How do I foward a message to a group. When I try to foward on all contacts is displayed but not groups that I have created under contacts.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having screen resolution issues with your Lenovo Yoga 13.
I would suggest you to uninstall the video drivers (Integrated as well as discrete) and reinstall the latest ones. Go to display setting in control panel and set the font size to smaller (default). Try changing the refresh rate and set it to 60Hz in graphic properties.
Refer this knowledgebase to understand how to setup the best display.

I have problems with a Lenovo X41 and the docking station.
Sometimes, when the laptop is undocked and used in other location, when I try to dock it again, some devices, such as mouse or keyboeard attached to the docking station, don't work.

Problems with the Lenovo Vibe x S960

I had bought Lenovo vibe x Almost 1 month ago and I am Experiencing lot of problems with this phone.
Although having a 1.5Ghz processor it lags in many apps and games like asphalt 8, fast n furious, robocop etc.
experienced lot of problems especially with the battery and earphones.
The earphones button doesnt work to pause/play music.
It says "try again when you're online"
Why do i have to be online to Play/Pause music.
Btw my earphone had also screwed up.
After using it for a while the right side had stopped working.
Once i had charged it to 100% and then i removed charger and locked screen and then it stopped working.
Didnt switch on again.
Sent for repair and they tell me its working.
After receiving from service it stopped working again.
When connected to wifi or data usage, it restarts automatically sometimes.
Cannot boost wifi usage well, slows down wifi speed if others are using the wifi on their phones. My phones wifi slows, but others' phones still work.(embarrassing).
Takes long time to turn on data and get connected to cellular networks.
Dont feel like buying any lenovo product in future.
Also it was very difficult to find support for lenovo phones.
Take my advice DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE.

Problems with U110 & lenovo

Hi all, I'm from Singapore, I purchased a U110 last year in July, this is what happened
Here's a complete history of the problems Lenovo is giving me
1. Laptop was slow, brought in to service center, Lawrence suggested to downgrade to Win XP
2. Laptop hard disk crashed. Called helpline but Mr Rhandir S and staff ignored me. No choice have to bring laptop to service center, Lawrence suggested to change the hard disk. I lost all my data.
3. Laptop LCD brokedown for no reason, brought to service center, Lawrence suggested to do a replacement for LCD
4. Laptop hard disk crashed, brought to service center, Lawrence suggested to replace the hard disk, asked me to wait to see if new shipment of hard disk as he suspect this shipment has problems. Waited for a long time, had to call service center to realise my case was passed to Jeff as Lawrence was overseas.
5. Complaint to Cindy, telling her that there are 3 major breakdowns, (2 hdd failure, 1 LCD failure) Cindy according to records say there's only 1 hdd failure, 1 LCD failure).
6. Check with delivery man Jeff from lenovo, he confirmed that there were 2 hdd failure.
7. Call Cindy again to tell her that she got information wrong. She realised her mistake but says that LCD failure was not counted as major fault.
8. Recieved laptop from service center. Windows tells me I need to activate it in 27days or it expires.
9. Calls lenovo, sends a personnel the next day to fix the problem. Jeff comes, spends 1hr at my office but unable to fix problem. Brings laptop back over the weekend to solve problem.
10. Cindy calls me, tell me unable to make 1 to 1 exchange but can extend warranty to 1yr.
11. Delivery man Ken, brings my laptop to office, I was not around, Boss was around, he told me delivery man threw the pen on the table to ask him to sign, Boss asked to on the computer, but there was no power supply. Returned laptop
12. Recieved laptop the following day, same problem, Windows tells me to activate it or it expires in 23days.
What's going on?

If you're having hinge problems with your Lenovo g570 (Possibly others)

My laptop would make this little popping sounds whenever I would open and close it and it sounded almost like plastic snapping together. Well anyways today I noticed I was missing a screw! On the bottom side of the laptop right next to the hinge that made the noise. I surprisingly found it and put it back in its place an it no longer makes that sound! But if any of you are having that problem I would reccommend tightening the screw and replacing it if your's is missing also.
Just came here to post this, because I was scared my hinge was about to break!

