Problem with purchasing from itunes

Has anyone encountered a problem when purchasing a song on credit. I have an account with credit and get a message a valid address is necessary to purchase using store credit. I don't understand I just downloaded on Tuesday and now can't get anything.

Try logging out and then back into your account and check to make sure that all the credit card info including your address is correct, if you still can't get it to work then I would contact Apple and ask them what's going on.

If the track is showing in your iTunes library, delete it and then try re-downloading it again from the Purchased area. See:

Problem with downloading from iTunes on iPhone4

I bought an album on iTunes and downloaded it via 3G. But when I go to music there are only 6 tracks from the album available. When I try to download any of the other songs from the album it overwrites one of the songs that was previously downloaded so I still only have 6 tracks from the album available. I have tried to download it via wifi and on my iPad which does the same thing. I have plenty of space for these tracks on both devices. Please help as I have contacted apple support with no success.

Download your album on to your computer and sync the album from the computer to your iPhone.

I can log on to the Apple website to manage my account and all the information is correct, but I get “Your Apple ID has been disabled” when I try to get something from App Store.

These are user-to-user forums, we won't know why it's disabled.
You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad / iPhone / iPod then try logging out of your account on the device by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

You will need to contact iTunes support here, regarding this issue. They will usually respond within 24 hours.

Try Deauthorize your account and then Authorize the account to see if any changes occur. Also there may a resolution in the second article that can be helpful as well.

I create a playlist with songs that I purchased from itunes and when I try to sync it to my iphone some of the songs are missing but when I go to the playlist in itunes the song is there. What could be happening? What am I doing wrong?

I've created playlists with songs I've purchased from iTunes and also added songs I've purchased from iTunes to existing playlists. Everytime I go to sync the playlist to my iPhone I find some of the new songs missing from the playlist. I've deleted the playlist from the phone and reinstalled it. I don't know what I"m doing wrong. Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

Wondering if you haven't been bitten by the new "feature" of iOS 5, as was my son. turingtest2 explained it very well in reply to my own query about "missing" songs in playlists.

Video purchased from iTunes Music Store not compatible with my video iPod?

I purchased the White Stripes music video for "The Hardest Button to Button" from iTunes, but when I plug in my video iPod, it says it can't copy it over because it "can't be played" on my iPod. I don't understand what to do! All the other videos I've purchased from iTunes has copied/played fine...
Can someone please help me figure out what to do? Is it a bad video and I need to seek a replacement from Apple? I'm using iTunes 6.1, not the newest iPod updater (because of all the problems with it), video iPod, and Windows XP.

Ipod skips only with songs purchased from ITunes

My Ipod skips with a handfull of songs that I purchased from ITunes. They play fine on my laptop, but my Ipod wont play the entire song. Some play for 2 minutes others play for 20 seconds. I can't get anywhere with help topics, and I went through the whole 3 R's list twice. HELP!! Thanks

Did you try carving a pentagram into the ground, filing it with gasoline, lighting it on fire, placing the ipod inside the pentagram, and then dancing around it naked while howling at the moon yet ?
I supose its possible that there were internet interuptions during the download of theese songs. Most computer soundcards have technology that eliminates skips by... skipiing the skips. If you have a problem like Goldwave (freeware), you can open the file and zoom in to look at the wav. If there are little holes, you can delete them and it will be seemless. This is something I have done in the past, but likely isn't your issue.

Music is designed to sync in one way only, and that is from iTunes to the phone. There is the expectation that you would backup the computer to save this data. There are 3rd party solutions to try and recover music from the phone to put back into a blank iTunes library.

What the message says. In iTunes g the the Store tab in ther upper part of the screen and then clink on Authorize this computer.

Did you fail to maintain a backup copy?
If so, then you can buy a third party program to extract the music not purchased from itunes.
Itunes purchases can be transferred to your computer: File>Transfer Purchases.
