I have a new Ipad2 tonight I could not open mail ,it just showed a blank page.. Followed on line instructions to press and home and sleep buttons together for 15 seconds to reboot.. it has been 30 mins and is still rotating. cannot shut off or get home . please help!!!
Did you hold the buttons down together until the Apple logo appeared on the screen? You have to wait until the Apple logo appears, it might take a little longer than 15 seconds.

Google them to confirm the settings that you need for the outgoing server, then check the setting you entered on the pad. Pay real close attention to the outgoing server name, and port. You may need to change in on the pad.

Recovered data show normal file size but icon is different and wont open
We recently had an old lacie drive go bad. got dropped one too many times or whatever.. not our fault but its for an important client.. drive had 200 GB of files.. a lot of stuff.. we took it to recovery and returned 80GB.. not bad.. among the recovered files were the ones we wanted.. and more... more than half retained their full file name.. so we know... but usually the icon for audio file is two red and blue waves. when we saw the icons that we had tried to save on the main computer they were black and white. but they still portrayed
37.6 MB.. like a full normal file... on the recovered data we see the same file size, but the icon is a blank paper with the corner folded over.. we try to import it to pro tools but it wont import.. i think it was recorded in logic but i doubt that matters.. its just audio... im sure the proper info is in there but we have to get the applications to recognize it.. we tried opening it in different apps, but it simply wont.. is it an extension problem? will restore fix it? how should i do it? i appreciate any help!i tried changing the extension. i changed the icon but it still wont open. the files are sd2f. apple info will not allow a test sounding. sample and bit rate are not displayed. i gotta get these to open up. what should i do?

Problem with the Mail icon in the dock

The Mail icon in the dock show me that i have 153 new mail in the little red circle, but I have none in the mail application... Does anyone know how to solve this?

Problem with file download option in ALV via ITS. Please help!
Hi Experts,
I have a ALV report which I have web enabled using ITS service. In the ALV there is a delivered functionality for file download. It works fine when the report is run in the SE80. But when I run the ITS service for the report and choose file download option it displays a page saying "this page has been diaplayed due to technical reasons" with title "File properties". In addition it looks for Java runtime in the browser. After all this it opens a popup window for selecting path and file name.
This is not user friendly and many customers have rasied their concerns on it.
My question is that,
Q1: What is the need of this "File properties page"? Why ITS calls this while ABAP editor does not?
Q2: Is there any way we can suppress this so that it directly opens a popup window for selecting path and file name?
Please help me.

We have in between installed patch 22 for ITS 6.20 and SP18 at SAP Netweaver 2004!
But they are still not processed invisible for the users.
Are there any additional parameters, which controls this behaviour(~webgui_updown_make_visible is not used!)?
How can i check, if i have really a.ex. the actual ws.jar-file or other related files of the patch?
We are using the standalone ITS with an own (modified) IAC with an own CI-design for the webpages. The intermediate screens are displayed with the "normal" SAPGUI-design because of the parameter ~generatedynpro. Without this it does not work, because the template SAPLSIT_0100 is missing!
Or do you have an example for such a intermediate template with the applet for an upload of a file?

Also, you have

I'm also not sure why you need to duplicate the checkboxes (f07,f10,f13) as hidden items (f05, f08, f11) if they are both 0/1 values. -
Problems with downloading videos from the internet....please help
sorry if this the wrong forum to post but I don't know where else to post my issue.
Normally when I download videos from the internet I click on "window" then "activity" then the largest file ie ? of ? (which is the MB file) and it downloads then I use isquint to put it to mp4 format. However now when I do that the file I download says that "video _ts folders can't be directly converted" and there is a button that says "Inadequacy". I can't even download videos from youtube. Any help would be great.

Problem with yahoo mail icons in firefox 24
instead of the icons a small box with two rows of 2 digit number appear. Have tried clearing the cookies, installing recommended extensions but nothing works. pleas help

I can only add that i only downloaded firefox 3.6 just over a week before the first crash and all had been well until then . Following the first crash over35 program crash reports have been and are still being sent by Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent Firefox 2,but nothing appears to being done about them. You probably want No Proxy, if it is set to anything else.

Mail icon constantly bouncing in the Dock, please help!
Mail has been quite annoying over the past few days. It has been bouncing up and down in the dock, even if it wasn't open! I was wondering why this is happening and wondered if anyone knew a solution? It will do it a few times, then wait about 5 mins, and do it again!
I was wondering if there is something that it wants me to do that I havent, or if it is a bug in Mavericks?

This used to be easy as far as I can remember last year imports. Now I cannot import a batch list and FCP 6.0.4 gives me the error message "One or more items on the header line do not match valid Browser column headers." The list is a tab-delimited s