Remote Desktop Connection problem with multiple Lenovo machines

Hello,
I've been running into issues with connecting to some of the latest Lenovos we purchased using RDP. It has happened with a batch of 3 x220s and a batch of 2 Thinkstation C20s (possibly others that I haven't yet had to remote into).
The symptoms are maddening in the paucity of information given for the failure. It basically goes like this -- type in the name of the computer and hit connect. Immediately I get a "this computer can't connect to the remote computer"; it's so sudden that it seems to be getting rejected immediately. I've check every windows log (even the ones under Applications and Services) and the ONLY thing logged (on the destination computer) is that an RDP session was initiated. NO reason is given for the failure. No error event given.
Has anyone else run into this? I'm having to use 3rd party software to log in to computers, which is becomming a nuisance as I am trying to set up computers at a branch office for new users. Is there some way to debug RDP? I ran a packet sniffer and a total of 6 packets are passed for these "sessions" -- mostly TCP handshake packets at that, and only one actual RDP packet. Is there a more verbose log I should be looking at?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you can't connect to your new or restored Lenovo with the OEM install of Windows 7, it may very well be that the particular registry key below is not set to the typical default value (I think Lenovo has messed up their OEM install image). The two secrity packages 'tspkg' and 'pku2u' are missing on OEM Lenovo images.
This registry key:
HKLM\system\currentcontrolset\control\lsa\security packages
Should look like this:
kerberos msv1_0 schannel wdigest tspkg pku2u
Fix it and RDC will connect.
(may need a reboot to take effect)

Weird problems with my Lenovo G510 Notebook

Good morning.
At the very beginning I would like to inform you that I don't know whether it's a good place to ask for solving my problems thus if I simply misundertood something, delete this post promptly.
A few times my computer has stopped working and I didn't exactly know why. There appeared a blue screen with a sad face on the left. There was a text below it which was telling (translated from Polish): Your computer has crushed due to a certain error. Now we are trying to collect more information about it. The name of the error: VIDEO_FATAL_ERROR_DXGKLRN". I ignored it and thought it was just a random error which had been caused by accident.
But today, when I was looking for a word I didn't know, it popped up again. I was very surprised and, to be frank, it disturbed me. I was looking for a solution on the Internet. I have rifled through many forums - both Polish and English, and I haven't found the answer. People said that it may had been caused because my drivers were old, but I don't even know how to check the condition of them.
My computer recommended itself this forum. That's why I wrote this post.
I hope you guys will help me as soon as possible.

Also, you absolutely have to open up the screen
resolutions settings and tinker with them. Just
change them to any other setting, then back to the
native setting. That will clear up the vertical lines
on boot thing immediately.

Problem with notebook Lenovo B450

Hi all, sorry if i wrote to not special category, but im not find my notebook in you forum lines....
i have a problem : Notebook Lenovo B450 when insert usb 3G modem him power down, when switch to power on keyboard not work, and don't see battery, in to Bios, in version list, KBC version have a unread symbols...
and now when switch to power off notbook not power down, him turns off the monitor but cooler working... power to down only disable AC and remove battery... How i can a by this KBC controller? or how i can a flush bios without battery

Flash tools have settings file, in file find param Battary = 1 (true) im set to (0) false, and bios will flush =)) keybord work, battery charging

Problem with the "lenovo Rescue And Recovery" system. (lenovo 3000 N500).

hi!
yesterday i ran Kaspersky virus scan tool and it detect file named "tvtfilter.sys" as suspicious file and thefore delet it.
today when i was restart my laptop, i got error message on startup that say:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! "C:\Program Files\Lenovo\Rescue and Recovery\rrservice.exe" abnormal program termination.
after some google search i've understand that "tvtfilter.sys" was critical file of "Rescue And Recovery" system.
so, any one with "Rescue And Recovery" running on his laptop can upload for me this file?
it's located in "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DIRVERS\" and it's name is "tvtfilter.sys"

Just a thought: give a try to un-intsall the Rescue and Recovery from the Control Panel first before re-installing it.

