Problem with the product activation adobe acrobat 9 standard.

I have a problem with the product activation adobe acrobat 9 standard.
It is a failed hard disk to the pc and was not able to deactivate the license adobe.
Now I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled the software but it tells me that all licenses are used.
Is it possible to unlock the licenses in use?

Adobe can unlock licenses, this is a normal thing for them to do. You must contact them directly, there is no trick or other way.

    Did you encounter any errors during installation? Which OS are you using?
    Did you have any previous versions of Acrobat / Reader installed?
    Please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool ( Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ) to remove the software completely,
    Re-download, reinstall and check.

  • Problems with our copy of Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional.

    We have two problems with our copy of Adobe Acrobat proffesional which we have recently re installed back on the same PC following so we thought the relevant transfer activation instructions.
    The first is that when we first start the program with no file loaded Both Transfer Activation and Activate Acrobat are greyout out.   This in tiself is not a problem but it may have a bearing on our real problem.
    We have for a few years used Acrobat Proffesional successfully to sign released drawing files which have been 'printed' to a PDF file by a third party printer driver.   Recently though when we try to load any of this type of file the Acrobat menu stays greyed out and both Adobe Acrobat and the PDF file are listed in Windows task manager.  Acrobat is completely locked up and has to be exited via task manager.   If I load PDF files from other sources the abot symptoms accur only briefly then the program menus re activate and the PDF file disappears from task manager.  It is as thought our PDF drawing files are failing to complete loading.
    Does anyone know how I can find out if our copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro 7.0 is actually activated?
    Does anyone know what might have started to prevent out drawing files from loading.

    Good point but this one does require activation.
    Our real issue is that if we load one of our own drawing filkes, even one previously edited or signed with no problems it now completely locks up Adobe acrobat and we cannot do anything at all in Acrobat.

    You need to go to the respective machines and launch Acrobat and check if it prompts for serial number.
    You can also go to the help menu and check if 'Deactivate' option is highlighted.

  • Problem with pdf-printing in Adobe Acrobat Pro

    I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.4.3.
    PDF-printing has always worked great but suddenly there is some kind of problem.
    After printing a excel-document from "Print to pdf" built-in function in MacOS OR Adobes Printer I have corruptet pdf-files when showing them in Adobe Reader/Acrobat, but the MacOS Preview-software shows them correct.
    So, there cannot be any problem with the printing, but the local preview on my computer using Reader or Acrobat. I dont even use the Myriad font in the document, I use Verdana.

    You say you're using Verdana but you're not. The error message clearly shows you're using MyriadPro Bold.
    You probably recently installed the Mac OS X 10.6.7 update which has a bug with OpenType PostScript fonts like MyriadPro Bold. Either use Verdana or another TrueType or PostScript font, or revert to Mac OS X 10.6.6.

    I'm having a similar problem and it's disappointing that no one has responded to the original posing from April 2013.
    I was extracting a range of pages from Framemaker 7 to PDF using the Acrobat 6 Distiller. The PS file failed to convert to PDF and the log file contained these errors.  What is the meaning of the "Error: undefined" statement?  How can I figure out where the error is occurring?

    The programs Office and Adobe are displaying in bad resolution. I bought the retina display to be able to see better, but it seems its the opposite.

    Which versions of Office and which Adobe apps and versions are you using?
    For Office, you must be using Office 2011 with the latest updates and with Adobe products you must be using CS6 or CC apps.

    I manually uninnstalled photoshop cs6 beta through a software called app-zapper, but now I cannot manage to innstall the adobe photoshop cs6 final version. The innstallation application prompts me with a message saying that there allready is a version of photosgop cs6 innstalled on my system. Any suggestions?     You may have to install Application manager again and then check whether its giving option to install again or not ?

    I just purchased an ebook, and I had followed all the steps towards viewing it. When I went to the setup screen for the digital edition, I put in my newly setup ID and password, selected "authorize computer", and pressed the activate button. When I did this, this messege popped up "Error communicating with AdobeID server. Please try again later", followed by the code:
