Problem with SP09 / SOLMAN 4.0

Question

Hello,
We have installed SAP Solution Manager 4.0 on Windows 2003 Server .
After applying support Package SP09, we could not execute any
transaction and we have short dumps with message :
"Short text
Syntax error in program "SAPLSCP2 ".
What happened?
Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLOLEA" had to be terminated because it
has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
The following syntax error occurred in program "SAPLSCP2 " in
include "LSCP2U09
" in
line 66:
"The field "ZCSA_SYSTEM_LANGUAGE" is unknown, but there is a field
with"
" the similar
name "ZCSA_INSTALLED_LANGUAGES". "ZCSA_INSTALLED_LANGUAGE"
