Problem With Virtual Measures

Dear Experts,
We are using SSM 7.5 SP4.
When trying to calculate a virtual measure thorugh BICA we get false results.
The logic is as follows:
Divide Cost for each profit center and account by quantity for each profit center in account 100.
We created a virtual measure in BICA : Cost /(Quantity in Account 100).
However when we do that we get strange reuslt and somehow the same results for actual and traget.
furthermore, if we do not strict the account and only take cost/quantity we get the correct results for each profit center but without accounts.

Thank you for your reply.
If I use the syntax ACT_UN_COST = ACT_UNIT_EXP / ACT_UNIT_Q The ssm performs the right calculation for all profit centers but with out accounts.
If I try syntax ACT_UN_COST = ACT_UNIT_EXP / (ACT_UNIT_Q_IN_ACCOUNT_100) I get in ssm scorecard an error message
Expected Variable ACT_UNIT_Q_IN_ACCOUNT_100 Not Present in the Database
I have checked the account with exh dim account both and 100 is the account number for quantity.
The data looks like this:
