and to make notice: i bought an original cartridge!

Hi - Try the steps in this document. It will walk you through troubleshooting power related issues. One additional note, I'd recommend disconnecting the USB cable from the back of the printer as you go through the troubleshooting. It will help isolate the printer.

Scan problems with my HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m

I have been experiencing a problem when I attempt to scan a Document or Photo on my HP Photosmart Premium C309g-m printer. Specifically when I scan it now takes longer to do so and when finished I save it to my deskstop but the result after saving consists or either a totally black background with horizontal white lines or a greenish background. I have tried resetting back to ‘default’ properties but nothing changes and the result is the same. I have shut down the printer, and unplugged it for several minutes and restarted it..but still no luck
Anyone out there with an answer on how I can fix this?

I understand when you scan a document, it takes longer and the background is black with horizontal white lines or a greenish background. I will do my best to assist you! First, I need to find out your operating system on your computer? Windows or Mac?
How is this printer connected? Wireless or USB?
Please make sure you have followed this entire HP document on Color or Brightness Level of Scanned Image is Not Correct. I would like to test out the hardware within your printer. Try copying a blank document on the scanner glass. Let me know if you have the same results. I will be looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great night!

Problem with printing - HP Photosmart C7280

Black and white items on the page print well, but everything on the page with color (either text or image) is blurred (as if the image shifts).

Let see if this happens even when printing a self test:
Perform the following steps to print a self-test report:
Load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper into the input tray.
Press Setup .
Press the down arrow ( ) to highlight Print Report.
Press OK .
Press the down arrow () to highlight Self-Test Report.
Press OK .
Check the selft test for blurring/banding/etc let us know if the print out is defective or not.

Problem with connection to Photosmart 7520e

I recently had a new router/modem installed on my wireless network. I print wirelessly to a photosmart 7520e. I had the technician change the default SSID and WEP password to something familiar. Since then I have had trouble printing to the 7520. It shows that it is connected to the wireless network (i.e.) blue light constantly on and Wireless On in printer control panel), but when I try to print a doc (e-mail, etc) from my computer I receive a message on the computer saying the device is not connected. If I go to the printer and do a "Wizard set-up" entering the new SSID and PW I can print, however the next time I boot up the computer and try to print it's the same thing all over again. I'm running Windows 7. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. I called the router vender who said it has to be the printer software. I can't figure out why I have to enter SSID and PW repeatedly. Anyone have any ideas? What am I missing?

You new router does not have the same settings as your old one and needs to change. First you should use WPA2-AES and not WEP. Change your router to have a fixed wireless channel, not 'auto'. Use 1, 6 or 11. Try this first.

Have some problems with my hp photosmart printer

I have an hp photosmart c3100 all-in-one printer and having some problem, after replacing the black ink. Anytime I turn tthe printer one it prints the test page. I've checked all the settings and everything seems to be ok. I tried to follow some troubleshooting tips I found online by scanning the testpage but it did not work. Does anyone have any solution, my ink is running out because of this this problem

Problem with my HP Photosmart 8250

Help!
I have a HP Photosmart 8250 which has stopped working.
It has proved extrremely reliable for the two years I have had it.
Today I am getting mesages:
"Ink System Failure" - on the PC
"Print cartridge cradle is stuck" - also on PC
"Ink System Failure" ERROR OXC18a0001" on printer
and ""Please Insert Card" also on printer.
Has my printer reacherd the end of its lifespan or can I fix it???
I have tried turning it on and off and checked no paper in it, all to no avail.

I just had the same problem. I'm just going to buy another one after working on this for 2 days and gettring nowhere.

I am having printing problems with my HP Photosmart D5360 since I installed Windows 7

The printer worked fine with Windows XP .I downloaded and installed HP driver for Windows 7 32-bit. Single page printing seems tp work OK but the computer doesn't seem to see the duplexer and I cannot print on both sides. I have tried re-seating the duplexer and have reinstalled HP Windows driver. To no avail. I also and unable to find the correct serial number which is supposed to be on the bottom of my printer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Problem with resizing on Photosmart Premier program on my 4240 series 400 Photosmart Printer

I went to "create" on my HP Premier program and made a calendar with it. I am trying to print out that calendar but it won't make it small enough to print off on an 8x10 format. It comes up like 16x20 or so no matter what I do, ie, with white borders, scale to fit 8x10 paper, letter sized, scaled to fit onto letter size, etc, etc. I am using the calendar form provided by the HP Premier so I would think I must just be doing something really wrong for it to not print out the correct size for me. Can you tell me what I need to do to make the entire calendar print off on one sheet of paper?

You may want to try the print-at-home calendar project in HP Photo Creations. It offers multiple output sizes, from 8½ x 11 to 13x19. HP Photo Creations is a free download for Mac and Windows at www.hp.com/go/hppc.
You can start your calendars on any month. With the ship-to-home calendar project, you can customize the grid section as well by dragging images there. Place a picture of Grandma on her birthday, or a heart graphic on your anniversary day.
Another fun feature: On the print-at-home calendar, try resizing the calendar grid by dragging the bottom right corner. The 12 squares line up in different layouts, such as 3x4, 4x3, 2x6, and 12x1.

