Problem with the installation file

Hello Everyone!
I am trying to install Nokia Ovi Suite in my Windows 7 computer from yesterday, whenever I run the web installer file I am getting the Error Message as "Problem with the installation file" (attached as a jpeg file with this post).
I have downloaded the exe file (approx 88.4MB from : http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/global/phones/software/Nokia_Ovi_Suite_webinstaller_ALL.exe ) several times, still no luck.
Anyone is having the solution for this problem?

I've downloaded it so many times I nearly exceeded my download limit ! Seriously , I know others must be able to get it , so why is there a problem ? I'm going to stop at the store where I purchased the phone and get THEM to try. If the sig is OK , I'm going to copy it and bring it home , if it's NOT OK then maybe they'll take it up with Nokia as they're the ones selling it to the ' happy customers' ..? When I first contacted support , they said to disable both firewall and A/V before attempting to download it ? I've downloaded thousands of files and never had to do that ? Sure ,you might have to disable something during installation , but not for the download ? I even did it in safe mode with networking and the same thing happened. I even asked if they could send me an install CD and they said NO. Not happy about that either..We'll see what happens.. I like the phone ..I'd just like it to do what I bought it for !!

I've got a similar problem. iTunes v10.2 worked fine, but when I tried to update it to 10.5 I got a 'Bonjour' error. I eventually solved that but I still couldn't upgrade to 10.5, so I deleted every single Apple, Quicktime, iTunes, etc file on my PC using Revo Unistaller (because the normal Windows Add/Delete programs wouldn't work) but now, when I install the latest iTunes version from scratch (on XP SP3), it says: "the installer encountered errors before it could be configured.... your system has not been modified"
Any ideas?

You may have a hard drive problem. When I installed Lion, the installer told me that it couldn't complete because the hard drive was failing (or broken, the exact words escape me). Since the HD had been functioning just fine, I took it to the Genius Bar, and found out that yes, the hard drive was slowly dying (bad sectors). I couldn't reboot into Snow Leopard, the installer wouldn't let me and then the drive just wouldn't work at all.
I had to replace my drive and restore from Time Machine. Thankfully, I had Time Machine, and had just done a backup 5 minutes before the crash.

First, to access documents you must use an app designed for that specific Document type. So Pages will not be able to open PDFs. The Documents app by Readdle can handle PDFs though. In the latter case, you'd open the app, click the menu icon at its top left, and click Open to go to your iCloud Drive. With Pages, if you had files outside the main Pages folder, click + then iCloud and navigate to the file's location.

Make sure you are updating your phone the correct way, by connecting to iTunes and clicking Check for Updates on the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings. Do not try to download the firmware file from the internet first. Also be sure iTunes is up to date before updating.
Delete the existing firmware (.ipsw) file and try again. You will find it at one of the following locations:
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup
Windows XP: %AppData%\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup

When i try to install itunes i get the message 'there is a problem with the installer package' - how do i fix this?

also, I called apple support and they told me that it may be due to having uninsatlled itunes in the wrong order - but I never uninsatlled itunes. it just stopped working one day. I do recall that I had gotten a message that stated that quicktime had been uninstalled (maybe my 10 yr old had something to do with that). So, i attempted to reinstall itunes and I can't.... there's 3 ipods in the house, my classic, my wife's nano and my 10 yr old's itouch... we've been without itunes for a month now and I really would rather not fork out the $30 that apple wants for phone support. the touch and the classic were purchased last xmas, and the nano was purchased on mother's day - i shouldn't have to pay. Go to Microsoft website to fix install and Unistall problems. Click "Run now" from Fix it to remove all iTunes & related installer files:

Be aware that Windows Installer CleanUp Utility will not remove the actual program from your computer. However, it will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Problems with the installation of Oracle Role Manager

I have a problem with the deployment of Jboss 4.05GA; just can not load the Role Manager Administrative Console (http://localhost:8080/ormconsole)
Probe load the Jboss and that if I load the console this APPSERVER (http://localhost:8080)
Also probe load the Role Manager Web UI and I had no problems (http://localhost:8080/webui)
Use the method of installation Install Software Only then can make the integration with the IOM.
Any suggestions for solving this problem.

i think i have solved the problem. Try to install the Oracle Role Manager with the installer and select the "Install Software and Configure" and install the "Standard Model" to the Database. Don't deploy the standard.car file.

i'm trying to make an AddOn.
Now i read a lot of threads and the help files as well. But there's alway written "create an installation file"
But thats my problem. I think the example from the SDK 'AddOnInstaller' would help me a lot but i can't load it with VisualStudio.NET 2002.
i copied the .vb file with the class "frmInstall" but i don't have the code the creation of an object of this class, so i made a 'sub main'

but i need a 'System.Windows.Forms.Run'
if i put this bevor show() the application is running, and waiting for events, and don't show my form.
If i write it after show() the application may end during the load-event (e.g. if there are not 2 command line arg)
and after that i start the application again?
now i'm in big trouble
can you help me please?
maybe u have the AddOnInstaller Example for VS.NET 2002 or any other complete Sample for the installation file?
i don't have enougth time to learn about how to handle installshield or any other progam

Hi again,
Ok, now i built a very simple installer, that do nothing but some validation chacks and the endInstall().
that works fine and i got the addOn installed and registert.
i also can start the addOn from the addOn manager and it also makes the entries to the Menu but now my problem:
if i call the form from the menu the BO says :
"AddOn xyz is disconnected."
but i got no error.
If i look at the Add-OnManager my addon is shown as connected befor i try to call the form from the menu.
What's wrong?

I just bought the new Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 and I have some installing questions.
So I just bought the CD version of Elements 12 on Amazon and I just found out that my new notebook doesn't have an optical drive for CD-Rom. Is there anyway to download it and install on my notebook?
Secondly, how many computers can I install it on (I have a work computer, house computer and a notebook that I carry around with).

1) Can you download the files from the CD to a flash drive on another computer? if so, then do that and copy the files to a folder on the computer with no CD drive and run the installation file.
2) Two, but I believe version 12 lets you sign out on one so that you can sign in on another if you install it on three.

You must have Pentium4 computer. There is a patch for it, which essentially tells you to rename a symcjit.dll file. Copy all of your CD contents on hard-drive, symcjit.dll file, then click autorun.exe. it should work!!!

Problem with the PNG file icon

Hello. This is the first time I'm posting something here, so please be merciful. :) Yesterday I saw that the file icons of the PNG files are not the blue ones (like we all know them, after installing Photoshop CS3), but the default Windows (I'm using Windows XP SP3) icons. I mean like when I don't have a program to open a given file, that is how it looks like. But when I double click on the PNG file it opens right away, so in my eyes there is a problem, of some kind, with the ICO file itself. The strangest thing is that this ICO file is not missing, deleted or moved! This happened only with the PNG files. All other Photoshop related files are ok and have their respective icons. Can someone tell me how to change the PNG file icon, so I can choose manually the ICO file.

@roshlioto This is a windows issue NOT Photoshops. So wrong place on the Internet.
However, you right click on the shortcut/icon whatever, (in Windows) and choose the icon/app you wish to associate with a given file.
