I have a problem with the transaction CBIH82
Hi experts,
I have a problem with the transaction CBIH82, when I try to assign a team in the tab "EventLocation", the transaction sends me the message "Equipment not available at the functional location".
I previously reviewed the equipment is assigned to the transaction IL03.
No authorization errors, I checked with the transaction SU53.
Any idea to solve this problem?
I appreciate it.Hello,
I happened to again see this post where question is yet to be answered.
As per SAP standard design, only those equipment would be allowed which are directly installed on the functional location. What this means is that those equipment which are not directly assigned to the functional location (might be assigned to another superior equipment which in turn is assigned to the functional location) can't be saved.
Now, I am not sure why SAP has kept it like this when the same is allowed in notification.
Can somebody clarify the business relevance of this standard behavior??

Problem with the Transaction "BBPCF02" in Good Confirm (ITS)
Hi,
My search is not fetching any data in the ITS for Goods Confirm.
If, I enter the existing PO number also, it is not giving any search results.
The ITS screen is calling the Transaction "BBPCF02" for Goods Confirm for my user id.
I have executed the Transaction "BBPCF02" in the EBP, same problem I have faced(no data fetching).
But, I have executed the Transaction "BBPCF03". It is getting the data for my search....
I have checked both Transactions and found, they are having same program name and screen number....
What could be the problem...?
Thanks for your inputs on this issue....
Best Regards,

Hi problem with the transaction XD02.please help..full marks given
Hi,
I am running a transaction XD02 and providing the following details.
Tcode: XD02
Customer: J101
Company Code: C800
Sale Org: CJRP
Dist Chan: 00
Divison: CH
<ENTER> and then
Click on pushbutton "Other Communication" - the popup does not include option INT Internet mail (SMTP).it has got other options like fax, pager services, printer, remote mail, telephone but no internet mail.
can anybody help me in adding this functionality.
full marks wud be given for the right person..Hi, customer screens will come depending on our settings in SPRO. we can make them visible or invisible through our settings. Basically SD Consultants do that.
any way. As you are using XD02, find out the customer account group and follow the steps for that account group in SPRO. the seetings will reflect in XD01, 02 and 03 transactions.
But in your case may be you are doing the steps for different account group (sold-to, ship-to, bill-to..etc). You can find account group in KNA1 table.
Save the entries and then check. try using logon again. -

Please give me solution,if anybody come across this situation.
Thanks & regards,
rakesh.Hello Rakesh ,
your file may have only 920 line items , but based on those line items, SAP may create few more new lines ( based on the clearing recon accounts , inter company transaction ...etc )...

Problem with the hierarchial fields in a Purchase order xml report
Hi,
I am having a problem with the hierarchy problem. We are populating attribute 15 of a PO header. some times it can be null. FYI, we are using 11.5.10 instance where oracle supports direct PO template rather than having a rdf file.
And now in the xml report, if attribute15 of po header is not null then it is fine.
But if attribute15 is null, then the template is picking from the next available attribute15 that is from the po lines. As the line level group of "LINES" is between the "PO_DATA" (header group), hence the template is checking for next available attribute15.
Can any one please suggest how to design the template where we can make the template to check only for that tag at the header level group rather than the line level group tag?
Thank You in advance.

Incase you want to transfer attachements from SRM to R/3, then you try implementing the BADI in SRM side. The BADI which will help in this case is
<b>BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK</b> BADI.
<b>Please read the standard SAP documentation of this BADI using SE18 Transaction, before making any code changes.</b>

Problem with the NodeManager in Weblogic 10.0 MP1
Hi,
I have a problem starting the Nodemanager successfully. I have currently installed BEA Weblogic 10.0 MP1. The admin server is getting started successfully. When, I start the Nodemanager with the command:
startnodemanager -machine <hostname>, it neither gives the success message nor the error message. It comes to a stand still. Please see the below text, which appears on the Command prompt, when I run the nodemanager command.

After this, when I check the nodemanager status in Console, then the status appears as REACHABLE. Assuming, this to be the successfully message, I try to start the managed servers associated with the Machine/Server. But, it fails and there appears a message on the console with the status as 'Force Shutting Down' for this server.
When I check the logs, there seems to be some problem with the Nulll exception. Please see the below logs as it appears, its only a part of the logs

Space problems with the SAP Database MS SQL 2000
Hi,
Actually, I have a size problem with the database, I have MS SQL Server 2000 with Service Pack4 on a Windows 2003 Server environment that is my DataBase Server of my ERP ECC 6.0. On the other hand I have a storage where I have 229 Gb of free space used only for the database files of the SAP data and the SAP log file.
But when I check the DB space allocation on trx. DB02 I saw this:
3 Database files and 1 transaction log:
The 3 database files are: PRDDATA1 (size 15,313 MB used 15016 MB) , PRDDATA2 (size 14106 MB used 13984 MB), PRDDATA3 (size 14472 MB used 14352 MB) and the log file is PRDLOG1 ( size 1000 MB) all of them with no limit option and growth by 10%.
So I went to the SQL Enterprise Manager and I saw that my Database PRD properties and I got this information:
My database size is 44892.48 Mb size with only 1330.36 Mb of free space and that is alarming.
So the question here is how ,if I have a storage where the sap data is storing with 229 Gb of free space, can I make the database files grow up in order to use all the available space of my storage.
Can you help me please because it is critical being my productive system?

Problem with the input file format to be stored in database
Hi,
I am facing some problem with the input format. I am using the table name as data.employee. But i could not able to process the message forward. I am getting this error,
com.ibm.db2.jcc.c.SqlException: java.sql.Connection.close() requested while a transaction is in progress on the connection. The transaction remains active, and the connection cannot be closed.
Can you please help me prposing a solution for this format.
Thanks,
SOoryaI think you are missing out the COMMIT operation.
At the DB2 end before closing the connection if you do a 'COMMIT' then this may remove your error.
i.e. after you close the Resultset>close the statement object> perform 'COMMIT' operation--> then close the connection.

LT04 problems with call transaction
Hello,
I am using RF and creating screens for users to putaway material in a raw material warehouse based on a material document number from the GRN which is linked to a TR (transfer requirement). I am, however, having problems with the TO creation where the material is QM relevant.
I have used function module L_TO_CREATE_TR which works for non-QM relevant items but most of our items are QM relevant. I am trying to process these by creating a TO using LT04 as a call transaction.
However, before I can put in a bin , the screen that appears in order to enter the bin has an error message before anything has been input - 'No destination storage bin to be found in storage type 001 "(L3 009).
Anyone have any suggestions how I can get around this as I cannot create the TO in the background using LT04 because of this error.
Regards
Larissa MaryniukAs mentioned in my original question, I cannot use the LTOCREATE_FROM_TR FM for items set with stock category Q as these are QM relevant. If you try and create a TO from a TR using L_TO_CREATE_TR you get an error of 2 which is item is QM relevant. I cannot see how I can use WS_LM_TRANSFER_ORDER_CREATE as you cannot put in the TR number anywhere. Other than these 2 cannot see how I can create a TO from a TR without using LT04.
If I use LT04 and set as backrground I get the message specified. The way to get around the error using LT04 is only available if T04 is set as Foreground on the front screen instead of background.
Anyone have any suggestions?

