Problem with syncing old purchases from itunes

i purcheased three videos from i-tunes, not to long ago but they were put on my 5th gen i-pod video, i just got and i-phone and didn't know that they couldn't be synced to two computers because my i-pod is hooked up on my old computer, while my i-phone is hooked up to my laptop, but i thought at least i should still beable to get my purchases, but i've logged onto itunes and tried the transfer purchases option from itunes but nothing happen and i don't see any other way of getting the videos, i even tried reordering the videos but it says my credit cardwill be charged, i don't want to pay double does anyone have any solutions??????

The iPhone can only sync with one music library, but you can transfer the purchased music to the other computer using your iPod.

Just put the videos on the iPod and then attach the iPod to the new computer, then transfer purchases.

Thanks for yoursuggestions. I did see that article, tried correcting the permissions, looked at a few of the other things, but this doesn't make sense. This would only be the second computer that had these purchased songs on them. SO the 5 computer limit should have nothing to do with it.
The weird thing is how the computer tells me that it's not authorized to play the purchased songs and gives me the opportunity to put in either an AOL code or an Apple ID code to authorize this computer to play the song. I do it. I get a message that, congratulations, the computer has been successfully authorized to play the song. But then it simply does not play and when you try to play it it just recycles right back to the original message saying that the computer is not authorized.

I am unable to burn CDs with songs recently purchased from itunes. No problem before. When I try to burn a playlist with new songs, I get the error message that "songs will not it on 1 audio CD". If I remove all songs except the new one, it will burn.

I am unable to burn CD's with the last 4 songs I've purchased from the iTunes store. I can burn CD's from playlist using previously purchased songs with no problem. With a normal length playlist including 1 of the newly purchased songs, I get the message "songs will not fit on one CD". I can remove all but the new song and 1 other and the CD will burn. I have upgraded to the latest version of iTunes and still have the problem.

I have that EXACT same problem! I have no idea what to do though, but it is very mucho frustrating. Let me know if you find out anything, and I will do the same.

It is not possible to sync voice memos from my iPhone 4 to my PC (Windows 7) using iTunes. everything else synchronizes well, except the voice memos. It used to work previously (same equipment), but now it doesn't anymore. What should I do ?

What is making you feel that the voice memos are not syncing? Are you seeing a folder created in the Playlist area called Voice Memos? Some have reported this is not necessarily being created, but the voice memos are still located in the Music library. I'm not at my main computer right now, so I cannot see how they are listed in the music library, but I know they are there.

I have problem with geting free aplications from itunes store

I signed for new ID account on itunes, without any bank account. After I tried to get some free applications from itunes store (with my PC) and entered my new ID ,I couldnt get anything-just this message: this apple ID has not yet been used with the itunes store (please review your account information).
I entered every information acept my bank account (I only want free applications from itunes store so I chosed "other" between visa, american and mastercard). How could I resolve this problem with itunes store ID?

If you have an existing ID, & you don't want to use a credit card, you'll have to redeem an iTunes gift card. If you don't want to do that, you'll have to create a new ID by following the directions here, EXACTLY:

Some more information would help. Make, model, etc. Also, what exactly is the message? Is it an Alert? What does the console say?

Problems with iTouch applications downloaded from iTunes

I'm having problems getting 'free' applications from the iTunes APP store to work on my 16gb iTouch. During the installation of the 2.0 firmware upgrade, I got the message: "iTunes could not connect to the "iPod" because an unknown error occured (0xE8000001)."
Apple had me do perform a restore of the device, but it did not fix the problem. Anytime I start an app, a new window opens and then immediately closes.
Is anyone else experiencing anything like this?

Your suggestion worked wonderfully. Normally I just hit the square button and the screen goes blank. I thought it was off?? However, if you power down by hitting the button in the upper left and the square button in the lower middle, the turn power off comes up and you slide the slider. Let sit. Now boot the ipod using the exact same procedure by simultaneously pushing the upper right button and the lower middle square button. The apple logo now appears. When you hit your apps now they should not freeze and jump back to the main menu.
I still am having difficulty with the long time it takes to back-up the touch. It does this before syncing podcasts and other items. I forgo backup every time by hitting the little "x" in the upper center of itunes which says backing up "owners ipod". It the reverts back to syncing.

Problems with Films not downloading from Itunes!

I just bought a film on Itunes, but it will not download, it just says "Wait...."
what shall I do?

If you use automatic syncing, you need to set up the iPod's Music tab. Select the iPod in iTunes. Toward the top of the iTunes window is a row of "tabs" (or buttons) that starts with Summary. Click on Music there.
This is where you tell iTunes how to sync music to your iPod. Make sure Sync Music is checked. Below that, set up the Music tab as desired. If you added new songs to your iTunes library, those songs must be included in your selection on the Music tab, or they will not sync to your iPod.
If you've done the above and the problem is something else, please post back.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Copy the words "Starting standard backup" (without the quotes) on this page and paste into the String Matching text field. Note the timestamp of the last message shown. Clear the text field and scroll back in the log to that time. Post the messages timestamped from then until the end of the backup, or the end of the log if that's not clear.
Post the log text, please, not a screenshot. If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don't post many repetitions of the same message.
Some personal information, such as the names of your files, may be included — edit that out, too, but don’t remove the context.