Scanning multiple pages from a HP Photosmart D110

I'm a relatively new MacBook Air user. When trying to scan a document with my HP PhotoSmart D110 printer/scanner, I am only able to scan one page at a time. My wife's older MacBook offers the option to add pages to the scan (as did my last several HP laptops). The document is 16 pages so scanning each one separately really isn't an option. What can I do?

Some routers are not AirPrint compatible, notably Arris, Huawei, and some used by Vodaphone. What kind is yours?

Enlarge or reduce size of copy in photosmart d110

Photosmart d110a printer - I was able to enlarge or reduce my copy by a percentage. The setting for this is no longer there. Where can I find it? It goes from black copy to number of copies bypassing size adjustment.

I see that you are wondering how to enlarge or reduce the size of a copy with your HP Photosmart d110. I am happy to help!
According to your printer's user guide found at this website, HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a User guides, see page 19. It says, "To make a large copy of a small original, scan the original into the computer, resize the image in the scanning software, and then print a copy of the enlarged image." This will work for reducing the size as well.

HP Photosmart D110 connectivity issue with Windows 8.1

Month back, i have upgraded my Dell inspiron to windows 8.1 and from that time onwards i am facing issues with connectiveity to HP photosmart D110 printer over my wireless network.
I installed the printer driver, once it is installed fine. i can see the printer, take out few prints. Then i shutdown my laptop. Next time i reboot. I launched HP Solution Center and turned on my printer. It showed up problem with with HP solution center saying " HP Solution Center can not run becuase your device installation is not complete" i have to the printer and devices setting on control panel i could see the printer but it is offline. I checked my connections with the printer. also ran the wireless network test. Everything comes fine.
To resolve the problem, i thought may be let me re-install. I finished reinstalling and then it worked fine. But every restart i faced the problem. I add the add the same printer again and again everytime using installation and reinstallation. This sucked. I googled and downloaded HP doctor software. That fixed the problem so far and i had to run the doctor connect the printer everytime.
Now even HP doctor is not working, it list all the multiple installation of the same printer and none of them gets connected. This is getting little crazy for me.
I need some advice, I appreicate your help in looking into it. If someone has some suggestion to deal with Windows 8.1 and have faced similar problem or can suggest some solution. I will be greatful.

Hi,
When using "beta" version of any software (even with NEW full software), users have to accept the risk of some hardware do not proper functioning. Many HP test guys/girls may face this similar problem in their test lab(s), they may be able to find a solution OR push it back to Microsoft to fix the problem, therefore users (you and me) have to wait.
I woul remove/unistall its driver then start from beginning.

Photosmart d110 won't scan with Mac OS X 10.9

"HP Scan" utility used to work correctly with my iMac and hp Photosmart d110 printer/scanner. Since updating to Mac OS X 10.9.5, the scanning no longer works. I've downloaded most recent scanner drivers, and installed multiple times. Connection is hardwired USB.
Multiple symptoms: "can't connect" errors, or scans very slowly and generates a black blank page. Printing works fine.
(Windows laptop scans correctly, with wireless connection to the d110.)

The HP scan app is no longer available for Mavericks, scannign can be done from Image Capture or Preview:

If that fails as well, try updating the software by following these steps:
Click the Apple icon, then select Software Update.
Click the top Store menu and click on Reload Page.
Be sure to install any HP or Apple update, then try scannig again.

Trouble printing USPS labels from E-Bay with HP Photosmart D110

I am having trouble printing shipping labels (USPS) from E-Bay with HP Photosmart D110. I was able to print for a short while after I bought it, but I tried later and the printer freezes up. It will show printing, but will freeze up until you x out. I am using Windows XP on a 6yr old Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have downloaded the HP utility that troubleshoots some printer problems, and it will fix the problem sometimes. I also have went in and turned printer spooling off, then back on. This has helped a few times. It takes me on the average, 40min to get one label to print. I am a seller on E-Bay and print labels daily. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

The envelope size that you might be talking about is a 6.75 Regular, or 6.75R. If you were printing on window envelopes, it would be 6.75W. In all my life, I have never heard of a #6 ep. Yes, you have a challenge with 6.75 because the rollers are not in the correct place for this size of item. In order for me to print 10R envelopes, I have to insert a precut sheet of paper inside the envelope so that the envelope pulls correctly and doesn't get jammed. You might try this with your 6.75 and see if that works for you.

Extremely slow printing with hp photosmart d110

Recently, I've had extremely slow wireless printing from my laptop to our HP Photosmart D110 series printer. The printer is part of our wireless network and is used by my business laptop and our home laptop. When I send a simple Excel spreadsheet to print, the printer screen says, "Printing", the on/off light flashes and it looks like it's printing. But it takes 1-2 minutes for the document to finally print. This problem does not occur when we print from the home laptop; things print instantly. No updates or system changes before this problem started.

1-2 minutes! Try 10-15 minutes on my Photosmart. These things are junk. I have discussed my many issues with phone support 10-12 times in the last six months with no progress.