ITS 6.20 SP18 Problem with the top bar menus
Hello Henning,
we're using ITS 6.20 SP18 and experience a problem with the top bar menus in the SAPGUI for HTML (Enjoy Design) in both MSIE 6 and Moz Firefox 1.0.4.
When clicking the dropdown menus in the top bar the menu simply won't open. This only occurs in all of our homegrown (Z*) services when dropping into SAPGUI for HTML (ITS is in mixed mode). However - When running service WEBGUI seperately (via ...scripts/wgate/WEBGUI/! ) the menus work funnily enough.
This worked fine prior to the upgrade. Is there a new service parameter that I need to set? Have you got any more documentation? I checked out any related SAPNet notes on the SP18 documentation sheet, but couldn't find anything related.
Kind regards,

Problems with the load of Deliveries
Hi experts,
I am having some problems with the load of Deliveries from R/3 into BW.
In LIPS table of R/3, there are 41412 records. I delete the setup tables and realize the extraction with the transaction OLI8BW. After that I launch a simulation with RSA3 but only 6765 records are taken into account.
Apart of that, there is a range of deliveries documents (between 180000000 and 1084000000) that is not be taken into account.
Has someone have similar problems with the load of deliveries?
Thanks.Matute,
you can try comparing those missing records with those already extracted. I found in my side that some records with document category of "H"(Returns) don't be extracted by 2lis_12_vcitm.

Problems with the groupware integration
Hy experts,
I have some problems with the groupware integration in SAP. I synchronize a own customized contact with a outlook date.
The current problem is, that the outlook date are not generated only for one person. The Sales Representative and the Sales Representative get each a date.
I have customized Map Activity Text Types and Business Partners to Groupware with:
Description= sales visit
Text Type = Z003 (Outlook information our own texttype )
Planner = 00000022 (Person Responsible )
Fct. Participnt = empty
Fctn: Cont. Person = empty
Can anyone tell me, how to customize the system, that only the Sales Representative get the date.
I hope for help.
Kind regards
Torstenhi
it is pretty simple
you just maintain the calender mentainence only for the sales represntative,
make sure that the person you want to display on calender ,the function category for that should be activity partner only
and in transaction also maintain the calender settings
just "person responsible" should have flag of callender as checked ,rest should be unchecked
so just go inside your PDP and therein partner function maintain the settings
in case of any doubt please revert back
best regards

Problem with the Sevice Desk VAR to Solution Manager 7.1
Hello Gurus,
I have a problem with the Sevice Desk VAR to Solution Manager 7.1,
When I want to send a message to SAP I can't see the text "Send messange to SAP", in the Actions to Message only I can see "Send Notification to SAP" but I can't see the message in the Marketplace when I click on this Action. In the tab "Action Log" show me two error messages:
1.- "Find support team responsible, when message is created", when I click on Detail the log shows "Message Text
Error in resolution of rule 'AC13200137' for step '1' ".
2.- "Create/Change Basis Message from CRM Procedure", when I click on Detail the logs shows "For object DNO_NOTIF , number range interval 01 does not exist DNO_NOTIF".
I think that this is the reason why didn´t appear the options of Actions to Messages.
Pleas any idea about how to fix this issue?
Best Regards
Omar
Edited by: Omar5x8 on Dec 30, 2011 2:12 AMDear Mateus,
happy New Year and thank you for your suggestion,
I follow the recomendation of Vicent Lim.
I createad a new message from WorkCenter "Incident Management" on Solman, it was create with solman_admin user which have this roles " ZSAP_SMWORK_BASIC, ZSAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN, ZSAP_SUPPCF_CREATE, ZSAP_SUPPCF_PROCESS, ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE,ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS", and I want to sent to SAP with the message processor(ogarcia) user(with role "employee") with the following roles " ZSAP_SMWORK_BASIC, ZSAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN, ZSAP_SUPPCF_CREATE, ZSAP_SUPPCF_PROCESS, ZSAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE,ZSAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS" but I can't see the text "Send message to SAP".
Also I re-active the BC-Set from IMG and I checked in the transaction SCPR20 and I get two error messages:
1.- Activation of customizing object cRMC_TV_PROCTYPE with errors.
2.- BC Set SOLMAN40_SDESK_VAR_SIVA: The activation of customizing object CRMC_TV_PROCTYPE is not supported).
I believe that I need one note o maybe a support package that fixes this bug since that version
of Solman is 7.1 SP3.
Please could you help me with this?,
