I have redeem the apple gift card. And the answer is I can't redeem n it need to contact apple service customer...! So w should I do?

I have a problem redeeming Itunes gift card. Got a message about the ID has not been yet used with the Itunes store and was ask to review my account information. During the prosess I alway was stopped by the message that I have to contact Itunes support.
I have tried serveral times and stil can not access the app store.

Try viewing or updating your account and payment informaiton by clicking iTunes > Store > View My Account, enter your password > edit the Payment Type under Apple ID Summary.

Problem with redeeming a gift card.

I got a 15 dollar i-tunes gift card. I tried to enter the code, and it says that it is not recognized. I click to go to a page where it says send us the code and the Gift Card serial number. However, there is no code where the screen says it should be, only a 12 digit number that is not a serial number. I wonder if I need to return this to CVS? Any suggestions.

I have a small balance left on an Apple gift card that I would like to use in my iTunes account. When I am in the iTunes store the only option seems to be for "iTunes" gift cards. Is there a way for me to transfer the balance of my "Apple" gift card to my iTunes account.

At this point in time, regardless of how you think it should work, you can't use an Apple Gift Card on the iTunes Store.

Having issues with redeeming my gift card

I redeemed a fifteen dollar app store card and I used it to get music. I bought eight songs and when I was going to get more; everytime it said it would be billed to my credit card and not the amount that was left from my card and I never had that happend before. It says I have $5.21 left and yet it keeps telling me it's going to get billed so I don't know what to do...

it seems others are having trouble with the ituens music store in redeeming gift cards etc. do realize what holiday it is and that many more are tryignt o do the same thing you are attempting. Id say wait if you can until tonight or tomrowo adn im sure that you wont have any lags or trouble.:)

I agree... It's a crappy policy. As I've written elsewhere in this forum, the iTunes gift card is the only item in the Apple universe that can't be exchanged for store credit.
The worst thing about my situation is that my mother thought she was buying me an Apple Store gift card--maybe her confusion has something to do with the fact the gift cards are housed [together] with the Apple gift cards [in the same display containers] in front of the Apple Store registers.
I was absolutely amazed when the store staff read me the legal fine-print on the back of the card. It states that all sales of gift cards are final. I'm thinking... Wait a second. Am I in the right store? This is the APPLE Store, right? INCREDIBLE...

Is that Interface dragged to the top of Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON?
The Interface that connects to the Internet, needs to be drug to the top of System Preferences>Network>Show:>Network Port Configurations and checked ON.
If using Wifi/Airport...
Instead of joining your Network from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.

when i unchek the card information it was show me an error!

Though you are being asked for card details it doesn't necessarily mean that the card will be charged for the purchase (unless you want to gift content). Have you tried entering your card's details to confirm the account ? You should then be able to remove it.

then you will need to enter card details (debit cards are no longer accepted in all countries) before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

There may be a solution but I doubt that the trouble will be worth the dollar that you'll gain.

You need to set up an Apple ID for use with the iTunes Store before you can redeem anything in the iTunes Store. You don’t need to enter credit card information to redeem only the amount of a gift certificate or card.