Having a Wireless Problem With a Lenovo B575 Laptop

I have been having problems for quite some time now with a AT&T wireless router. Everything else but my laptop will connect just fine without any problems but as soon as i try to connect with my laptop it will give me limited connectivity and no internet access. All of the drivers are updated as far as I know and it works perfectly when connected with a Ethernet cord. I have also tried to restart my computer multiple times and it still gave me the same problem. My laptop works on all of the other wireless networks that I have tried to connect to except this one. I am now at the point where I do not know what to do anymore, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks NoOneImportnt

Problems with my Lenovo G530 Laptop

I just bought this laptop today, and I'm already experiencing problems. Whenever I put my laptop into sleep mode, the computer automatically restarts, and when Vista boots itself on again, I get a message saying that Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. I'm not sure about what I should do. Should I go back to the store to exchange it? Just a while ago, whenever I plug in the charger, I get a beeping noise, it also makes that noise when I disconnect the charger.

I found the solution, it was because I had AVG 8.5 Free and Spyware Terminator Integrated with ClamWin Antivirus installed, I'm not sure why, but for some reason, one of the 2 programs was causing the trouble. I decided to stick with AVG because I'm more familiar with it. Once I removed Spyware Terrminator and ClamWin, the computer was able to go into sleep mode. Was the problem because of AVG and Syware Terrminator? Or was it because I had 2 antivirus program running, AVG and Clamwin (Which was integrated with Spyware Terminator)? I'm wondering because I want to keep Spyware Terminator as well, and my brother has a Sony Vaio Laptop that runs with AVG + Spyware Terminator and it has no problems.

Lenovo 3000 n200 problem with usb tv-stick

hi guys,
i have a problem with my lenovo 3000 and the hvr-900 usb tv-stick from hauppauge. driver installation and software installation from wintv is no problem. finding the channels ist also no problem. sound is good but i have no pictures... the display ist black.
my grafik chip is the intel GMA X3100 onboard. i thought it was a problem with the overlay function. the wintv software shows me "surface vmr" on my old desktop with the old wintv pci card it shows me "surface overlay".
internet tv (tvu, tv ants...) works without any difficulties. but i can`t find a function to activate "overlay".
has anyone an idea? thanks for helping.

i try an older usb machine from hauppauge which supports analog only (the new stick supports analog/digital) and... it works... the wintv software shows me "surface overlay"... crazy...
now i use this until i find a solution for the stick ;-)

Lenovo x230: Problems with Login and Startup of programs

I have a few problems with my Lenovo X230 Laptop

Every time when i'm pressing Win + L to lock my account for windows. It will go smoothly to the lock screen and when I return to my laptop. And I press ctrl + alt + del to unlock the laptop it's going to a blue screen and the mouse is still visible and I can move it around. ( The laptop is not crashing it is not a BSOD ) its just go's to a blue screen and then I must restart the Laptop if I want to use it again
have someone the same issues? And is there a solution for this problem?
And i meant the background screen color of qquestion ( 3. ) with blue screen

And when I'm starting a application in Windows 8 and not 8.1 it's starts. And then I will close automatically there our no errors or problems will be displayed in a box or something like that

Our company also has almost the same problems with our Lenovo 2324CTO series. Any help with the problem please because it might also solve one of the biggest problems for us and it is holding us back with buying new laptops in this series.

BIG PROBLEM with Lenovo A320 wifi - extremly slow

Hello Lenovo community,
I have a big problem with my lenovo A320 all in one.
The wifi connection is extremly slow. I have 3 differen devices at the same place one macbook, one phone and my lenovo a 320 connectet to the same wifi. The macbook and phone get about 50mpbs but my lenovo gets only about 0.3 to 2 mbps. I have tested it wit different networks and differnet routers but is always very very slow.
When connected via LAN works fast and well but via wifi its useless.
I have the intel core I3 and Broadcom 802.11n with the newest drviers.
I have tried everything possible but nowthing helped.
Can you please help me with any solution ?

Thats great news for you.. it probally is a defect on my phone, I purchased it new from apple and tommorrow its going in for service..
I have seen others with similar issues, must be a bacth, I even heard that there are 2 wifi antenas that were used on them, one of them gives problems the other not...
