Problem with opening project in NetBeans 5.0

Hi,
When i try to open an existing project in NetBeans 5.0 or try to add a new platform to a certain project, my computer is stack and i can't work with the NetBeans IDE ( i have to kill the process)
How can i fix this problem?

Problem with opening project file from my friend

My friend save his project and gave me it on CD. Of course he gave me all needed files like source videos. It's videos from the same type of DSLR clips which I also have. So I making my own movies also with clips in this codes or similar. My DSLR is Canon 600D but DSLR of my friend is Canon 550D - clips from his DSLR are of course also written form my system. So everything seems to be OK.
Now i try to open this project in my PC but it doesn't work at all. I can see only this message:
My friend work on CS 5 but I work on CS 6. I don't believe that Adobe Premiere Pro can't open a older type of his project files. Please help.

Problems with opening Project Bin

I'm a new user of Photoshop Elements 6 for Mac.   I do not use it with the organizer but keep my photos in iPhoto or elsewhere on the hard drive of my MacBook Pro.
When I open two images to to work on them at the same time the project bin does not open.   I can see the arrow on the left hand bottom with Project bin next to it but I cannot get it to open when I click on it. Similarly when I click on Project Bin in the drop down menu, nothing happens. I did have it working once so assume I have done something idiotic. Consulation with my "fat book" yields no solution. I have not changed the preferences at all.
Any suggestions or even a solution would be gratefully received.

Yes the project bin works in the Window drop down menu, toggling back and forth, but that is not very satisfactory, unless the labels for the photos are very descriptive and not much use if you have three or four images, labelled image 1734 etc. To see each image is almost essential.
Version 6 has only the reset palette locations and not the reset panel options.
I can see the show project bin with the arrow in the lower left hand corner of the screen, but it does not toggle with the hide the project bin as it should.   I can't see anything relevant in the preferences to change, but I know I have worked with it open before. I am assuming I have done something "bad" to cause this but have no idea what.

hello, i m using final cut studio 3 and it seems it ocured a problem with the projects
after i work on a project and save it, i can t open it anymore(it apears a dialog box wich it says unable to open project file)
i ve uninstalled final cut, installed again and the problem it s still there

Uninstalling/reinstalling rarely helps in issues like these and is usually a huge waste of time... It sounds more like a corrupt project than anything. Is FCP able to open other projects?
Hopefully you have Autosave turned on, as that may be your only salvation... So go to your Autosave Vault (usually located in your documents folder, in the Final Cut Pro Documents folder).

One of my user is facing issue in creating new time sheet,
"The time sheet creation failed, because of problems with the project server or with data validations".
This issue is coming to only few members out of 10000 members.
Note: For the same user, can able to do in other machines. only the problem in his machine. Have ran the office diagnostics, but still the problem persists.
Is any add-on's/any settings need to update in IE. Could any one please help me on how to fix this issue?

I would check the compatibility settings in IE etc, or try another browser (chrome, safari etc.)

Problem with opening of PDF in my webmail application

I have a problem with opening a pdf file in my webmail application of my internet provider in apple safari since yesterday. When I wanted to open up a pdf file I got a pop up message to allow a connection between adobe and the webmail application which I did. Since then I can not open up a pdf file. If I go to another browser or if I use email from another internet provider I use too it works and I can open up. It seems to be a blockage of the specific combination of this webmail application and safari.
What can I do ?

Problem with opening a indd file in CC 2014.

When I'm trying to open a 5.5 .indd-file in CC 2014 on my Windows computer, I get this error message: 'Either the file does not exist or you do not have permission to open it or the file is used by another program'. However my collague has no problem with opening the document on his Mac computer. I guess it has something to do with a kind of setting in my CC 2014. Can anyone help me?

Nothing to do with ID. It really means what it says - your file permissions are hosed and it being an ID file this could include things like fonts or placed images referenced within it.

Don’t know if Reader has this, too, but in Acrobat one can check under Document Properties.
I can convert and place the file in Photoshop CS6.
I would recommend trying the usual trouble-shooting routines and if nothing helps un-installing, running the Cleaner and re-installing Photoshop. (After making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved to s secure location.)

F-32 : Problem with Open Item selection

Hi,
We have a strange problem with open Item selection for customer clearing in t-code F-32
In My QA system
if I input spl GL indicator ="*" and uncheck Normal OI tick,
the system selects all open items,
(those with spl GL indicator and those without spl GL indicator)
In My Dev system
If I input spl GL indicator ="*" and uncheck Normal OI tick
the system does not select any open items,
Please let me know which setting controls this behaviour ?

Hello,
Check your data in FBL5N for the option "Special GL Transactions". There could be that there is no data in the system with SPECIAL GL TRANSACTIONS.
In F-32, there is no value like *
You need to input right Special GL Indicator. "*" will not work here.
I am sure in both the systems if you put "*" and UNTICK your normal transaction, you will NOT get any items to clear.
Please DOUBLE CHECK whether you have unticked normal transaction.

My client having problem with opening balances in cash journal report that same showing in INR but not tallyed with carryforward balances. Cash journal carryforawd balances and FS10N balances are tallyed.

It is problem with carryforward balances from one year to another year. We have again run the same programe carryforward programe to fix this problem.

Problems with opening Acrobat Pro 9 PDF files

Hi. We use Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 to convert our product documentation Word files into PDFs. During the last weeks our customers report more and more problems with opening these files. We usually deliver those on a DVD with Acrobat Reader 5 or another older version. (Please don't ask me why we're still on these old versions!) Did anyone experience similar problems with Acrobat Pro 9 PDF files and older versions of the Acrobat Reader? Does Acrobat Pro 9.0.0 work smoothly with the newest Acrobat Reader 9.1 download?

I would recommend distributing higher version of Reader as version 5 is just too old but looks like you can't go there.
Acrobat 9 PDFMaker and Adobe PDF printers by default create PDF 1.5 compaible files. PDF 1.5 compatible files can be opened only in Acrobat 6 and above. That's probably the reason why your customers can't see the contents.
What you can do is to change your conversion settings to produce PDF 1.4 compatible files:
- In Word, select Acrobat tab or Adobe PDF menu (depending on your version of Word), select Settings
- Select "advanced settings" in the dialog that comes up
- Choose compatibility as "Acrobat 5", PDF 1.4
IF you print to Adobe PDF printer, you'll find a similar setting in the print dialog.

What are you seeing happen when you do that?
Select a .zip file in the Finder and Get Info (cmd-i). What is set for it to Open With. It should be Archive Utility.
